If described predetermined threshold value is less than described charging current, then described central processing unit is controlled described transistor and is sent second control signal to described control unit, and described control unit reduces the output voltage of described AC/DC converting unit according to described second control signal.
10. charging system according to claim 9 is characterized in that, described central processing unit also is used for judging whether described cell voltage reaches rated voltage; If described cell voltage has reached rated voltage, then described central processing unit is controlled described transistor and is sent the 3rd control signal to described control unit, and described control unit is controlled described AC/DC converting unit according to described the 3rd control signal and stopped output voltage.
