Abstract
本申请提供了一种发光材料及其制备方法。所述发光材料的化学式为Ln2-xEuxSn2O7,其中Ln为金属Gd、Y、La中的任一种,0.1≤x≤1.5。所述发光材料具有良好的电特性,抗电子轰击能力且发光性能稳定。其可应用于场发射发光器件中。所述制备方法操作简单、无污染、工艺条件易控制、制备温度低、对设备要求低、利于工业化生产。
