Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种紧固系统,用于可松脱地将第二部件固定至第一部件上,例如将覆盖部件连接至车身部件,其中所述紧固系统具有至少一个间隔件,所述间隔件在其一侧能通过第一紧固单元固定于该第一部件上且在其相对侧(另一侧)具有第一粘扣件,所述第一粘扣件能与相应的第二粘扣件产生可松脱的接合,所述第二粘扣件可在其背离紧固元件侧通过第二紧固单元固定于第二部件上。
背景技术
这种类型的紧固系统的现有的技术例如有WO2009/097950。该紧固系统用于将二维覆盖物固定于规定的位置等,例如遮盖难看的区域,也可以用于隔热和隔音。因此,平板状的覆盖部件用于例如机动车的生产中,以覆盖作为车身部件的大面积的钣金件。在本文中,车身部件可以包括例如装载门,也可以包括车身的底板和天花板。除了上述的机动车领域,这种紧固系统还可以用于需要解决类似问题的火车、船舶和飞机中。
由于紧固系统可以在第二部件例如覆盖部件和第一部件例如另一部件之间形成可松脱的连接,因此例如在该另一部件内部运行的技术装置例如电缆、空调导管、控制电子设备等可设计为根据需要通过简单地将覆盖部件从具有各个技术装置的另一部件上移去而易于接近。由于通过相互作用的粘扣件的紧固,可以用相对较少的体力和最小的安装工作来执行这些措施。
关于这种紧固系统的可能的用途的限制仅存在于覆盖部件受到高热负荷的情况中。例如,该情况是该紧固系统被安装用于例如暴露于高温,例如由于夏天直接的太阳辐射而暴露于高温的车身部件的情况。因此,必须以粘着力能适当地耐热的方式设置现有技术中提供的间隔件和部件例如车身部件之间的粘着力。较佳地,为了该目的,可以使用反应性胶黏剂例如水性交联聚氨酯胶黏剂,也可以使用耐高温的热熔性胶黏剂,例如聚酰胺胶黏剂。这种成本相对较高的胶黏剂的处理相对比较耗时。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种考虑到方便地用于所有目的,即使在增加的热应力的情况下也能使用紧固系统。
本发明通过在上述类型的紧固系统使其中间隔件可以通过形成第一紧固单元的螺纹连接固定于第一部件上来实现该目的。而同时仍然保持对应于现有技术的紧固系统所提供的优点,即根据本发明所设置的螺纹连接,即使在操作条件下,特别是可能发生热应力时也能实现可靠的使用,而不必使用耐高温的胶黏剂。
因此,可以以一种特别有利的方式进行配置,其中间隔件具有用于形成螺纹连接的钻孔,所述钻孔具有面向紧固元件且具有锥形扩张的开口边缘,在所述锥形扩张中沉头螺钉的头部可以以该头部的上端位于所述紧固元件下方的方式被接收。当设置所述螺纹连接以使其“下沉”时,相应的紧固元件的相互接合不受所述螺纹连接的不利影响。
在一个特别有利的示例性实施例中,所述间隔件包括框架部件,所述框架部件具有矩形盒子形状、以及用于对齐接收指定的第一粘扣件的带紧固元件的基底层的框架凹陷,所述钻孔优选地形成于所述框架凹陷的中央区域。
在本文中,可以以明显的优势进行配置,其中所述钻孔的开口边缘被从框架凹陷的表面突出且与所述钻孔同心的环状肋条所包围,所述环状肋条的高度等于或小于所述紧固元件的基底层的厚度,所述基底层可被所述框架凹陷接收。该突出的环状肋条可以相对于所述基底层的中心延伸至形成于所述基底层中的圆形开口中。

具体实施方式
通过图1和图2所示的一个示例性实施例来详细说明紧固系统。紧固系统用来可松脱地将第二部件10(在本实施例中是覆盖部件,例如多层木板)连接至第一部件12(在本实施例中是例如以运输巴士的装载门(示于图1)的形式的车身部件)上。该门主要由钣金部件制成,其中该门的各个钣金轮廓14被凹陷的表面16互相隔开。中间表面16用来接收覆盖部件10(示于图2),其中绕着虚构的纵轴折叠的该覆盖部件置于车身部件12上,这样图1所示的紧固件18不再可视,取而代之的是覆盖部件10的朝后的连续的表面。
除了图1所示的五个紧固件18,可以使用更多或更少的紧固件18作为各个覆盖部件10的结构的功能是不言而喻的。被切割成一定尺寸以与表面16相当的覆盖部件10能以类似的方式插入至钣金门的顶表面和底表面16中,然而为了简单起见,并未图示。
