Abstract

Description

压力式筛选装置
本发明涉及一种压力式筛选装置,该装置可用来筛分呈纸浆悬浮液状态的、含木质纤维素的纤维材料。
压力式筛选装置一般包括三个主要部分:筛分房,筛网笼和转动体。筛网笼用来阻挡粗粒材料的通过,而允许纤维通过筛孔。而筛网笼(例如)可由具有光滑的或波纹状表面的、冲孔的或带槽的板制成。换句话说,筛网笼也可由隔开的条状物制成,只有纤维能通过,而杂质不能通过。当然,对于筛分效果来说,最重要的是要防止“短路”,即未筛过的材料不能与筛过的材料混杂。
将筛网笼安装在筛分房里的通常的方式如美国专利3,953,325号所述,是在筛网笼的端部设圆环。该圆环被固定在筛分房的对应凸缘上。这种安装方式(与轴向预应力结合)显著地限制了筛网笼端部的径向运动(平移)和切向角运动(转动)。
为了防止筛网笼的阻塞,使用一能产生负压和正压脉动的转动体,这些脉动会沿着筛网笼的周向产生径向力。这些力引起筛网笼的笼表面的静定轴向运动。然而,由于上述的预应力,筛网笼的端部不能以该方式运动,从而使筛网笼的端部存在变形的趋势。筛网笼端部的变形在材料上产生应力,虽然应力就其本身而言是并不重要的,但是由于负荷的动态特性,该应力对于筛网笼的使用寿命却具有决定性的影响。该力的大小取决于各种因素,例如转动体的结构,纤维材料的稠粘度等等。
本发明的目的是提供一种压力式筛选装置,其中的筛网笼的端部可自由运动,从而可消除筛网笼端部的应力,减少材料的使用,增加筛分效率。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,即:一种压力式筛选装置,可用来筛分含木质纤维素的纤维材料,它包括:一筛分房,一筛网笼和一转动体,筛网笼的两端分别安装在筛分房的第一和第二固定件上。其中,与固定件配合的筛网笼的两端含有径向间隙,而至少在固定件的一个上有一轴向支承。
在上述压力式筛选装置中,至少在一个固定件和筛网笼之间设有防止筛网笼转动的止转件。
在上述压力式筛选装置中,在筛网笼的端部和第一和第二固定件之间的间隙里分别设置单独密封件。
在上述压力式筛选装置中,单独密封件安装在环绕筛网笼的各端部延伸的凹槽里。
本发明的优点是,由于与固定件配合的筛网笼的两端含有径向间隙,且筛网笼的端部可自由移动,因此可消除筛网笼端部的应力,减少材料的使用,增加筛分效率,并提高筛网笼的使用寿命。
本发明参考表示本发明的一个实施例的附图描述如下。
图1是按照本发明的一压力式筛选装置的纵剖视图;
图2分别放大表示筛网笼的上部和下部固定件;
图3示意表示按照本发明的装置的原理;
图4示意表示操作时由于旋转力的作用使筛网笼变形。
图1所示的压力式筛选装置包括一直立的筛分房10,它具有一筛网笼11。连接在筛分房10上的有一提供纸浆悬浮液的进口12,一接受已通过筛网笼的筛孔的含有纤维的纸浆的出口13,以及一用来排出未通过筛网笼的筛孔的粗粒材料的出口14。筛分房10内的筛网笼11的内侧安装有一转动体(未画出),以产生筛分纸浆悬浮液所需要的负压和正压脉动。转动体可以是这样的结构:即由负压和正压脉动产生的径向转动力在径向上互相平衡。这意味着,相对于径向力,筛网笼是自承重的。
所示的压力式筛选装置还有一粗粒筛分板15,它位于筛分房10的上部,并与进口12连通。该粗粒筛分板15用来在筛分房的进口处分离碎片之类的东西。
所示的筛网笼由条状物制成,在其外侧有许多向各处延伸的支承带16。筛分房10还分别具有用于筛网笼11的第一和第二固定件17和18。这些固定件形成凸缘,并由其分别将筛分房的纸浆进口部分(灌入部分)和接收部分分开,以及将接收部分和排出部分分开。安装在固定件17和18上的筛网笼11的端部具有两个目的,即既可固定筛网笼,又可防止未筛分的材料(灌入的和排出的)和筛过的材料(接受的)之间的混杂(短路)。
当筛网笼11被紧固在固定件17和18上时,与固定件17和18配合的筛网笼11的两端会有径向间隙。由此,最好在筛网笼和固定件之间形成的间隙内放置一向各处延伸的单独密封件19。该密封件可放置在筛网笼11各端的凹槽20里。
径向间隙将被很好地限定,并具有足够的尺寸以防止在筛分过程中出现的由脉动力产生的变形。然而,该间隙也不能太大,以保证能维持足够的密封。
由于筛网笼11是自承重的,因此只需要一轴向固定,它是通过在第二固定件18上的轴向支承21获得的。在直立式筛网条件下,该第二固定件18应该是位于筛网较下面的一个。为了防止筛网笼11的转动,若干止转件22和23、如径向销钉可安装在固定件17、18和筛网笼11的端部之间。
通过这样安装,可降低筛网笼11中的应力水平,从而可减少材料的使用。换句话说,能够实现高负载的可能性,增加筛分效率。标定的应力条件只包括静定的切向应力。此外,这些应力可以较可靠的方式预先确定。
当然,本发明并不限于所示的实施例,且可在本发明介绍的范围内进行改变。例如,轴向支承21也可设在第一固定件17上,或同时在第一固定件17和第二固定件18上设轴向支承21。

Claims (6)

1.一种压力式筛选装置,可用来筛分含木质纤维素的纤维材料,它包括:一筛分房(10),一筛网笼(11)和一转动体,筛网笼(11)的两端分别安装在筛分房(10)的第一和第二固定件(17,18)上,其特征在于,与固定件(17,18)配合的筛网笼(11)的两端含有径向间隙,而至少在固定件(17,18)的一个上有一轴向支承(21)。
2.如权利要求1所述的压力式筛选装置,其特征在于,止转件(22,23)设在至少一个固定件(17,18)和筛网笼(11)之间,以防止筛网笼的转动。
3.如权利要求1所述的压力式筛选装置,其特征在于,筛网笼(11)是由冲孔的或带槽的板制成的。
4.如权利要求1所述的压力式筛选装置,其特征在于,筛网笼(11)是由向各处延伸的支承带(16)固定在一起的条状物制成的。
5.如上述权利要求之一所述的压力式筛选装置,其特征在于,单独密封件(19)分别设于在筛网笼(11)的端部和第一和第二固定件(17,18)之间的间隙里。
6.如权利要求5所述的压力式筛选装置,其特征在于,单独密封件(19)安装在环绕筛网笼(11)的各端部延伸的凹槽(20)里。
