Abstract

本发明公开了一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,包括上壳、下壳以及连接上下壳的金属滑动组件。上壳容纳手机,对手机进行物理保护;下壳包含电芯模块及电芯保护板,电芯和电芯保护板顺序连接,提供应急充电;金属滑动组件包括固定板和滑动板及阻尼件,实现手机侧滑及0至90度自由旋转功能,其中滑动板固定于上壳,固定板通过下边缘固定孔连接下壳。本发明提供的侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,构造简单,既可将整个装置收拢,方便携带,也可以将手机侧滑、旋转,操作灵活性强,提升了用户体验。输出线的隐藏式设计,减少用户带线、找线的麻烦,同时增加了产品的简洁性和美观度。

一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型手机背夹电池结构,尤其是能侧滑盖且上盖能任意角度侧立、旋转并且电源输出线隐藏在主体中的手机背夹电池结构。
背景技术
目前,市场上常见的手机背夹电池是直接将手机套装在其中,起到给手机物理保护和随时随地充电和保护的作用,但不能将手机侧立并实现任意角度旋转摆放,不能作为一个可自由调整角度的手机支架。同时大部分背夹电池的输出线采用面条线或弹簧线镶嵌在背夹电池的侧面或端面,该显式设计将背夹电池人为分割成几个部分,破坏了背夹电池的整体外观效果,线头外露也大大影响了产品的美观度和线材的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,包括上壳、下壳以及连接上下壳的金属滑动组件。上壳容纳手机,对手机进行物理保护;下壳包含电芯模块及电芯保护板,电芯和电芯保护板顺序连接,提供应急充电;金属滑动组件包括固定板和滑动板,实现手机侧滑及旋转功能,其中滑动板固定于上壳,固定板边缘连接下壳。
具体地,所述金属滑动组件通过固定板两端凹槽及滑动板中部对称滑槽滑动接触,固定板下边缘两端设有阻尼轴,阻尼轴外端设有用于固定下壳的固定孔。
具体地,所述下壳表面设置线槽,输出线折叠隐藏在下层表面。
具体地,固定板和滑动板之间还设有连接的叠层弹簧,提供良好滑动感。
具体地,所述下壳侧面还设置Micro USB充电接口、充电指示灯及充电开关。
具体地,所述上壳和下壳都开有摄像头孔,折叠充电时也不会遮挡手机摄像头。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述的一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,在下壳的上表面开设收纳槽,平时将电源输出线隐藏在其中,滑动组件收缩时,上下壳重合,浑然一体,美观大方;需要给手机充电时,将上盖侧滑至顶端,抽出电源输出线接至手机即可,方便用户携带。在使用过程中通过滑动组件也可以将手机侧滑、旋转,横向屏幕(宽屏幕)倾斜至任意角度,方便用户上网、玩游戏,提供了人性化的用户体验。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明进行说明。
如图1至图3所示,本发明提供一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,包括上壳(1)、下壳(2)以及连接上壳(1)及下壳(2)的金属滑动组件。
上壳(1)结构用于附设容纳手机终端(3),对手机进行物理保护,上壳(1)开有摄像头孔(15),下壳(2)开有摄像头孔(26),从而在手机充电时也不会遮挡手机摄像头,不会影响手机正常的相关拍照,视频通话或通讯和视频拍摄功能。
下壳(2)内置电芯模块及电路模块,电路模块主要包括主控MCU、充放电管理电路、过流、过放、过充保护电路等电路结构,从而为手机提供应急充电功能。在下壳(2)的侧面还设置有MicroUSB充电接口(23)、充电指示灯(24)及充电开关(25)。在下壳(2)的上表面开设收纳槽(22),平时将电源输出线(21)隐藏在其中,滑动组件收缩时,上下壳重合,浑然一体,美观大方;需要给手机充电时,将上盖侧滑至顶端,抽出电源输出线(21)接至手机,打开充电即可开始充电,整个结构设计整洁美观,并且方便用户携带。
金属滑动组件包括固定板(11)和滑动板(10),实现手机侧滑及旋转功能,其中滑动板(10)固定于上壳(1),固定板(11)下边缘两端设有阻尼轴(13),阻尼轴(13)外端设有用于固定下壳(2)的固定孔(14),固定孔(14)用于连接和固定下壳(2)。固定板(11)的左右两端侧边外延设有滑动凹槽(16),滑动板中部对称设置两道滑槽(12),固定板(11)和滑动板(10)通过滑动凹槽(16)和滑槽(12)进行滑动接触连接。固定板(11)和滑动板(10)之间还设有叠层弹簧(17),一端固定在固定板(11)上,另一端固定在滑动板(10)上,上壳和(1)下壳(2)在滑轨(12)的作用下可实现侧向滑动,依靠叠层弹簧(17)的弹性迅速完成滑动动作来提供轻快的滑动感。当上壳(1)滑动到顶端位置后,可绕阻尼轴(13)旋转,上下壳体旋转成任意角度,手机显示屏由原纵向变为横向布置方便用户上网、视频通话或通讯以及娱乐体验。
本发明提供的侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,构造简单,既可将整个装置收拢,方便携带,也可以将手机侧滑、旋转,横向屏幕(宽屏幕)倾斜至任意角度,更趋人性化。输出线的隐藏式设计,减少用户带线、找线的麻烦,同时增加了产品的简洁性和美观度。

1.一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,其特征在于:包括上壳、下壳以及连接上下壳的金属滑动组件。上壳容纳手机,对手机进行物理保护;下壳包含电芯模块及电芯保护板,电芯和电芯保护板顺序连接,提供应急充电;金属滑动组件包括固定板和滑动板及阻尼件,实现手机侧滑及0至90度自由旋转功能,其中滑动板固定于上壳,固定板边缘连接下壳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,其特征在于:所述金属滑动组件通过固定板两端凹槽及滑动板中部对称滑槽滑动接触,固定板下边缘两端设有阻尼轴,阻尼轴外端设有用于固定下壳的固定孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,其特征在于:所述下壳表面设置线槽,输出线折叠隐藏在下层表面。
4.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,其特征在于:固定板和滑动板之间还设有连接的叠层弹簧,提供良好滑动感。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,其特征在于:所述下壳侧面还设置MicroUSB充电接口、充电指示灯及充电开关。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种侧滑侧立可旋转式背夹电池结构,其特征在于:所述上壳和下壳都开有摄像头孔,折叠充电时也不会遮挡手机摄像头。
