技术领域
本发明涉及一种开槽机的自动下料装置。
背景技术
开槽机是全自动数控机床,专业生产PCB板铣刀、钻咀等专用精密刀具,在自动化要求方面较高,特别是对下料自动化要求更高,因为下料系统的好坏直接关系到产品的质量,尤其是高精密的刀具质量更是要求甚严,一个小小的缺口将导至铣刀或钻咀的报废,很大程度增加了企业的生产成本,现有的开槽机下料采用的是筒夹式下料装置,其结构是用铜做成的一个圆形的筒夹,将料从机台上拔下来,然后再推出去,在下料过程中接触到刀具的刃口部位,有可能对刀具造成操作,影响产品质量。
发明内容
本发明提供一种下料过程中不直接与刀具的刃口部位相接触,从而不会对刀具造成损伤,提高产品质量的开槽机自动下料装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种开槽机自动下料装置,包括机体,气缸安装在机体上,机体上部为压板,下料夹通过活动转轴安装在机体上,与气缸连接的顶杆与下料夹下端相配合,在机体还设有回位弹簧,回位弹簧与下料夹相配合。
本发明提供的开槽机自动下料装置,采用下料夹拾取加工好的刀具,下料时机械手将直接夹住铣刀或钻咀的柄部,不会再接触到刀具的刃口部位,也不会对刀具刃口造成操作,达到提升产品质量的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种开槽机自动下料装置,包括机体1,气缸2安装在机体1上,机体1上部为压板3,下料夹4通过活动转轴5安装在机体1上,与气缸1连接的顶杆6与下料夹4下端相配合,在机体1还设有回位弹簧7,回位弹簧7与下料夹4相配合。
本发明使用时,气缸2工作带动顶杆7运行,顶杆6使下料夹4下端受力后绕活动转轴5转动,下料夹4上端打开,被拾取的刀具进入下料夹4上端开口后,气缸2回位,下料夹4在回位弹簧7的作用将好具夹紧取出,完成下料,气缸2再次启动后进入下一取料循环。

1.一种开槽机自动下料装置,包括机体(1),其特征在于:气缸(2)安装在机体(1)上,机体(1)上部为压板(3),下料夹(4)通过活动转轴(5)安装在机体(1)上,与气缸(1)连接的顶杆(6)与下料夹(4)下端相配合,在机体(1)还设有回位弹簧(7),回位弹簧(7)与下料夹(4)相配合。