图3示出紧固件18的整体。该紧固件以从间隔件20开始的单个部件的复合物的方式构成。该间隔件优选地以注塑部件的方式形成,且例如由聚酰胺6材料制成。间隔件20具有矩形盒子形状和用于对齐接收第一粘扣件30的带蘑菇头形状的紧固元件28的基底层26的框架凹陷24。对应于该尺寸,具有第二粘扣件32 ,其在所述复合物内部配置于所述第一粘扣件的上方,且当从图3的方向看时,所述第二粘扣件的下侧也具有以与紧固元件28对应而设置的蘑菇头形状的紧固元件34。因此,第二粘扣件32的蘑菇头34能以可松脱的方式与由第一粘扣件30的蘑菇头28形成的空隙相啮合,以产生作为一个整体的粘扣件。所述紧固元件28、34各个蘑菇头通过杆或茎与各自的基底层相连,将第二粘扣件32的基底层标为36。也可以将用于第二粘扣件32的蘑菇头34替换为绒头织物材料(未具体图示),其之后在紧固状态中与第一粘扣件30的蘑菇头28相应地互锁。此外,该蘑菇头28也能设置为钩扣,而且紧固元件可互相交换,例如绒头织物配置于第一粘扣件30上,蘑菇头配置于第二粘扣件32上。此外,也可以在粘扣件30、32的一侧配置雄紧固元件例如钩、蘑菇头等,和雌紧固元件,例如环。
第二粘扣件32的背面示出优选以胶黏剂形式的第二紧固单元38。为了该目的而最优选用的胶黏剂是压敏的丙烯酸酯基胶黏剂,或者是所谓的合成橡胶胶黏剂。为了保护从图3的方向看到的顶部胶黏层38,设有可剥离的优选以聚乙烯膜形式的保护膜40。
间隔件20和两个粘扣件30、32的复合物与保护膜40一起形成根据图1的紧固件18。形成紧固件18的该复合物通过螺纹连接以从图1的方向看时间隔件20的下侧靠在作为第一部件的车身部件12的表面16的顶侧的方式与车身构件12牢固地相连。如果此时将保护膜40从各个复合物上移去,则在纵向上以180度折叠的作为第二部件的覆盖部件10可以以规定的方式固定于门内侧的紧固件18上。下面参照图4~图7详细说明用于将间隔件20固定于车身部件12上的螺纹连接的具体设计。
如果要将覆盖部件10从车身部件12上拆下,则覆盖部件10相应地从门的表面16上剥离,间隔件20和第一粘扣件30保留在作为第一部件的车身部件12(门)上,而相应的第二紧固件32则保留在作为第二部件的覆盖部件10上。当移去覆盖部件10时,可以要在门上进行相应的维护工作。而且,第一粘扣件30通过胶黏剂(未具体图示)以第一粘扣件不掉落的方式固定于优选为方形横截面形状的间隔件20的框架凹陷24中。
图3至图7非常清晰地示出,为了在框架凹陷的中央区域形成螺纹连接,间隔件20具有含有面向紧固元件28的开口边缘的钻孔27。该开口边缘形成作为用于沉头螺钉(未图示)的头部的沉头座的锥形扩张33。锥形扩张33设置为适应于沉头螺钉的头部(未图示)的形状和尺寸,以使该头部可以位于紧固元件28下方,优选为不会突出超过基底层26。其结果是,互锁接合不受沉头螺钉的妨碍。从图3、4、7可以特别清晰地看到钻孔27的开口边缘在扩张33的末端被同心的环状肋条29包围,该环状肋条从框架凹陷24的表面突出与基底层26(参见图6)的厚度大致相当的距离。当基底层26靠在框架凹陷24的表面上时,环状肋条29以定中心方式延伸至在基底层26中以略超过环状肋条的外径的直径构成的开口31中。
各个间隔件20的高度可以设计为各不相同,从而能够以此弥补例如车身部件12内侧的不同尺寸。为了确保便于就地装配,可以以下述方式给各组间隔件20涂色,例如将具有更高的高度的间隔件涂成蓝色,而其它的间隔件20涂成不同的颜色,例如绿色。
例如可以以茎状的固定部件从后侧嵌入至插孔中的方式设置图3所示的两个粘扣件30、32,为了该目的,在板状的基板结构中,因此在基底层26中设置插孔。这些插孔以具有夹子形或U字形的形式的固定元件的方式形成。为了形成蘑菇头形状的紧固元件28、34,从茎状的固定元件的基底层26突出的自由的茎末端通过热处理和/或机械手段成型,以此获得特有的头部形状。也可以通过在计算机技术中已知的装载机将各个茎元件从各自的自由面侧插入至各个基底层26、36中的相应的凹处(插孔),进而通过施加合适的胶黏剂来实现这种连接。然后可以通过优选的热处理或机械成型工序以各个杆部件的自由末端上的蘑菇头的形式实现增厚。然而,在根据图8和图9的实施例中描述获得相应的粘扣件30和/或32的优选的方法。
