Abstract
本发明公开了一种由压缩气体A为喷雾剂、硅酸盐等粉末B为吸附剂、液态部分C组成的复合型织物干洗剂。A∶B∶C的重量比为3.9∶3∶6;A为丁烷、二氯二氟甲烷、三氟一氯甲烷;B为硅酸镁、硅藻土、薄层硅胶;C为下列组分按重量比配制:洗涤剂1#88.6%由三氯乙烷或四氯乙烯96.1份加沸点≤100℃的羧酸酯3.9份组成;试剂级对苯二酚0.01-0.2%;异丙醇0.2-0.5%;戊酮-31-3%;丁酮二份加一份无水乙醇4-25%。该干洗剂使用安全、方便、有效(织物上不残留污晕)、快速(5-10分钟)。特别适用于高级面料毛呢织物上局部油污的快速干洗。
Description
本发明涉及一种织物干洗剂,特别是用于高级面料毛呢类织物局部油污快速而不留下污晕的干洗剂。
目前市售的干洗剂有两类:溶剂型和粉末型。溶剂型干洗剂对油污作用速度快,去污力强。但溶剂只能将油污溶解,使油污污迹变大变浅,待溶剂挥发后,污垢仍在织物上,因此,不可避免地会在织物上留下污晕。况且,常用的溶剂型干洗剂的溶剂稳定性较差,贮存和使用过程中易产生有害气体。粉末型干洗剂虽然不会在织物上留下污晕,但粉末与油污的接触不够紧密,去污力差,而且粉末与油污相互作用的速度相当慢,不易达到较强的去污效果和快速干洗的目的。如专利申请号为88400472.2,申请日为88年3月的欧洲专利公开了一种粉末型干洗剂,其干洗时间长达0.5至1.0时,而且粉末易结块,造成喷射管或喷嘴堵塞。
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合型干洗剂,既有溶剂型干洗剂去污力强而快的特点,又具有粉末型干洗剂不残留污晕的优点。
发明原理:本发明复合干洗剂是应用材料的复合原理来制造的。将两种以上物理、化学性能不同的材料,复合起来,材料间可以协同作用,相互取长补短,制得一种综合性能优异的复合干洗材料。
本发明将对油污溶解能力极强的卤代烃、对油漆有较好溶解作用的低沸点酯和酮,具有抗污垢再沉积作用的中沸点酮、防止卤代烃分解与聚合的稳定剂以及能及时反应掉卤代烃分解产物的低沸点醇类物质等按一定比例配合成为该复合干洗剂的液态部分,其内再加入一定量的经特殊活化处理和添加了一定比例分散剂的硅酸盐类粉末作为该复合干洗剂的吸附剂,最后再加入一定比例的喷雾剂。这样制得的复合干洗剂,既保证了油污能被迅速地溶解和吸附,又保证了粉末的良好喷射效果,达到了毛呢织物局部油污快速干洗,不留污晕,返土不返油的目的。
本发明的复合干洗剂采用下述材料和配比制得:
喷雾剂A:丁烷、二氯二氟甲烷、三氟一氯甲烷。
吸附剂B:硅酸镁、硅藻土、薄层硅胶等粉末。
液态部分C:由洗涤剂、稳定剂、补救剂、抗污垢再沉积剂、分散剂等按一定比例配制而成。
配比(重量比):A∶B∶C=3.9∶3∶6
其中液态部分C的组成及配比如下(重量比):
洗涤剂1#:88.6%,由卤代烃(沸点60-130℃)、羧酸酯类(沸点≤100℃)物质组成。卤代烃∶羧酸酯=96.1∶3.9其中羧酸酯还兼有分散剂和香味剂的作用。
稳定剂:0.01~0。2%。对苯二酚;具有抗氧化和防止卤代烃分解与聚合的作用。
补救剂:0.2~0.5%。低沸点醇类物质:一旦卤代烃分解出有害气体,立即被其反应成无害物质,且不影响干洗效果。
抗污垢再沉积剂:1~3%。沸点≤140℃的酮类物质;避免清除油污处遇尘土时返油。
分散剂:4~25%。沸点≤100℃的酮和醇(酮∶醇=2∶1):用于保持粉末组分粒度的稳定性,避免发粘、结块堵塞喷雾管和喷嘴。
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
称取三氯乙烷(或四氯乙烯)6.45g、乙酸乙酯0.26g、丁酮0.46g、无水乙醇0.23g、异丙醇0.03g,戊酮-30.13g、对苯二酚0.01g、硅酸镁3.8g,装入罐体内后再充入5.0g二氟二氯甲烷即成。
使用时,打开阀门,对准油污喷射,使干洗剂将油污覆盖。5~10分钟后,溶剂挥发完毕,在油污处留下一粉末层。将粉末层轻轻弹去或刷掉,油污可除去且不留污晕。
所以,本发明干洗剂既具有溶剂型干洗剂的优点—去污力强而快;又具有粉末型干洗剂的优点—织物上不残留污晕。使用和贮存过程中不会有有害气体产生,也不会发生粉末型干洗剂易堵塞的现象。是一种使用安全(无有害气体放出)、洗涤效果好(织物上不残留污晕)、喷射效果好(不堵塞)、快速(5-10分钟)、方便(随脏随洗)、易于携带和贮存(罐体密闭)的干洗剂。可使毛呢织物上的局部油污一次除净,衣物不褪色、不变形、返土不返油、不损伤衣物、随脏随洗,不影响穿着。
Claims (2)
1、一种由压缩气体A为喷雾剂、硅酸盐等粉末B为吸附剂、液态部分C组成的复合型织物干洗剂,其特征在于A∶B∶C的重量比为3.9∶3∶6;A为丁烷、二氯二氟甲烷、三氟—氯甲烷;B为硅酸镁、硅藻土、薄层硅胶;C为下列组分按重量比配制:洗涤剂1#88.6%,由三氯乙烷或四氯乙烯96.1份加沸点≤100℃的羧酸酯3.9份组成;试剂级对苯二酚0.01-0.2%;异丙醇0.2-0.5%;戊酮-31-3%;丁酮二份加一份无水乙醇4-25%。
2、根据权利要求1所述复合干洗剂,其特征在于硅酸盐粉末经过脱水、酸洗处理,比表面积大于300m2/g。
