Abstract
本发明提供一种耐腐蝶阀,包括手柄、传动轴、阀体、蝶板和过滤网,所述阀体内壁为凹凸形,在所述阀体内壁凹凸形处设有密封圈,所述阀体内设有所述蝶板,所述蝶板上垂直设有过滤网,且所述蝶板与过滤网呈90度,所述手柄与所述传动轴相连,所述传动轴穿过所述阀体,所述蝶板通过所述传动轴与所述手柄连接,所述传动轴与所述蝶板铸为一体。本发明的有益效果是:蝶板上的过滤网可以挡住过滤介质中的固体杂质,蝶板的表层和过滤网均为耐腐蚀材料,可以在传输腐蚀性介质的管道中使用,传动轴与蝶板铸为一体,防止传动轴与蝶板出现松动或者断裂,增强蝶阀的使用寿命;具有结构简单、功能多样、蝶阀使用寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其是涉及一种耐腐蝶阀。
背景技术
目前,工业用阀门类型多样,被广泛用于化工、食品、水、电等行业,主要起到流体介质的流量调节与截止作用。由于使用场合的不同,其内流经的介质多种多样,如果要在腐蚀性介质中使用,蝶阀的使用寿命将受到影响,现有的蝶阀设计结构同时存在密封效果不好的问题,从而影响蝶阀的使用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单、密封效果好的耐腐蝶阀,尤其适合在传输腐蚀性介质的管道中使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种耐腐蝶阀,包括手柄、传动轴、阀体、蝶板和过滤网,所述阀体内壁为凹凸形,在所述阀体内壁凹凸形处设有密封圈,所述阀体内设有所述蝶板,所述蝶板上垂直设有过滤网,所述手柄与所述传动轴相连,所述传动轴穿过所述阀体,所述蝶板通过所述传动轴与所述手柄连接,所述蝶板的表层上设有耐腐蚀层。
进一步的,所述传动轴与所述蝶板铸为一体。
进一步的,所述密封圈为硫化橡胶密封圈。
进一步的,所述耐腐蚀层为聚氨酯弹性体。
进一步的,所述蝶板和所述过滤网垂直设置,且所述蝶板与过滤网呈90度。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,蝶板上的过滤网可以挡住过滤介质中的固体杂质,蝶板的表层和过滤网均为耐腐蚀材料,可以在传输腐蚀性介质的管道中使用,传动轴与蝶板铸为一体,防止传动轴与蝶板出现松动或者断裂,增强蝶阀的使用寿命;具有结构简单、功能多样、蝶阀使用寿命长等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种耐腐蝶阀,包括手柄1、传动轴2、阀体3、蝶板4和过滤网5,所述阀体3内壁为凹凸形,在所述阀体3内壁凹凸形处设有密封圈6,所述阀体3内设有所述蝶板4,所述蝶板4上垂直设有过滤网5,且所述蝶板4与过滤网5呈90度,所述手柄1与所述传动轴2相连,所述传动轴2穿过所述阀体3,所述蝶板4通过所述传动轴2与所述手柄1连接,所述蝶板4的表层上设有耐腐蚀层,所述传动轴2与所述蝶板4铸为一体,所述密封圈6为硫化橡胶密封圈,所述耐腐蚀层为聚氨酯弹性体。
本实例的工作过程:当需要打开或者关闭阀门时,用力握住并转动手柄1,手柄1通过传动轴2带动所述蝶板转动,根据需要,来转动手柄1的度数,当达到度数要求后,松开手柄1,蝶板4会固定在阀体3内,蝶板4上的过滤网5可以挡住过滤介质中的固体杂质,蝶板4的表层和过滤网5均为耐腐蚀材料,可以在传输腐蚀性介质的管道中使用,传动轴2与蝶板4铸为一体,防止传动轴2与蝶板4出现松动或者断裂,增强蝶阀的使用寿命。

1.一种耐腐蝶阀,其特征在于:包括手柄、传动轴、阀体、蝶板和过滤网,所述阀体内壁为凹凸形,在所述阀体内壁凹凸形处设有密封圈,所述阀体内设有所述蝶板,所述蝶板上垂直设有过滤网,所述手柄与所述传动轴相连,所述传动轴穿过所述阀体,所述蝶板通过所述传动轴与所述手柄连接,所述蝶板的表层上设有耐腐蚀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蝶阀,其特征在于:所述传动轴与所述蝶板铸为一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蝶阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈为硫化橡胶密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蝶阀,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀层为聚氨酯弹性体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蝶阀,其特征在于:所述蝶板与所述过滤网呈90度。
