Abstract
一种防护剂组合物。由N,N′-癸二酰双甲基甘氨酸钠、癸醇-环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷加成物、衣康酸-丙烯酸共聚物、苯并三唑、三乙醇胺、钼酸钠和水组成。该防护剂组合物具有防水垢、防锈蚀、防穴蚀、抗应力腐蚀开裂、抗沸综合功能,不含磷、铬、亚硝酸盐,锌等对环境有污染的物质,它是一种优良的内燃机冷却水循环系统防护剂组合物。
Description
本发明涉及一种防护剂组合物,特别涉及一种冷却水循环系统的防护剂组合物。
目前,国内外生产的内燃机冷却水防护剂大都只有防锈、抗冻功能,如美国Fleetguard Division生产的康明斯发动机专用抗穴蚀添加剂(简称DCA),也只有防锈、抗穴蚀功能。这些防护剂不能全面防止内燃机冷却水循环系统常见的水垢、锈蚀、穴蚀、应力腐蚀开裂危害,特别是六蚀和应力腐蚀开裂的危害,而且大都分别含有磷、铬、亚硝酸盐、锌等对环境有污染的物质。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种具有防水垢、防锈蚀、防穴蚀、抗应力腐蚀开裂、抗沸综合功能的防护剂组合物。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种不含磷、铬、亚硝酸盐、锌等物质的防护剂组合物。
本发明的防护剂组合物包括的组分及重量百分含量为:
N,N′-癸二酰双甲基甘氨酸钠 3~6%
癸醇-环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷加成物 0.5~1%
衣康酸-丙烯酸共聚物 0.2~0.3%
苯并三唑 0.2~0.5%
三乙醇胺 22~25%
钼酸钠 2~4%
水 66~69%
将上述成分溶于水后,最后加入三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,得棕红色透明稠体,即为本发明所述的防护剂组合物。
本发明所述的防护剂组合物是一种复合型防护剂,其防护效果是依靠各成分的协同作用来达到的。
N,N′-癸二酰双甲基甘氨酸钠作为防锈防蚀抑制剂,其烷烃基可形成疏水屏障,为金属表面提供一层覆盖层,起到保护作用。其分子中所带的两个羧基可以和金属离子形成配位键而发生螯合,在金属表面形成的这种稳定的不溶性螯合物使金属得到更加有效的保护。
癸醇-环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷加成物作为抗穴蚀控制增效剂。该加成物的制法如下:按癸醇∶氢氧化钾∶环氧乙烷∶环氧丙烷(克分子)=1∶0.003∶12∶3,先将癸醇投入反应釜内,加热到130℃,加入氢氧化钾,通氮气后,通入环氧乙烷,环氧丙烷,反应釜压力维持在0.2~0.5NPa,反应0.3~2小时,得到所需的癸醇-环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷加成物。
衣康酸-丙烯酸共聚物作为防垢消垢剂。衣康酸与丙烯酸的克分子比为9∶1。
苯并三唑作为有色金属缓蚀剂。
三乙醇胺作为pH调节剂。
钼酸钠作为点蚀控制剂和钢铁、铝等的防锈增效剂。
将本发明所述的防护剂配成溶液测定性能(见下表):(表见文后)
测试结果表明,本发明所述的内燃机冷却水循环系统防护剂组合物具有防水垢、防锈蚀、防穴蚀、抗应力腐蚀开裂、抗沸综合功能,优于美国的DCA。该防护剂组合物不含磷、铬、亚硝酸盐、锌等对环境有污染的物质。它是一种优良的内燃机冷却水循环系统防护剂组合物。
实施例1
各成分用量如下:
N,N′-癸二酰双甲基甘氨酸钠 3g
癸醇-环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷加成物 0.5g
衣康酸-丙烯酸共聚物 0.3g
苯并三唑 0.2g
三乙醇胺 25g
钼酸钠 2g
水 69g
将上述各成分加入水中,搅拌溶解,再加入三乙醇胺,得到棕红色透明稠体。
实施例2
同实施例1,各成分用量如下:
N,N′-癸二酰双甲基甘氨酸钠 6g
癸醇-环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷加成物 1g
衣康酸-丙烯酸共聚物 0.2g
苯并三唑 0.5g
三乙醇胺 22g
钼酸钠 4g
水 66.3g

N,N′-癸二酰双甲基甘氨酸钠 3~6%
癸醇-环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷加成物 0.5~1%
克分子比为9∶1的衣康酸-丙烯酸共聚物
0.2~0.3%
苯并三唑 0.2~0.5%
三乙醇胺 22~25%
钼酸钠 2~4%
水 66~69%
