本发明公开了一种复合式腰椎动态固定装置，包括柔性运动装置及钛合金螺钉，所述柔性运动装置包括一合金弹簧，第一、第二柔性塑胶套、螺纹连接有钛合金螺钉的上、下L型基座，两个柔性塑胶套分别套设在合金弹簧的上下两端；所述第一、第二柔性塑胶套上下端均设有滑片；所述上、下L型基座的底部均设有滑槽，所述柔性塑胶套和上L型基座通过滑片、滑槽组合形成滑动式连接，所述第一、第二柔性塑胶套、上、下L型基座上均设有螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔内螺纹连接有螺纹钉。本发明的最大优点是：可满足人体做出多种动作的需求，且更换方便。

一种复合式腰椎动态固定装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种骨骼固定装置，尤其涉及一种腰椎动态固定装置，属于医疗器械领域
背景技术
腰椎固定装置即为在腰椎受损的情况下临时或较为长期的代替身体中的某一段腰椎的装置，该装置从另一层意义上讲，其实是成为了临时或者长期性的人体“骨骼”，所以从功能上讲，也是希望能够无限接近腰椎原本的功能。目前的腰椎动态固定装置大多采用单一性弹性元件，其优点是安装简单，不足之处在于无法满足人体多种运动状态模式下的各种动作，同时，若要更换的话，需要整个的拆卸，这都是目前的腰椎动态固定装置所存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种复合式腰椎动态固定装置，该固定装置可满足人体做出多种动作的需求，且更换方便。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的一种复合式腰椎动态固定装置，包括柔性运动装置及钛合金螺钉，所述柔性运动装置包括一合金弹簧、第一柔性塑胶套、第二柔性塑胶套、上L型基座、下L型基座，所述上、下L型基座上的螺纹连接有钛合金螺钉；所述第一柔性塑胶套和第二柔性塑胶套分别套设在合金弹簧的上下两端；所述第一柔性塑胶套的上端、第二柔性塑胶套的下端均设有滑片；所述上L型基座、下L型基座的底部均设有滑槽，所述第一柔性塑胶套和上L型基座通过滑片、滑槽组合形成滑动式连接，所述第二柔性塑胶套和下L型基座通过滑片、滑槽组合形成滑动式连接；第一柔性塑胶套、第二柔性塑胶套、上L型基座、下L型基座上均设有当第一柔性塑胶套、第二柔性塑胶套分别沿着上L型基座、下L型基座滑行至上L型基座、下L型基座最右侧时处于同一中轴线、且孔径相同的螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔内螺纹连接有螺纹钉。
采用上述结构后，本发明的优点在于，合金弹簧和柔性塑胶套的组合可满足人体在直立、各方位、各角度弯曲的情况下的各种运动需求，达到刚性和柔性的有效结合；若合金弹簧和柔性塑胶套需要更换时，可先拧开螺纹孔内的螺纹钉，然后通过上L型基座、下L型基座的滑片、滑槽组合，将合金弹簧或柔性塑胶套进行更换，避免了出现问题就要换全套的麻烦。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对发明作进一步详细的说明。
由图1可知，该复合式腰椎动态固定装置包括柔性运动装置及钛合金螺钉1，柔性运动装置包括一合金弹簧2，第一柔性塑料套3、第二柔性塑料套4、上L型基座5、下L型基座6，在上L型基座5、下L型基座6上螺纹连接有钛合金螺钉1；第一柔性塑料套3和第二柔性塑料套4分别套设在合金弹簧2的上下两端；第一柔性塑胶套3的上端、第二柔性塑胶套4的下端均设有滑片7；在上L型基座5、下L型基座6的底部均设有滑槽8，第一柔性塑胶套3和上L型基座5通过滑片7、滑槽8组合形成滑动式连接，第二柔性塑胶套4和下L型基座6通过滑片7、滑槽8组合形成滑动式连接；第一柔性塑胶套3、第二柔性塑胶套4、上L型基座5、下L型基座上均设有当第一柔性塑胶套3、第二柔性塑胶套4分别沿着上L型基座5、下L型基座6滑行至上L型基座5、下L型基座6的最右侧时处于同一中轴线、且孔径相同的螺纹孔9，并且在螺纹孔9内螺纹连接有螺纹钉10。
合金弹簧2和第一柔性塑胶套3、第二柔性塑胶套4的组合可满足人体在直立、各方位、各角度弯曲的情况下的各种运动需求，达到刚性和柔性的有效结合；若合金弹簧2和第一柔性塑胶套3、第二柔性塑胶套4需要更换时，可先拧开螺纹孔9内的螺纹钉10，然后通过上L型基座5、下L型基座6的滑片7、滑槽8的组合，将合金弹簧2或第一柔性塑胶套3、第二柔性塑胶套4进行更换，避免了出现问题就要换全套的麻烦。
