Description

本发明涉及容器密封塞及其制造。
按照本发明,提供了一种由塑料模压而成的容器密封塞,它包括一个顶部;一个从顶部悬垂下来的环形裙部,在其内表面上压有螺纹;一个夯具形环,由一系列横跨在轴向的缝隙或在所述环与所述裙部之间的圆周削弱线而延伸的脆性桥连接于裙部上远离顶部的那端,所述环在其内表面上有一系列径向向内凸出的斜铁形凸台,每一凸台具有一个较靠近顶部的普遍面向轴向的端面和另一个面离顶部、和密封塞中心轴线成某一倾斜角的表面,所述环具有一个环槽,它是在凸台和桥之间的轴向位置处的一个径向表面上制出的。
所述环槽可在环的径向内表面上制出,但最好是在环的径向外表面上制出。
按照本发明的另一优先特点,环的总外径和径向厚度小于在靠近缝隙的区域内的裙部的外径和径向厚度,环的外表面制有基本上连续的向外凸出的根部,或制有若干成圆周间隔的向外凸出的根部,它们可以相应地配量在凸台的圆周位置上,这些根部或每一根部从环槽延伸到较近顶部的环的轴向端,并且具有一个横跨轴向缝隙的面向裙部轴向端面的轴向端面。
按照本发明,在某些结构中,一个或多个凸台的端部和密封塞顶部的间距要比其它凸台的远。
在凸台间的圆周部位,从靠近环槽的某一部位到靠近裙部的环的轴向端部,环的外表面的直径最好缩小。
本发明也提供了一种由塑料模压成密封塞的制造方法,该密封塞包括一个顶部;一个从所述顶部悬垂下来的环形裙部,在其内表面制有螺纹;一夯具形环,由一系列横跨在轴向的缝隙或在所述环与所述裙部之间的圆周削弱线而延伸的脆性桥连接于裙部上远离顶部的那端,所述环在其内表面上有一系列径向向内凸出的凸台,每一凸台具有一个全都面向顶部、但径向向内倾斜的端面,所述环有一个环槽,是在处于所述凸台和所述桥之间某一轴向位置的其中一个径向面上制出的,该方法包括在一个模压蕊件上压制出密封塞的径向内部外形;在配量于模蕊件上部周围的模套件内压制出顶部和裙部的外表面;在第三模件中压制出桥和环的外表面部分,从桥到槽,包括槽;在第四模件内压制出环的径向外表面的其余部分,其中在组合的模具中模压密封塞之后,模套和第四模件沿轴向相反方向移开,当密封塞因第三模件和所述裙底接触所卡住而不轴向移动时,此时沿轴向移开模蕊件,模蕊件对凸台和所述端面的压力使所述环的下部在模蕊移动轨迹的外面、围绕在环槽部位处形成的某个铰链轴向外转动,然后,从密封塞的周围移开第三模件。

首先参看图1至3,所示密封塞由弹性塑料模压而成,它包括一顶部10,一从顶部上悬垂下来的环形裙部11,在其内表面上制有螺12,一夯具形环13被缝隙14将其从裙部的底端轴向隔开,脆性桥15横跨缝隙延伸,它和裙部11及环13整体模压在一起。
在环13的内表面上制有一系列在圆周上间隔的轴向延伸的斜铁形凸台16,每一凸台在靠近顶部处其端面17以大至15°的小斜度沿径向向内方向自顶部倾斜,而端面18则自密封塞的中心轴线19向外倾斜。表面18可以按所示方式或圆锥形倾斜,也可以部分地或全部地呈凸出的或凸进的锥形。所述凸台被缝隙14轴向隔开,处于缝隙14和凸台端面17之间轴向部位的所述环外表面上制成一弧形断面槽20。靠近缝隙14的裙部的总的外径和径向厚度要比环13的大,与每一凸台轴向对齐的根部25在靠近缝隙14的环端的外表面上制出。如图1所示,所述根部具有一个面向轴向的端面26和一个向内倾斜的外表面27,外表面27在环槽20的上侧面和所述环的外表面汇合,在通常的运输中该根部是用来保护桥15的。在槽20上部之上的各桥15间的圆周部位,所述环的外表面以θ角向内倾斜,如图3中21所示,以便减少接近缝隙14的部位中的环13的厚度。表面21在根部25部位中断。
