本发明公开了一种液态奶瓶装包装材料,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:高密度聚乙烯树脂100份,低密度聚乙烯树脂10-14份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂3-5份,有机改性碳酸钙16-18份,钛白粉4-6份,滑石粉8-10份,钛酸酯偶联剂2-4份,硬脂酸锌3-5份,改性碳酸镁2-4份,液体石蜡1.5-2.5份,白油1-2份。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种液态奶瓶装包装材料。
背景技术
目前市场上虽然已出现各种各样的液态奶制品包装材料,比较常见的有软包装盒装和袋装包装材料,这种包装材料或者是由表层纸、中间层铝箔和内层塑料膜复合而成,这种材料的阻隔性能优异,奶液保质期长,保香性好,存在的问题是:单位面积的比重大,成本过高,废袋不能回收,不利于环保;另一种是通过三层或五层共挤吹塑生产的塑料薄膜,这种材料的优点是:成本低、可回收,有利于环保,但三层膜存在阻隔性能差、保质期短、保持奶香味差的不足,五层膜由于中间增加阻隔层,其阻隔性和保质期有所改善,但远不如前一种包装,而且由于共挤吹塑包装膜在内层树脂中添加有起避光作用的黑母料,直接与奶液接触,其添加剂中低分子物的迁移对奶液的味道和质量也造成了相当大的影响。然而,随着我国经济的不断增长,人民的生活水平不断的提高,液态奶制品日新月异的变化,及新材料、新工艺的层出不尽,必将使陈旧的液态奶制品包装材料被取代。
传统的纸质包装因其纸张制作的环保因素等原因已经很难满足高品质的食品包装要求。目前,以纯高密度聚乙烯为原料的瓶装包装材料正以其抗衰落、携带方便、阻隔性、抗菌性能良好等优点越来越受到食品等食品生产厂家的欢迎。但随着全球石油资源的短缺,世界上大多数国家和人们的环保意识不断增强。利用环保的、可再生的替代资源越来越成为人们追求的目标。我国的非金属资源十分丰富,应用生产工艺简单、成本低、用途广、原料来源多的非金属粉体材料为主体制作复合改性树脂产品,以取代一部分不可再生的资源高密度聚乙烯材料,同样可生产出优质的、满足要求的液态奶瓶装包装材料,不仅具有技术和经济层面的进步意义而且还具有优良的环保节能等社会效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种液态奶瓶装包装材料,通过对改性组份的调整,使得该瓶装包装材料性能优异,成本低,该瓶装包装材料质地高档,无毒环保,可替代盒装或袋装软包装层压包装材料。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种液态奶瓶装包装材料,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:高密度聚乙烯树脂100份,低密度聚乙烯树脂10-14份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂3-5份,有机改性碳酸钙16-18份,钛白粉4-6份,滑石粉8-10份,钛酸酯偶联剂2-4份,硬脂酸锌3-5份,改性碳酸镁2-4份,液体石蜡1.5-2.5份,白油1-2份。
优选,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:高密度聚乙烯树脂100份,低密度聚乙烯树脂12份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂4份,有机改性碳酸钙17份,钛白粉5份,滑石粉9份,钛酸酯偶联剂3份,硬脂酸锌4份,改性碳酸镁3份,液体石蜡2份,白油1.5份。
该瓶装包装材料可采用如下方法制备:
1)称量配料,然后将有机改性碳酸钙、钛白粉、滑石粉投入到混料机中,高速搅拌4-6分钟,然后升温至78-82℃,再加入钛酸酯偶联剂、硬脂酸锌和改性碳酸镁,将料温控制在92-96℃,继续搅拌12-14分钟,再加入高密度聚乙烯树脂、低密度聚乙烯树脂和乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂,搅拌4-6分钟,最后加入液体石蜡和白油,搅拌10-14分钟后出料;
2)用双螺杆挤压机造粒,挤出机四区的温度分别为147-151℃、162-166℃、188-192℃、172-176℃,熔体温度控制在175-185℃,熔体压力控制在5.0MPa以下;
3)然后在吹瓶机上吹成瓶装包装材料。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明通过对改性组份的调整,使得制备的瓶装包装材料具有优良的力学性能和质地高档的外观,且原料来源广泛,还可在成本上大幅度的降低,可节约不可再生能源。该瓶装包装材料无毒环保,可替代盒装或袋装软包装层压包装材料。具有广阔的应用前景和显著的社会、经济、环境效益。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种液态奶瓶装包装材料,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:高密度聚乙烯树脂100份,低密度聚乙烯树脂10份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂5份,有机改性碳酸钙16份,钛白粉6份,滑石粉8份,钛酸酯偶联剂4份,硬脂酸锌3份,改性碳酸镁4份,液体石蜡1.5份,白油2份。
实施例二
一种液态奶瓶装包装材料,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:高密度聚乙烯树脂100份,低密度聚乙烯树脂14份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂3份,有机改性碳酸钙18份,钛白粉4份,滑石粉10份,钛酸酯偶联剂2份,硬脂酸锌5份,改性碳酸镁2份,液体石蜡2.5份,白油1份。
实施例三
一种液态奶瓶装包装材料,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:高密度聚乙烯树脂100份,低密度聚乙烯树脂12份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂4份,有机改性碳酸钙17份,钛白粉5份,滑石粉9份,钛酸酯偶联剂3份,硬脂酸锌4份,改性碳酸镁3份,液体石蜡2份,白油1.5份。

1.一种液态奶瓶装包装材料,其特征在于,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:高密度聚乙烯树脂100份,低密度聚乙烯树脂10-14份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂3-5份,有机改性碳酸钙16-18份,钛白粉4-6份,滑石粉8-10份,钛酸酯偶联剂2-4份,硬脂酸锌3-5份,改性碳酸镁2-4份,液体石蜡1.5-2.5份,白油1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种液态奶瓶装包装材料,其特征在于,该包装材料以重量份计由下列组份组成:高密度聚乙烯树脂100份,低密度聚乙烯树脂12份,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚树脂4份,有机改性碳酸钙17份,钛白粉5份,滑石粉9份,钛酸酯偶联剂3份,硬脂酸锌4份,改性碳酸镁3份,液体石蜡2份,白油1.5份。
