本发明涉及到一种电动清扫车免工具快速拆卸边刷装置。
背景技术
过去电动清扫车前端的边刷安装和拆卸都比较麻烦，首先准备好拆卸工具，将边刷整体抬高，将扳手套上边刷中心区位置的螺帽旋转，才能拆卸下边刷，整个拆卸过程时间较长，而且使用过程中经常松动，不利于机车的安全行驶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安装、拆卸方便的免工具快速拆卸边刷装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现的：该免工具快速拆卸边刷装置包括轮毂电机、边刷，轮毂电机和边刷之间设置有拆卸旋钮；沿着边刷运动轨迹向上螺纹旋钮，边刷与轮毂电机紧固，与边刷运动轨迹相反，则为拆卸。
本发明结合边刷的运动轨迹设置拆卸旋钮，边刷在运动的时候，通过拆卸旋钮边刷与轮毂电机紧密结合，越来越紧固；不会松动或脱落；拆卸边刷时沿着运动相反的轨迹旋转，则拆卸。

具体实施方式
从图1可以看出，该免工具快速拆卸边刷装置包括轮毂电机1、边刷2，轮毂电机1和边刷2之间设置有拆卸旋钮3；沿着边刷2的运动轨迹向上螺纹旋钮，边刷2与轮毂电机1紧固，与边刷2运动轨迹相反，则为拆卸。

1.免工具快速拆卸边刷装置，包括轮毂电机(1)、边刷(2)，其特征在于：
轮毂电机(1)和边刷(2)之间通过拆卸旋钮(3)连接；沿着边刷(2)运动轨迹向上螺纹旋钮，边刷(2)与轮毂电机(1)紧固，与边刷(2)运动轨迹相反，则为拆卸。
