Abstract
新的杀真菌和杀虫组合物,包含由式(I)表示的甲酰胺类或其光学异构体和至少一种具有杀虫活性的已知化合物,式(I)中R1~R3和Z具有说明书中所述的定义。
Description
本发明涉及具有杀真菌活性的已知甲酰胺类或其已知的光学异构体与具有杀虫活性的已知化合物的新的杀真菌和杀虫增效活性物质组合物。
已公开了一些具有杀真菌活性的甲酰胺类(参见日本专利公开特许公报No.1586/1986、20185/1987和1155/1990)。
在水稻的栽培中,近年来已广泛采用插秧机进行机械插秧;而在防治稻田害虫和作物病害的同时,非常需要对苗箱施用杀虫剂以同时防治害虫和作物病害,并节省施用农药的劳力。
为了生物安全和环境保护,不仅非常需要大大减小杀虫剂的用量,而且还要求大大减少它们的施用次数,这种状况进一步要求对尽量减少用药量的问题进行广泛的研究。
具体地讲,在水稻的栽培中,针对需要防治的重要害虫(例如属于鞘翅目的稻象属昆虫等、属于半翅目的蜡蝉和叶蝉)和需要防治的重要病害例如稻瘟病,非常需要同时防治害虫和真菌、节省防治操作的劳力并大大提高生物安全性。

与分别使用由上述式(I)表示的上述具有杀真菌活性的甲酰胺类或其光学异构体和上述具有杀虫活性的已知化合物防治害虫和作物病害相反,本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物出人意料地不仅能同时防治害虫和作物病害,而且由于两种活性组分的混合物具有协同和增效作用,所以使用很低的剂量就能达到显著的杀虫和杀真菌效果,这种效果由仅仅分别使用两种活性化合物所产生的技术效果是预想不到的。
此外,本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物还可同时具有稳定和优异的作用和效果,不仅可防治水稻栽培中出现的主要害虫,如属于半翅目的蜡蝉和叶蝉、属于鞘翅目的稻根象和属于鳞翅目的稻纵卷叶螟(即使它们对已知的杀虫剂如有机磷化合物和氨基甲酸酯类有抗性),而且可防治公认是最有害的稻瘟病。
根据本发明,所述活性物质组合物中的一种物质通常用上述式(I)定义。

上述化合物已由上面提到的文献即日本公开特许公报15867/1986、20185/1987和11550/1990所公开。
本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物中所用的具有杀虫活性的已知化合物是由“Pesticide Manual”1987年第8版(British Crop Protection Council出版)和NoyakuBinran(杀虫剂手册,1988年版)所公开的那些化合物。
根据本发明,各混合组合物中所包含的活性组分之间的重量比可在较宽的范围内变化。一般说来,每1份(重量)由式(I)表示的杀真菌活性的甲酰胺或其光学异构体可以使用0.5~10份(重量),最好是1~8份(重量)具有杀虫活性的已知化合物。
然而,如果需要,上述重量比可根据害虫和真菌所造成的损害程度而变化。
本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物具有优异的杀虫和杀真菌活性,因此它们在诸如叶片施药、水下施药、土壤施药、土壤掺合施药、苗箱施药等应用中可有利地作为杀虫和杀真菌剂使用。
本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物具有强的杀虫和杀真菌作用,因此,它们最好作为混合的杀虫和杀真菌剂使用。此外,本发明的活性物质组合物对栽培植物的植物毒性很低,对温血动物的毒性也很低,所以,该组合物可安全和有效地用于防治各种真菌、害虫,特别是昆虫类害虫和植物病害,以确保农作物特别是稻类植株得到保护。这些活性化合物在生长期的整个过程或某一时期内,对普通的、敏感的和有化学抗性的害虫和病害通常具有很高的活性。
作为植物病害和昆虫类害虫,可提出和具体举例如下:
作为植物病害,可以举出下列真菌:根肿菌纲、卵菌纲、壶菌纲、接合菌纲、子囊菌纲、担子菌纲和半知菌纲。
特别是,属于半知菌纲的稻梨孢可保持为本发明杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物的杀真菌谱。
本发明防治的昆虫包括:鞘翅目如稻根象、稻象、稻负泥虫;鳞翅目如二化螟、稻纵卷叶野螟、稻螟蛉、直纹稻苞虫;半翅目如黑尾叶蝉、褐飞虱、灰飞虱、白背飞虱、绿蝽属;直翅目如非洲蝼蛄、非洲飞蝗。
本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物可以配制成常规的制剂。
作为这些制剂,可以提出溶液、乳液、悬浮液、粉剂、可湿性粉剂、泡沫剂、糊剂、粒剂、气雾剂、用活性化合物浸渍的天然和合成材料、微囊剂、用于拌种的组合物、用燃烧设备(如熏蒸盒、熏蒸罐、熏蒸盘管)施用的制剂、以及微量冷雾和温雾制剂。
这些制剂可以用已知方法制备,例如,将活性化合物与填料即液体或液化的气体或固体稀释剂或载体混合,可任选地使用表面活性剂即乳化剂、分散剂和/或成泡剂。在用水作为填料的情况下,也可以使用例如有机溶剂作为辅助溶剂。
作为液体稀释剂或载体,通常可以举出芳烃如二甲苯、甲苯和烷基萘;氯代芳烃或氯代脂肪烃如氯苯、氯乙烯和二氯甲烷;脂肪烃或脂环烃如环己烷或链烷烃,例如矿物油馏分;醇如丁醇或乙二醇及它们的醚和酯;酮如丙酮、甲乙酮、甲基异丁基酮或环己酮;或强极性溶剂如二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基亚砜;以及水。
所谓液化的气体稀释剂或载体是指在常温常压下为气态的液体,例如气雾剂抛射剂如卤代烃以及丁烷、丙烷、氮和二氧化碳。
作为固体稀释剂,可以使用细磨的天然材料如高岭土、粘土、滑石、白垩、石英、硅镁土、蒙脱石或硅藻土和细磨的合成材料如高分散的硅酸、氧化铝和硅酸盐。
作为供粒剂用的固体载体,可以使用压碎并分级的天然石料如方解石、大理石、浮石、海泡石和白云石,以及无机和有机粉的合成颗粒和有机材料如锯末、椰子壳、玉米芯和烟草茎的颗粒。
作为乳化剂和/或成泡剂,可以使用非离子型和阴离子型乳化剂如聚氧化乙烯—脂肪酸酯、聚氧化乙烯—脂肪醇醚(例如烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚)、烷基磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、芳基磺酸盐以及清蛋白水解产物。分散剂包括,例如,木素亚硫酸盐废液和甲基纤维素。
在粉剂、粒剂或乳油形式的制剂中,可以使用粘着剂如羧甲基纤维素以及天然和合成的聚合物(如阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯醇和聚醋酸乙烯)。
可以使用着色剂如无机颜料,例如氧化铁、二氧化钛和普鲁士蓝;有机染料如茜素染料、偶氮染料或金属酞菁染料;以及痕量元素如铁盐、锰盐、硼盐、铜盐、钴盐、钼盐和锌盐。
该制剂含有例如0.1~95%(重量),最好是0.5~90%(重量)的活性化合物。
本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物可如此使用,或以其商业上实用的制剂使用,或以由其任选地与其它活性剂如杀虫剂、杀细菌剂、杀霉菌剂、杀真菌剂、生长调节剂或除草剂一起制备的使用形式使用。杀虫剂的实例包括,例如由有机磷酸酯、氨基甲酸酯、羧酸酯、氯代烃和来自微生物的杀虫物质得到的杀虫剂。
此外,本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物可以是与增效剂的混合药剂,采用商业上实用类型的制剂或使用形式。术语“增效剂”是指本身没有活性但促进活性化合物作用的化合物。
在市售类型的制剂中,本发明的杀虫和杀真菌组合物的含量可以在很宽的范围内变化,即约0.00001~100%(重量),最好是约0.001~5%(重量)。
本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物可以以适于具体制剂的常规方法使用。
本发明的杀虫和杀真菌活性物质组合物可就地配制成上述通式(I)活性化合物和已知化合物的混合物,采取例如所谓的桶混制剂形式。

