Abstract
本发明公开一种特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架体,通过采用保持架的新结构解决存在的问题。本发明采用以下技术方案:特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承由轴圈⑴、滚动体⑵、保持架体、连接铆钉⑷、座圈⑹组成;其中保持架体分为保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸两部分,采用冲压钢板成型,通过连接铆钉⑷将保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸牢固结合形成一个整体。本发明具有以下优点:由于保持架采用冲压钢板加铆钉组合结构,大大降低了保持架组件的整体重量,同时克服了现有保持架结构磨损大,轴承整体寿命低的缺点;增大了保持架组件与滚动体内部的空间,给润滑剂留出更大的存储空间;通过现场实际运行,轴承整体寿命增加30%以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架,具体涉及一种特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架体。
背景技术
现有特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承,由轴圈、滚动体、保持架、座圈组成,其中保持架是由保持架盖和保持架座合并而成,形成对滚动体的维持和引导;现有的保持架盖和保持架座都采用浇注铜合金或者锻钢、经过机加工制造而成。特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承的保持架随着轴承尺寸的增加而增加,重量的大增不仅浪费稀有金属,增加成本,而且保持架重量过大也会加大其与座圈和滚动体的磨损,导致轴承提前损坏。
发明内容
本发明公开一种特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架体,通过采用保持架的新结构解决了上述问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承由轴圈⑴、滚动体⑵、保持架体、连接铆钉⑷、座圈⑹组成;其中保持架体分为保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸两部分,采用冲压钢板成型,通过连接铆钉⑷将保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸牢固结合形成一个整体。
本发明具有以下优点:由于保持架采用冲压钢板加铆钉组合结构,大大降低了保持架组件的整体重量,大量节约铜、锌等稀有金属,同时降低了现有保持架结构磨损大,轴承整体寿命低的缺点;也增大了保持架组件与滚动体内部的空间,给润滑剂留出更大的存储空间,通过现场实际运行,轴承整体寿命增加30%以上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承由轴圈1、滚动体2、保持架体、连接铆钉4、座圈6组成;其中保持架体由保持架体上部3和保持架体下部5两块冲压钢板两部分构成。组装时,先将连接铆钉4全部安装到保持架体下部5钢板上,然后将所有滚动体2装入保持架体下部5钢板上冲压形成的兜孔7内,再将保持架体上部3钢板对准连接铆钉4,最后对全部连接铆钉4进行热铆接。此时,滚动体2与保持架体已经形成组件,最后再放入轴圈1和座圈6滚道内。

1.一种特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架体,其特征在于:所述保持架体分为保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸两部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述特大型推力圆锥滚子轴承保持架体,其特征在于:所述保持架体的保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸采用冲压钢板成型,通过连接铆钉⑷将保持架体上部⑶和保持架体下部⑸牢固结合形成一个整体。