在这一特定实施例中,桥15的数量和凸台16是相等的,并且在凸台间成等间距分布,但桥和凸台的目数与位置彼此可以是无关的。
某些凸台16相对于另一些凸台,其端面17的间隔可以和环13的底端的不同。在这样在种结构中,成90°间隔的四个凸台的表面17离所述环底端的距离是主要距离,而八个中间凸台的表面17离所述环底端的距离是较次要的距离。
当密封塞应用于制有螺纹的容器时,而该容器以熟知的方式在下端用凸肩形成一安全带,则凸台的斜面18进入和安全带啮合,并被安全带向外扩张成喇叭形,使环13局部膨胀,并向外成铰链式转动,借助于环壁上环槽20的削弱效应,直至密封塞完全啮合,而凸台通过凸肩,使所述环能和其弹性接触。
当所述密封塞旋松时,凸台的端面17和容器上的肩台进入接触,阻止环13继续向上移动,引起桥拆断。然后,密封塞才能取出。这样,在密封塞取出后,桥的折断是显而易见的了。如上所述,在凸台的端面17离环13的底边不同距离的地方,各脆性桥在不同的时间承受着破坏应力,这个时间就是当把密封塞从容器上旋下时,接近某一桥的凸台和容器上的凸肩进入接触。
在缝隙14(或为同一目的的一系列减弱)和凸台18之间的所述环外表面上设置环形槽20对于模压的密封塞在制造时从模子上脱模时是特别有利的。所述模子包括蕊子30,做成密封塞的完整的径向内表面和环13的底端的形状;一模套31,做成顶部和裙部直至轴向缝隙14的顶端的形状;一个第三模件32,做成缝隙14、桥15、根部25以及完整的槽20的形状;第四模件33,做成在槽20下面的环13的径向外表面的形状。在取出模压密封塞的第一操作工序中,模套31和模件33分别向上和向下移开,留下密封塞在蕊件30上,并为模件32所包围,如图5中所示。现在向下移开蕊件30,具有斜端面17形状的表面34对表面17的力按凸轮那样的方式起作用,推动凸台从虚线所示的位置上径向向外,于是,槽20以下的环13的部分便径向膜胀,由于槽20的存在绕环13的薄壁区向外转动,并且由于原先在槽20中的模件32的下端部分的存在而回到模件33所空出的空间内,如图6所示在这一操作工序期间,密封塞的向下移动由于裙部11底端以下的模件32的顶端的接触而受阻。现在蕊件30能向下抽出,脱离密封塞。在图8所示的最后的操作工序中,如果模件32是模套式的话,把密封塞经模件32向上推出;在这一操作工序中,模套有助于使所述环行下部回到其模压形状。若模件32是一种剖分件,尤其是在根部25是连续的情况下,其二半模被分开来松开模压的密封塞。桥间的表面21的倾斜角θ,除了该表面被根部25中断外,被选定来当模件移开时使环靠模压件32的辅助面而向内弯曲。在这一操作中避免了桥的相当大的应力。出于这一目的的最佳θ值的范围是17°至28°。所述环弹性恢复到模压的形状,但若需要,环的底端可以通过在环13底部径向内表面上制成凸边或凸缘35的方法来加强,以有助于恢复,如图16所示。
现在参看图9和图10,如果需要的话,二个或多个相邻的凸台可被为了加强的目的而在环13的径向内表面上制出的沿圆周延伸肋38相互连接在一起。例如,在环13的正好相反的二端制出肋38。
