Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及指甲油配方,尤其涉及一种利用低毒性化妆品原料调配制成的指甲油。
背景技术
目前指甲油成分中含有甲苯、异丙醇、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯及丙酮等,此外指甲油中常见的成分还有:甲醒、甲醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁醋、乙酸、硝化纤维素等致癌有机溶剂或其他环境荷尔蒙,狠容易在消费者涂抹时,由口、鼻吸入,这类物质不仅会影响身体健康,引发癌症。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种低毒性指甲油配方,将可减少指甲油中毒性对人体所造成的伤害。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种低毒性指甲油配方,混合重量百分比为53%的聚硅氧化合物和三甲基砂烷氧基硅酸酯的组成物、重量百分比为26%的无水酒精、重量百分比为4.5%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、重量百分比为4.5%的蜜蜡及重量百分比为10%的油性色素三原色。
在一些实施方式中:还混入重量百分比为1.8%至2.2%的七彩亮片粉。
本发明结构简单,使用方便,将可减少指甲油中毒性对人体所造成的伤害。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种低毒性指甲油配方,包括步骤,混合重量百分比为30%至60%的聚硅氧化合物和三甲基砂烷氧基砂酸酯的组成物(Cyclopentasiloxane and Trimethylsiloxysilicate[Silicone2])、重量百分比为30%至60%的十甲基环五砂氧院(Decamethyl Cyclopentasiloxane[Silicone1])、无水酒精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)或蜜蜡任一种或其组合的添加剂及重量百分比为8%至12%的油性色素三原色。
下表为A01至A12配方依前述比例调制的试验样品:
再依各试验样品的调配重量,混入重量百分比为10%的油性色素三原色(依需求颜色作调配)及2%的七彩亮片粉,以增加指甲油的亮度。
之后,以前述指甲油的试验样品进行成膜试验,将所制备好的指甲油均匀涂抹在30.5cmx2.5cm的玻璃片上,自然干燥后成膜,每隔5分钟进行指触测试,一个试验样品测试6次,准确记录成膜花费时间,并且测试市售快干型指甲油、一般型指甲油、香水指甲油和水性撕除式指甲油成膜时间作为对照。

试验结果发现,含有无水酒精的配方所需的干燥时间较短,较接近市售指甲油的成膜时间,甚至较市售指甲油的成膜时间快,且无水酒精比例越高,干燥速度就越快,若只含有Silicone 1及Silicone 2成分,挥发速度较慢,因此所需的干燥时间较长,故未来生产制造时,可适当增力口无水酒精的比例。
接著,进行前述指甲油的试验样品的附着力试验,而由于目前指甲油并未有明确的附着力测试方法,因此本试验利用油漆和指甲油附着力相似的特性,使用测试油漆附着力的「方格试验器」进行测试。
下表为A01至A12试验样品的附着力试验结果:

实验结果发现,A01至A08附着力评定点数皆于2~4点之间,与市售一般溶剂型指甲油相较之下,所制备低毒性配方指甲油附着力较差,而A04和A06评定点数为2点,可得知Silicone2比例较高时,附着力相对较差,但A09至A12附着力评定点数为6,可得知配方内有加入PVP及蜜蜡,附着力较好。
总结前述试验结果,适当增加无水酒精成份,可缩短成膜时间,且虽然试验结果本发明低毒性指甲油附着力较一般溶剂型指甲油附着力差,但适当添加PVP及蜜蜡仍可大幅提升附着力。
以上所述仅是本发明的一种实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (2)
1.一种低毒性指甲油配方,其特征在于:混合重量百分比为53%的聚硅氧化合物和三甲基砂烷氧基硅酸酯的组成物、重量百分比为26%的无水酒精、重量百分比为4.5%的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、重量百分比为4.5%的蜜蜡及重量百分比为10%的油性色素三原色。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低毒性指甲油配方,其特征在于:还混入重量百分比为1.8%至2.2%的七彩亮片粉。
