Abstract
一种多功能双向防塌润滑剂及其生产方法,采用矿物油、沥青、活性剂。无机盐及调质剂为原料,按照一定的比例,通过水套加热器,负压配料器分别加在A组反应釜;B组反应釜和C组反应釜中,在一定的压力、温度条件下进行皂化反应而制成的一种黑色粘稠液,经现场应用可使钻井液极压膜强度达到256.8MPa,具有改善和提高极玉膜强度的功能,本产品自身润滑系数达到0.068~0.07,按一定量加入到钻井液中,其钻井液润滑系数变为0.07~0.10,对钻井液的防塌、润滑、携砂及性能稳定有较强的适应能力。
Description
本发明多功能双向防塌滑剂及其生产方法涉及石油钻井技术领域适用于各种水基钻井液作为防塌、润滑和解卡处理添加剂。
根据钻井井眼稳定性力学原理,引起井眼不稳定的最根本原因是井眼圆周应力超过了井壁岩面的屈服强度,使井壁岩面产生脆性破裂,如剥落、坍塌、井眼扩大等。由于井眼不稳定会引起井下的复杂变化。给钻井工程造成多种危害,严重时不能继续钻进,影响钻井的速度、质量和成本,甚至报废井眼,造成钻井报废。经钻井实践表明,正确选择钻井液的类型、组成、性能对井眼稳定性有着重要的作用。目前在钻探工程中,努力搞好防塌、治塌工作是泥浆工作的重要任务之一,积极研究防塌钻井液体系,生产适合不同坍塌类型的防塌处理添加剂,则是泥浆工作的重要任务。现有的国内外钻井液防塌剂,使用较广泛的是沥青类制品,其配制工艺多采用磺化法制成产品,而非磺化法产品又不能单独直接加入水基钻井液中,其磺化法的不足之处是产品中含有大量的磺化物,它的磺酸根本身易对环境带来污染,同时在高温,高压下磺化物会发生分解而产生硫化氢气体,使钻具易氢脆断裂,对人和环境带来危害。为此,这样的产品是不能满足和完全适应各种复杂地层条件下钻井技术的需要。
本发明的目的是提供一种钻井液用多功能双向防塌润滑剂产品及其生产方法,应用本方法生产的产品,只需按一定量加入钻井液泥浆中,就能够提高石油钻井速度达到安全钻井的效果,并且还能够在钻井过程中减少环境污染的作用。
本发明多功能双向防塌润滑剂及其生方法的构思是以矿物油、沥青、活性剂、无机盐及调质剂为原料,在一定温度、压力条件下反应调制而形成的一种黑色粘稠液。由图1,该产品分三道工序完成:一、柴油按重量比(以下均按重量比计)0.4000~0.6120的比例加入A组反应釜,用水套加热器循环升温,然后通过负压配料器加入0.1480~0.2280比例的氧化沥青粉,利用设备水套加热器和射流反应器在65~70℃的温度,3.5~4MPa的压力条件下循环反应2小时,再按顺序通过负压配料器加入油酸按0.0104~0.0168的比例,强碱(氢氧化钾)按0.0016~0.0030的比例,纯碱(碳酸钠)按0.0016~0.0036的比例,活性剂斯盘-80即山梨醇酐油酸脂按0.0098~0.0156比例,在同样的温度、压力条件下进行保温、稳压反应2小时,经工序检验合格后进入下道工序。二、用清水按0.1504~0.2280的比例,亲和剂即羧基甲基纤维素钠盐按0.0032~0.0050的比例,活性剂即聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚按0.0041~0.0066的比例,通过负压配料器加入B组反应釜,搅拌循环1~3小时,经工序检验合格后进入下道工序。三、将反应釜A、B组中的半成品分别泵入反应釜C组,在65~70℃的温度条件下反应2小时,经工序检验合格后加入按0.0013~0.0030比例的活性剂,即硬脂酸铝,和按0.056~0.096比例的调质剂,即鳞片石墨粉,在同样的温度条件下,搅拌反应1小时,即构成合格产品,经测试本产品极压膜强度>400MPa,钻井液积压膜强度已达到256.8MPa,而防塌润滑剂自身的润滑系数达到0.068~0.07,按一定量加入到钻井液中,可使钻井液的润滑系数降为0.10~0.07。
本发明的效果是:1、本产品采用沥青类原料,并加入一些抑制性阳离子、活性剂、亲合剂物质,进行皂化工艺反应而制得的产品,从而避免了磺化法产品中含有大量的磺化物,在钻井过程中产生硫化氢物质,带来环境污染的危害,该产品的显著特点是消除了环境污染,有利于环境保护的效果。2、本产品含有沥青质、多价质阳离子盐,对泥页岩层的水敏性垮塌、碳酸盐岩层、煤层的破碎性塌垮均有良好的嵌入封固和抑制性防塌的效果。3、本产品含有多种高效表面活性剂,能够改善岩层,钻井液滤饼和钻具表面性质,具有降低泥饼粘滞系数的作用,其自身润滑系数为0.068~0.07,当按一定量加入钻井液中后,钻井液的润滑系数变为0.10~0.07,提高了钻井液的热稳定性和改善了钻井液的携砂能力;并且还有防止钻头泥包和一定作用的消泡效果,可使钻井液极压膜强度达到256.8MPa,具有改善和提高极压膜强度的功能,对泥页岩地层具有极强的防治垮塌的抑制能力和显著的润滑效果。4、具有化学和物理的双向防塌效果,即它的化学作用是产品中引入了极强的两价钙离子和一价钾离子,其特点是钙离子具有较大的水化半径,能同蒙脱石中的钠离子进行盐基交换,可使蒙脱石晶格空间消失。