Preferably, the workflow of the audio and video key feature comparison module includes: a. acquiring an audio signal in a template to be migrated, preprocessing, namely extracting a power spectrum, calculating sub-band energy, and establishing an energy histogram to obtain an audio fingerprint, namely audio key features; b. acquiring audio signals of the templates in a target template library, preprocessing, namely windowing to extract a power spectrum, calculating sub-band energy, and establishing an energy histogram to obtain audio key features; c. and finally, according to a manually preset threshold value, deciding whether the two templates are the same, partially the same or completely different.
Preferably, the workflow of the cataloging template grouping module includes: and automatically discarding the completely same template to be migrated, wherein the completely different template is a new template, automatically transmitting the template to the cataloguing template migration module for migration into the target library, and transmitting part of the same template to the manual auditing interface module.
Preferably, the workflow of the manual review interface module includes: and manually editing and cutting the template to be migrated into an effective template through the interface, and then migrating and warehousing.
(III) advantageous effects
According to the invention, the defects that the traditional method consumes manpower, is low in speed and is easy to have the cataloguing template with repeated contents can be well solved, the cataloguing template can be automatically migrated through a computer under the condition of little manual participation, and meanwhile, the condition of repeated templates is really avoided in the migration process.