图11和图12表示了一个任选的结构,其中凸台16沿圆周成对间隔配置,如在图9和10所示结构中那样,处于沿着环的部位上的凸台可以由加强肋38相互连接。
图13表示某种结构,其中根部25省掉了,桥15相对于凸台16沿圆周是交错排列的。然而,桥和凸台的数目与位置可按照需要来改变。
图14和15表示了一种修改的结构,其中一些脆性桥15被较宽较强的桥40所代替,在此情况下,在接近桥40的环13的径向外表面上刻有垂直或轴向的削弱线42。这种结构,允许夯具状的环借助于密封塞的上部从容器上取下。
在径向向外面向环面的槽20可用在径向向内面向环面的槽41来代替,如图17所示。槽41在轴向配置于缝隙14或等效的削弱线和凸台16之间,在抽出蕊件30时,有助于环13向外转动。
在所示结构中的在轴向的缝隙14可用由刻痕或其它方法形成的沿圆周延伸的削弱线所代替,这种削弱线可以是连续的,也可以是间断的,以便形成一个或多个桥,其中一个或多个桥可以是宽的。
在另一个来表示少修改结构中,凸台16具有较图1至图3所示的为小的圆周范围,并成对地配置,如图12的石方所示。

Claims (13)

1、一种由塑料模压而成的容器密封塞,它包括一个顶部;一个从所述顶部悬垂下来的环形裙部,在其内表面上制有螺纹;一夯具形环,由一系列横跨在轴向的缝隙或在所述环与所述裙部之间的圆周削弱线而延伸的脆性桥连接于裙部上远离顶部的那端,所述环在其内表面上有一系列径向向内凸出的凸台,每一凸台具有一个全都面向顶部、但径向向内倾斜的端面,所述环有一环槽,是在处于所述凸台和所述桥之间某一轴向位置的其中一个径向面上制出的。
2、一种按权利要求1所述的密封塞,其中所述环槽是在所述环的径向外表面上制出的。
3、一种按权利要求1所述的密封塞,其中所述环槽是在所述环的径向内表面上制出的。
4、一种按权利要求1至3中经一项所述的密封塞,其中所述一个或多个凸台端部和密封塞顶部的间隔较其它凸台的远。
5、一种按权利要求1至4中任一项所述的密封塞,其中在所述环径向内表面上沿圆周延伸的肋把一个或多个凸台跟一个相邻的凸台或几个相邻的凸台相互连接在一起,从而加强处于所述肋位置上的环。
6、一种按权利要求1至4中任一项所述的密封塞,其中所述凸台成对配置,每对凸台相互紧邻。
7、一种按权利要求5和6所述的密封塞,其中每一个所述肋在相邻对的凸台间和在每一对的二个凸台间延伸。
8、一种按权利要求1至7中任一项所述的密封塞,其中所述环的自由端部在其径向内表面上有一加强的桥或凸边。
9、一种按权利要求1至8中任一项所述的密封塞,其中所述环通过一个或多个另外的桥和所述的裙相连接,这些桥的沿圆周的宽度较前面所述的桥为宽,所述环在处于各宽桥圆周侧的它的径向外表面上有一轴向削弱线。
10、一种按权利要求1至9中任一项所述的密封塞,其中在相邻桥间的所述环的径向外表面上,在其处于环槽和环的上端间的轴向部位是向内斜切的。
11、一种按权利要求10所述的密封塞,其中所述斜切相对于密封塞轴线的角度处于17°至28°范围内。
12、一种按权利要求1至9中任一项所述的密封塞,其中所述环的总外径和径向厚度较紧靠所述缝隙的区域中的裙部的外径和厚度小,环的外表面制有大体上连续的向外凸出的根部,或在各凸台的圆周部位制有一向外凸出的根部,这些根部从环槽延伸到接近其顶部的环的轴向端,并有一个面向横跨所述轴向缝隙的裙部的轴向端面的轴向端面。
