Abstract

本发明涉及一种薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板,它包括SRC玻纤水泥板,所述SRC玻纤水泥板中间设真空保温层;真空保温层由经向、纬向相隔一定间距进行热封的铝箔外层,填充在铝箔外层之间的由经向、纬向热封分割成的真空腔内填充中空玻璃纤维棉,及粘附在铝箔外层的玻璃纤维网格布所组成,SRC玻纤水泥板的下层外表层设有凸凹纹。本发明具有如下优点:1)采用真空保温层置于装饰外墙复合石材板内的结构形式来阻断热传导,一方面使板材的厚度大大减小;2)本发明简化了结构,可在流水线上生产,大大提高了生产效率,生产成本降低;3)减低墙体的厚度后,降低了墙体的自重,减少了梁柱等负荷,带来建筑工程总的的造价和总体资源的消耗降低。

薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑构件,尤其涉及一种薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板。
背景技术
当前,建筑节能在世界蓬勃兴起,建筑节能已经是全球建筑界经过深思熟虑以后的共同选择。建筑节能首先谈及的是建筑外墙的保温问题,该条款已是建设部的强制执行条款。现阶段外墙保温的施工工序大致上是这样的:当建筑外墙的模板拆除后在外墙上抹粘结砂浆、贴保温板、挂网、抹抗裂砂浆、最后再做饰面层。其中,目前行业内采用的外墙外保温板材主要有:EPS板和XPS板。由于防火性能不好,又要确保建筑工地的安全,市场上出现了用石材包裹保温板的建材。这种建材的不足之处是外形尺寸较大,欠美观。为此,市场上出现了一些利用真空绝热板保温的墙体,但存在寿命低、造价高,和导热系数偏高、隔热效果不理想等问题,无法满足市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术不足之处而提供一种外墙的保温、防火与外墙的装饰工序加以综合考虑的薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板。
本发明通过以下技术方案于以实现:一种薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板,它包括SRC玻纤水泥板,其特征在于,所述SRC玻纤水泥板中间设真空保温层;真空保温层由经向、纬向相隔一定间距进行热封的铝箔外层,填充在铝箔外层之间的由经向、纬向热封分割成的真空腔内填充中空玻璃纤维棉,及粘附在铝箔外层的玻璃纤维网格布所组成,SRC玻纤水泥板的下层外表层设有凸凹纹。
所述SRC玻纤水泥板中间设有相隔一定间距的两层真空保温层。
所述SRC玻纤水泥板上层外表面设有若干背栓安装螺钉孔。
所述SRC玻纤水泥板下层设有贯通中间真空保温层及混凝层上层的安装用预埋件。
本发明的积极效果是:本发明提出的薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板,具有如下优点:1)采用真空保温层置于装饰外墙复合石材板内的结构形式来阻断热传导,一方面使板材的厚度大大减小,厚度为传统厚度的1/5,另一方面板材可在预制厂内完成,施工现场不再有裸露的保温材料,安全生产有保障,无安全隐患。2)本发明简化了结构,可在流水线上生产,大大提高了生产效率,生产成本降低,3)减低墙体的厚度后,降低了墙体的自重,减少了梁柱等负荷,建筑所配的梁柱厚度可相应减小,带来建筑工程总的的造价和总体资源的消耗,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述:
图1为本发明一个实施例的结构示意图。图中,一种薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板,它包括:SRC玻纤水泥板1,所述SRC玻纤水泥板1中间设真空保温层2。真空保温层可以是一层、也可以是二层,图2给出了真空保温层是二层的结构示意图。真空保温层由经向、纬向相隔一定间距进行热封的铝箔外层21,填充在铝箔外层21之间的由经向、纬向热封分割成的真空腔内填充有中空玻璃纤维棉22,及粘附在铝箔外层的玻璃纤维网格布23所组成,如图3所示。SRC玻纤水泥板的下层外表层设有凸凹纹。真空保温层由经向、纬向相隔一定间距进行热封的结构,能确保各个空间的真空度及填充中空玻璃纤维棉的量,另一优点是真空保温层若有局部破损,不影响整体的性能。
本发明的进一步采用如下措施:所述SRC玻纤水泥板上层外表面设有若干背栓安装螺钉孔。所述SRC玻纤水泥板下层设有贯通中间真空保温层及混凝层上层的安装用预埋件。这里提供了不同的安装方式。
本发明所采用的真空保温层的导热系数经有关质量监督检验机构检测表明:在平均温度25℃的条件下,导热系数为0.0026w/(m·k)。由此制成的薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板完全符合有关的建筑规范。
上面结合附图及实施例描述了本发明的实施方式,实施例给出的结构并不构成对本发明的限制,本领域内熟练的技术人员可依据实示需要作出调整,在所附权利要求的范围内做出各种变形或修改均在保护范围内。

1.一种薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板,它包括SRC玻纤水泥板,其特征在于,所述SRC玻纤水泥板中间设真空保温层;真空保温层由经向、纬向相隔一定间距进行热封的铝箔外层,填充在铝箔外层之间的由经向、纬向热封分割成的真空腔内填充中空玻璃纤维棉,及粘附在铝箔外层的玻璃纤维网格布所组成,SRC玻纤水泥板的下层外表层设有凸凹纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板,其特征在于,所述SRC玻纤水泥板中间设有相隔一定间距的两层真空保温层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板,其特征在于,所述SRC玻纤水泥板上层外表面设有若干背栓安装螺钉孔。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的薄型真空保温/防火/装饰外墙复合石材板,其特征在于,所述SRC玻纤水泥板下层设有贯通中间真空保温层及混凝层上层的安装用预埋件。
