Abstract

本发明涉及一种速凝剂,其配方的重量百分比为:聚合硫酸铝50~55%、聚乙烯亚胺4~6%、木质素磺酸钠2~5%、水36~40%;各组分之和为100%;采用上述配方制得速凝剂的方法为:(1)按上述配方按所需用量称量备用;(2)将备好的聚合硫酸铝粉碎成细粉,过180目筛,得聚合硫酸铝粉备用;(3)将所得聚合硫酸铝粉溶于水中搅拌均匀,再加入备好的聚乙烯亚胺和木质素磺酸钠搅拌后倒入高速搅拌器中搅拌15~20分钟,即得速凝剂。本发明速凝剂是利用各配方材料的特性制备出的一种无碱、无刺激气味、粘结性好、回弹率低、后期强度保存率高的混凝土添加剂,特别适用于涵洞、桥梁、井下工程等施工使用。

Description

一种速凝剂
技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,特别涉及一种建筑混凝土用速凝剂。
背景技术
混凝土速凝剂是指能使混凝土迅速凝结硬化的外加剂,速凝剂主要有无机盐类和有机物类两种。我国常用的速凝剂是无机盐类速凝剂掺入混凝土后,能使混凝土在3~6min内初凝,5~9min内终凝,1h就可产生强度,1d强度提高2~3倍,但后期强度会下降,28d强度约为不掺时的70%~80%。速凝剂的速凝早强作用机理是使水泥中的石膏变成Na2SO4,失去缓凝作用,从而促使C3A(铝酸三钙)迅速水化,并在溶液中析出其水化产物晶体,导致水泥浆迅速凝固。速凝剂主要用于矿山井巷、铁路隧道、引水涵洞、地下工程。但是现有的速凝剂多呈碱性,有一定的气味且时间久了对人体有一定的损伤。
发明内容
    本发明的目的是提供一种既能达到传统速凝剂的效果又能减少对人体伤害的新型速凝剂。
一种速凝剂,其配方的重量百分比为:聚合硫酸铝50~55%、聚乙烯亚胺4~6%、木质素磺酸钠2~5%、水36~40%;各组分之和为100%;
采用上述配方制得速凝剂的方法为:
(1)   按上述配方按所需用量称量备用;
(2)   将备好的聚合硫酸铝粉碎成细粉,过180目筛,得聚合硫酸铝粉备用;
(3)   将所得聚合硫酸铝粉溶于水中搅拌均匀,再加入备好的聚乙烯亚胺和木质素磺酸钠搅拌后倒入高速搅拌器中搅拌15~20分钟,即得速凝剂。
通过实践证明上述速凝剂配方的优选重量百分比为:聚合硫酸铝53%、聚乙烯亚胺5%、木质素磺酸钠4%、水38%。
     本发明速凝剂是利用各配方材料的特性制备出的一种无碱、无刺激气味、粘结性好、回弹率低、后期强度保存率高的混凝土添加剂,特别适用于涵洞、桥梁、井下工程等施工使用。
具体实施方式
速凝剂是一种添加剂,其掺用量仅占混凝土中水泥用量的1%~3%,却能使混凝土在1~3min内初凝,2~5min内终凝。以达到抢修或井巷中混凝土快速凝结的目的。是喷射混凝土施工法中不可缺少的添加剂。它的作用是加速水泥的水化硬化,在很短的时间内形成足够的强度,以保证特殊施工的要求。由于我国传统的速凝剂采用的是无机盐类速凝剂,成本较低,但因为碱性较强,对人体有一定的损害。
本发明根据多年的实践经验,研制了一种新型速凝剂,该速凝剂的效果与无机盐类速凝剂相当,但对人体无任何伤害。其配方的重量百分比为:聚合硫酸铝50~55%、聚乙烯亚胺4~6%、木质素磺酸钠2~5%、水36~40%;各组分之和为100%。
采用上述配方制得速凝剂的方法为:
(4)   按上述配方按所需用量称量备用;
(5)   将备好的聚合硫酸铝粉碎成细粉,过180目筛,得聚合硫酸铝粉备用;
(6)   将所得聚合硫酸铝粉溶于水中搅拌均匀,再加入备好的聚乙烯亚胺和木质素磺酸钠搅拌后倒入高速搅拌器中搅拌15~20分钟,即得速凝剂。
本发明混凝土新型速凝剂的配合比例及所配制喷射混凝土的凝结时间及28天抗压强度比比较如下表:

通过上述实验对照可看出,本发明优选重量百分比为:聚合硫酸铝53%、聚乙烯亚胺5%、木质素磺酸钠4%、水38%时,速凝剂的各项技术指标最优。
本发明与其它速凝剂在同样掺量下的混凝土试验结果如下表:

        本发明速凝剂的优点为: 
1.用本发明混凝土新型速凝剂配制的喷射混凝土,水泥的凝结时间能满足喷射作业要求,回弹率低,后期强度高,且28天抗压强度比均能达到80%以上。 
2.本发明是以聚合硫酸铝和聚乙烯亚胺为主要组份,它既有其它速凝剂的优点,含碱量极低,后期抗压强度降低小的优点,又克服了其它速凝剂贮存期短的缺点。 

Claims (2)

1.一种速凝剂,其特征在于:所述速凝剂配方的重量百分比为:聚合硫酸铝50~55%、聚乙烯亚胺4~6%、木质素磺酸钠2~5%、水36~40%;各组分之和为100%;
采用上述配方制得速凝剂的方法为:
按上述配方按所需用量称量备用;
将备好的聚合硫酸铝粉碎成细粉,过180目筛,得聚合硫酸铝粉备用;
将所得聚合硫酸铝粉溶于水中搅拌均匀,再加入备好的聚乙烯亚胺和木质素磺酸钠搅拌后倒入高速搅拌器中搅拌15~20分钟,即得速凝剂。
2.如权利要求1所述速凝剂,其特征在于:所述速凝剂配方的优选重量百分比为:聚合硫酸铝53%、聚乙烯亚胺5%、木质素磺酸钠4%、水38%。
