Abstract
本发明涉及一种葛根分装装置，包括第一传送带、第二传送带、匀料辊以及若干分装盘，所述分装盘至于第一传送带上，所述第二传送带的输出端至于第一传送带上方且与一个分装盘相对，所述匀料辊可转动地设置于所述第二传送带上方。本发明能够有效地提高葛根的分装速度，使得分装过程较为简便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种葛根分装装置。
背景技术
葛根作为传统的食疗药疗的佳品，人类对其有上千年的使用历史，同时，人们对葛根的种植采集以及加工方法也受传统工艺的限制，较为落后，工艺效率低下。传统的葛根自然生长于山野之中，而现在市场上的葛根多为规模种植，因此需要一种能适应现代葛根产业需要的葛根生产装置。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题，提供了一种葛根分装装置，具体由以下技术方案实现。
一种葛根分装装置，包括第一传送带、第二传送带、匀料辊以及若干分装盘，所述分装盘至于第一传送带上，所述第二传送带的输出端至于第一传送带上方且与一个分装盘相对，所述匀料辊可转动地设置于所述第二传送带上方。
所述的葛根分装装置，其进一步设计在于，所述匀料辊的外部均匀分布有若干个刮杆。
所述的葛根分装装置，其进一步设计在于，所述匀料辊的高度可调节。
本发明能够有效地提高葛根的分装速度，使得分装过程较为简便。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图以及具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明。
该葛根分装装置，包括第一传送带1、第二传送带2、匀料辊3以及若干分装盘4，分装盘4至于第一传送带1上，第二传送带2的输出端至于第一传送带1上方且与一个分装盘4相对，匀料辊3可转动地设置于第二传送带上方。匀料辊的外部均匀分布有若干个刮杆31。匀料辊3的高度可调节。
本发明能够有效地提高葛根的分装速度，使得分装过程较为简便。

1.一种葛根分装装置，其特征在于包括第一传送带、第二传送带、匀料辊以及若干分装盘，所述分装盘至于第一传送带上，所述第二传送带的输出端至于第一传送带上方且与一个分装盘相对，所述匀料辊可转动地设置于所述第二传送带上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葛根分装装置，其特征在于，所述匀料辊的外部均匀分布有若干个刮杆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的葛根分装装置，其特征在于，所述匀料辊的高度可调节。
