Abstract

本发明是一种加热炉的炉板连接件，加热炉由两个炉板拼接而成，在两个炉板之间设置有炉板连接件，炉板连接件由左侧板、中间板和右侧板焊接而成，中间板的长度为左侧板的二分之一，左侧板与右侧板长度相同，中间板与左侧板和右侧板形成一固定炉板的凹槽。本发明将加热炉的炉板插入到连接件中间的凹槽内固定，简单方便，密封效果好，节约能源，炉板插入后与中间板接触，避免加热炉的炉板变形。本发明结构简单，密封好，节约能源且能保证炉板不变形。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种连接件，尤其是一种加热炉的炉板的连接件。
背景技术
     目前加热炉的炉板之间一般通过耐高温材料的螺钉连接，但是连接效果差，容易产生缝隙，浪费了原料，还增加了加热的时间，使得需加热的元件的质量得不到保证。
发明内容
    为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种密封效果好且简单方便的加热炉的炉板连接件。
    为了达到上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
    本发明是一种加热炉的炉板连接件，加热炉由两个炉板拼接而成，在两个炉板之间设置有炉板连接件。
本发明的进一步改进在于：炉板连接件由左侧板、中间板和右侧板焊接而成。
    本发明的进一步改进在于：中间板的长度为左侧板的二分之一，左侧板与右侧板长度相同，中间板与左侧板和右侧板形成一固定所述炉板的凹槽。
    本发明的有益效果是：本发明将加热炉的炉板插入到连接件中间的凹槽内固定，简单方便，密封效果好，节约能源，炉板插入后与中间板接触，避免加热炉的炉板变形。

如图1所示，本发明是一种加热炉的炉板连接件，所述加热炉由两个炉板1拼接而成，在所述两个炉板1之间设置有炉板连接件，所述炉板连接件由左侧板3、中间板4和右侧板5焊接而成，所述中间板4的长度为所述左侧板3的二分之一，所述左侧板3与所述右侧板5长度相同，所述中间板4与所述左侧板3和所述右侧板5形成一固定所述炉板的凹槽6，将两个炉板1插入到所述凹槽6内进行密封固定，使得炉板与所述凹槽6之间形成迷宫式密封效果，密封效果好，节约能源，本发明将加热炉的炉板插入到连接件中间的凹槽内固定，简单方便，密封效果好，节约能源，炉板插入后与中间板接触，避免加热炉的炉板变形。
    本发明结构简单，密封好，节约能源且能保证炉板不变形。

1.一种加热炉的炉板连接件，所述加热炉由两个炉板（1）拼接而成，其特征在于：在两个所述炉板（1）之间设置有炉板连接件，所述炉板连接件由左侧板（3）、中间板（4）和右侧板（5）焊接而成，所述中间板（4）的长度为所述左侧板（3）的二分之一，所述左侧板（3）与所述右侧板（5）长度相同，所述中间板（4）与所述左侧板（3）和所述右侧板（5）形成一固定炉板（1）的凹槽（6），将两个所述炉板（1）插入到所述凹槽（6）内进行密封固定，使得两个所述炉板（1）与所述凹槽（6）之间形成迷宫式密封，两个所述炉板（1）插入后与所述中间板（4）接触，避免加热炉的炉板变形。
