本发明涉及化工领域,尤其是一种连续法生产烷基锂投锂器装置。
背景技术
要实现连续法技术生产烷基锂首先必须解决投锂的自动化技术,由于金属锂是纯度较高的单质,其具有很强的还原性,遇水及水汽、氮气、氧气等很多物质均易发生氧化放热,既会导致安全事故,还会影响原料质量及生产成本,所以解决好投锂器装置是连续法生产烷基锂技术的关键技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种连续法生产烷基锂投锂器装置,以克服上述缺陷。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种连续法生产烷基锂投锂器装置,包括料斗1、输送器5、反应器6和液压推进器7,所述输送器5设置在料斗1下方,输送器5一端设有液压推进器7,输送器5另一端设有反应器6。金属锂棒8存放在料斗1内。
所述输送器5上设有活动卡扣4。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的连续法生产烷基锂投锂器装置密封性好,可以保证锂柱的彻底隔绝,满足连续生产的要求。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1、图2,一种连续法生产烷基锂投锂器装置,包括料斗1、输送器5、反应器6和液压推进器7,所述输送器5设置在料斗1下方,输送器5一端设有液压推进器7,输送器5另一端设有反应器6。金属锂棒8存放在料斗1内。
所述输送器5上设有活动卡扣4。
本发明的连续法生产烷基锂投锂器装置采用集中间隙投入一定数量的金属锂柱至下端锥形的料斗1,利用锂柱的自身重力滑入推进床,当最前端的锂柱2逐渐进入反应器达到一定长度时,中间部分的锂柱3进入了活动卡扣4,不会后退,最末端的输送器5快速收缩至原位,使料斗里的锂柱自由滑入推进床。料斗及推进床必须密闭并保持微正压的氩气保护,确保金属锂与空气隔绝。

1.一种连续法生产烷基锂投锂器方法,其特征是采用集中间隙投入一定数量的金属锂柱至连续法生产烷基锂投锂器装置下端锥形的料斗(1),利用锂柱的自身重力滑入推进床,当最前端的锂柱(2)逐渐进入反应器达到一定长度时,中间部分的锂柱(3)进入了活动卡扣(4),不会后退,最末端的输送器(5)快速收缩至原位,使料斗(1)里的锂柱自由滑入推进床,料斗(1)及推进床必须密闭并保持微正压的氩气保护,确保金属锂与空气隔绝;所述连续法生产烷基锂投锂器装置包括料斗(1)、输送器(5)、反应器(6)和液压推进器(7),所述输送器(5)设置在料斗(1)下方,输送器(5)一端设有液压推进器(7),输送器(5)另一端设有反应器(6);所述输送器(5)上设有活动卡扣(4)。