图8是二维的粘扣件30和/或32的一部分的俯视图。可以根据需要在图的平面内以图的一个方向也可以另一个方向延长粘扣件30、32,该扁平形物体的几何尺寸依据制造粘扣件30、32的织布机的规格。在本实施例中,各个粘扣件30、32包括经线44和纬线46,它们以横向配置一起交织以形成用于粘扣件30、32的基底织物48。然后该基底织物48为此目而形成各个基底层26和/或36。此外,以起绒线的方式使基底织物48构建有所谓的功能线50。然后各条功能线50形成用于二维的粘扣件的各个的蘑菇头形状的紧固元件28、34。为了获得蘑菇头形状的紧固元件28、34,根据图9的图示,起绒线50在它们的上弧分开,然后合适的热处理使自由的杆末端形成需要的蘑菇头形状的紧固元件28、34。然后其结果是图3所示的紧固元件。
而且,从图8的方向观察,该图的顶侧用箭头52示出各个粘扣件30、32的生产方向。根据图8,在图示的配置中,设置各条纬线46从而以正弦(sine)或余弦(cosine)波的方式获得弧形,在经线44和纬线46间的交叉处经线44平行于生产方向52同时平行于以直线配置的另一条经线。然而,除了正弦或余弦波,也可以以易于生产的直线方式配置纬线46。只有波形或弧形向一个方向线性定向,避开粘扣件的紧固元件28、34,而且弧形的正弦曲线配置带来抵抗相应的紧固元件28、34的分离运动的规定的阻力,这样才能使保持力基本恒定,因此也能计算该保持力。
各个紧固件30、32能从用这种方法生产的二维复合物中切割出来,或者以能直接达到所需要的方形基底形状的方式设置编织方法。除了图示的编织方法,建议的紧固件也可以以针织的形式存在。
很显然,与通过图1和图2的示例的描述不同的是,紧固件18可以与间隔件20一起通过螺纹连接牢固地附于作为第一部件的覆盖部件10上,其中粘扣件32可由作为第二部件的车身部件12提供。
Claims (6)
1.一种紧固系统,用于可松脱地将第二部件(10)固定于第一部件(12)上,例如将覆盖部件连接至车身部件上,其中所述紧固系统具有至少一个间隔件(20),所述间隔件(20)在其一侧通过第一紧固单元固定于所述第一部件(10)上且在其相对侧具有第一粘扣件(30),所述第一粘扣件(30)能与相应的第二粘扣件(32)产生可松脱的接合,所述第二粘扣件(32)在其背离紧固元件(28、34)侧通过第二紧固单元(38)固定于所述第二部件(12)上,其特征在于,所述间隔件(20)通过形成第一紧固单元的螺纹连接固定于所述第一部件(10)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述间隔件(20)具有用于形成所述螺纹连接的钻孔(27),所述钻孔(27)具有面向紧固元件(28)且具有锥形扩张(33)的开口边缘,在所述锥形扩张(33)中沉头螺钉的头部以该头部的上端位于所述紧固元件(28)下方的方式被接收。
3.根据权利要求2所述的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述间隔件(20)包括框架部件,所述框架构件具有矩形盒子形状,并带有用于对齐接收所述第一粘扣件(30)的带紧固元件(28)的基底层(26)的框架凹陷(24),所述钻孔(27)形成于所述框架凹陷(24)的中央区域。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述钻孔(27)的所述开口边缘被从框架凹陷(24)的表面突出且与所述钻孔(27)同心的环状肋条(29)所包围,所述环状肋条(29)的高度等于或小于所述紧固元件(28)的基底层(26)的厚度,所述基底层被所述框架凹陷(24)接收。
5.根据权利要求4所述的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述第一粘扣件(30)具有贯穿所述基底层(26)且在所述钻孔(27)的开口边缘以定中心的方式接收所述环状肋条(29)的圆形开口(31)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的紧固系统,其特征在于,所述第一粘扣件(30)和相应的第二粘扣件(32)的各个紧固元件(28、34)形成为蘑菇头,且所述第一粘扣件(30)的蘑菇头可松脱地与由所述第二粘扣件(32)的蘑菇头形成的空隙啮合。