从而降低了水化半径;高价钙离子还能与粘土表面产生强的静化作用,可使破裂层紧密连接在一起,从而抑制了页岩的膨胀;同时钙离子还与泥页岩中的二氧化硅和铝发生反应,可使粘土矿物转化为非膨胀性的钙、铝、硅酸盐的作用。可将任何可变换的阳离子置换为钾离子,从而紧密连接伊利石层,具有限制任何方向的盐基交换的作用。如果钙离子和钾离子同时处于伊、蒙混层中,也能使不同层中的膨胀差别降低到最低程度的作用。它的物理作用是沥青树脂胶在页岩孔隙,裂缝层面的嵌入和充填作用,可形成保护膜,起到了拒水于岩石之外的封堵效果,是一种有效防止井壁垮塌,保证井壁稳定和井眼规则的防塌润滑剂。本发明特别对定向井,纵式井在钻井过程中,对钻井液的防塌、润滑、携砂及性能稳定有较强的适应能力,对大斜度定向井的造斜、稳斜、测斜、取芯以及下套管固井作业和钻具、钻头事故处理等都起到了重要的安全保护作用。

本发明的实施例是:配制生产1000kg多功能双向防塌润滑剂的工艺流程,原材料配方是分三道工序完成(图5),产品合格后计量包装出厂。
一、由图2,A组反应工艺步骤是:
1 、选用0至-20号柴油,按最佳重量比0.5060,即506k9加入反应釜A中,用水套加热器循环升温;
2、选用软化点为150~160℃的氧化沥青,按最佳重量比0.1893,即189.3kg用负压配料器加入反应釜A中;
3、在反应釜中进行升温65~70℃,加压3.5~4MPa的条件下反应2小时;
4、按图2中3-6的序号在反应釜A中加入按最佳重量比0.0134,即13.4kg的植物油酸;加入按最佳重量比0.0020,即钾碱(氢氧化钾)2kg;加入按最佳重量比0.0020,即工业纯一级品纯碱(碳酸钠)2kg;加入按最佳重量比0.0122,即皂化值<135,羟值<7的斯盘-80(山梨醇酐油酸脂)为12.2kg。
5、在保温65~70℃,稳压3.5~4MPa的条件下反应2小时;
6、工序检验合格后进入下道工序。
二、由图3,B组反应工艺步骤是:
1、在B组反应釜中加入按最佳重量比0.1880即188kg的清水;
2、选用低粘、纯度>80%的羧基甲基纤维素钠盐,按最佳重量比0.0041即4.1Kg通过负压配料器加入反应釜B中,进行循环搅拌3小时至全溶状态;
3、按最佳重量比0.0051,即5.1Kg的聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚加入反应釜B中,循环搅拌1小时;
4、工序检验合格进入下道工序。
三、由图4,C组反应工艺步骤是:
1、将反应釜A、B组中的半成品分别泵入反应釜C中;
2、在65~70℃的条件下反应2小时;
3、工序检验合格后,按最佳重量比0.0020即加入工业化纯,一级品硬脂酸铝2kg;按最佳重量比0.0750即加入含碳>95%的鳞片石墨粉75kg;
4、在65~70℃的条件下,搅拌反应1小时,即为成品,经检验其技术指标达到外观呈黑色粘稠液,密度在0.98~1.02g/cm3之间,闭口闪点大于105℃,PH值在7~9之间,挥发物含量小于25%,苯溶物含量大于60%,岩屑分散降低率大于25%,泥饼粘滞系数降低率大于20%。
5、将合格产品(图5),泵入均化罐,进行冷却均化,然后计量包装入库。

A组份中按重量比:
柴油∶氧化沥青∶油酸∶氢氧化钾∶碳酸钠∶山梨醇酐油酸脂为0.4000~0.6120∶0.1480~0.2280∶0.0104~0.0168∶0.0016~0.0030∶0.0016~0.0036∶0.0098~0.0156;
B组份中按重量比:
清水∶羧基甲基纤维钠盐∶聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚为0.1504~0.2280∶0.0032~0.0050∶0.0041~0.0066;
C组份中按重量比:
硬脂酸铝∶鳞片石墨粉为0.0013~0.0030∶0.0560~0.0960。
2、按权利要求1所述的双向防塌润滑剂产品的制备方法,其特征是一,将柴油按重量比0.4000~0.6120加入A组反应釜,用水套加热器循环升温,然后通过负压配料器加入按重量比的0.1480~0.2280的氧化沥青粉,用水套加热器和射流反应器在65~70℃的温度,3.5~4MPa的压力条件下循环反应2小时,再按顺序通过负压配料器加入按重量比的油酸0.0104~0.0168,氢氧化钾0.0016~0.0030,碳酸钠0.0016~0.0036,山梨醇酐油酸脂0.0098~0.0156,在同样的温度,压力条件下进行保温稳压反应2小时;二、将按重量比的清水0.1504~0.2280,羧基甲基纤维素钠盐0.0032~0.0050,聚氧乙烯烷基苯酚醚0.0041~0.0066通过负压配料器加入B组反应釜,搅拌循环1~3小时;三、将反应釜A、B组中的半成品分别泵入C组,在65~70℃的温度条件下反应2小时后,加入按重量比的0.0013~0.0030的硬脂酸铝,0.056~0.096的鳞片石墨粉,在同样的温度条件下搅拌反应1小时即成。