为了制备每种活性化合物的合适制剂,将指定量的每种活性化合物、指定量的载体和指定量的乳化剂在研磨下混合形成每种活性化合物的可湿性粉剂,然后将预定量的所得可湿性粉剂用水混合稀释到所要求的浓度,从而形成所要求的制剂。
试验方法
在一些直径均为12cm的白瓷花盆中在灌溉状态下种植稻株(Asahi品种),每个花盆种植三株。在分蘖初期,用一个吸管将预定浓度的每种活性化合物溶液通过花盆中的水表面浇到花盆中,直至达到指定的剂量,同时要防止土壤上部的植物体与该溶液接触。
三天后,每个花盆用一个网篮盖上,其中放入三十只黑尾叶蝉成虫进行侵染,侵染后二天测定昆虫的死亡率。
处理后二十天,按照常规的方法将稻瘟病孢子(稻梨孢)的悬浮液喷洒到每个花盆中进行接种,将花盆在23~25℃的温度和100%的相对湿度下在接种室中放置24小时。然后,将各个花盆移入保持在20~28℃下的玻璃温室中,接种后七天,测定每个花盆中稻株的感染率并按照下列评定标准记录,同时还评定防治率(%)和植物毒性程度。

(i)对褐飞虱和淡红么叶蝉的叶片施药试验
活性化合物的制剂
每种活性化合物:30~40份(重量)
载体:55~65份(重量)硅藻土/高岭土混合物(1∶5混

为了制备每种活性化合物的合适制剂,将指定量的每种活性化合物、指定量的载体和指定量的乳化剂在研磨下混合形成每种活性化合物的可湿性粉剂,然后,将预定量的所得可湿性粉剂用水混合稀释至所要求的浓度,从而形成所要求的制剂。试验方法
在每个直径约为13cm的花盆中种植三株高度约为15cm的稻株,在其生根后十天,用喷枪以20ml/盆的剂量对每个花盆喷洒预定浓度的上述每种活性化合物制剂的永溶液,在如此喷洒的制剂变干后,每个花盆盖上一个网篮,同时以十只/盆的比例在其中放入分别为三龄和四龄的褐飞虱若虫和淡红么叶蝉幼虫,然后在五天后测定褐飞虱死亡数,在三天后测定淡红么叶蝉死亡数,以得到每种昆虫的死亡率。
(ii)对稻瘟病的叶片施药试验
在一些直径均为12cm的瓷花盆中种植稻株(Asahi品种)。在3~4叶期,以50ml/3盆的量对该稻株喷洒上述制备的每种活性化合物的制剂。第二天,用稻瘟病真菌孢子(稻梨孢,人工培养的)的悬浮液对该植株喷洒两次,然后置于温度为25℃、相对湿度为100%的温室中进行感染。
接种后七天,测定稻瘟病的感染率并按照下列评定标准记录;同时还评定防治值(%)和植物毒性。
