Abstract

一种镁焊丝多头缠绕装置，属于金属丝缠绕设备领域。包括对应设置的分丝装置和缠丝装置，其特征在于：分丝装置的两侧分别设置分丝定滑轮，缠丝装置的两侧分别设置可以水平移动的定滑轮组，定滑轮组下部设置滚轮，滚轮安装在缠丝装置的转轴上，分丝定滑轮与定滑轮组上的定滑轮对应设置，所述的分丝定滑轮设置5个分丝凹槽，定滑轮组上设置5个定滑轮，滚轮的数量与定滑轮相同。开始挤压后，定滑轮组可按预定的速度前后摆动，保证螺旋状缠丝。本发明可在挤压机最多同时生产40根焊丝时边生产边缠绕，杜绝了焊丝相互缠绕的状况，为进一步的焊丝校直做好了准备，大大提高了工作效率，降低了焊丝的生产成本。

镁焊丝多头缠绕装置
技术领域
本发明属于金属丝缠绕设备领域，特别涉及一种镁焊丝多头缠绕装置。
背景技术
在制备镁合金焊丝时，先将车削后的镁棒经过热处理、加热后放在挤压机内挤压成型，比如将Φ100X350mm的镁棒通过特定的模具挤压为Φ2.0镁合金焊丝。在设计模具时，如果焊丝根数太少，会造成挤压比过大，不仅会影响到模具的使用寿命，且不能发挥设备的最大生产能力，造成生产成本大幅提高。但根数多了容易造成焊丝相互缠绕，在后续的校直包装工序需要花大量的时间整理，不仅工作效率低，还可能影响到焊丝的使用性能。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足，本发明要解决的技术问题是：提供一种杜绝焊丝相互缠绕，加工效率高的镁焊丝多头缠绕装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种镁焊丝多头缠绕装置，包括对应设置的分丝装置和缠丝装置，其特征在于：分丝装置的两侧分别设置分丝定滑轮，缠丝装置的两侧分别设置可以水平移动的定滑轮组，定滑轮组下部设置滚轮，滚轮安装在缠丝装置的转轴上，分丝定滑轮与定滑轮组上的定滑轮对应设置，所述的分丝定滑轮设置5个分丝凹槽，定滑轮组上设置5个定滑轮，滚轮的数量与定滑轮相同。
每个分丝定滑轮可以设置5根焊丝，分别卡在分丝凹槽内，防止焊丝滑动和纠缠，使得焊丝分别缠绕在滚轮上，并且分离方便，一卷缠完后便于更换，不妨碍其他滚轮的继续缠绕。分丝装置可以根据需要在两侧分别设置4个，实现40根焊丝的同时缠绕。
所述的分丝定滑轮在分丝装置两侧各设置4个，缠丝装置的两侧各对应设置4个定滑轮组，每个定滑轮组下方各设置5个滚轮。
所述的分丝定滑轮包括分别为分丝定滑轮a、分丝定滑轮b、分丝定滑轮c和分丝定滑轮d，分丝定滑轮a和分丝定滑轮b为一组设置在分丝装置上部，分丝定滑轮b的轴承比分丝定滑轮a的轴承长10cm，分丝定滑轮c和分丝定滑轮d为一组设置在分丝装置下部，分丝定滑轮d的轴承比分丝定滑轮c的轴承长10cm。
所述的定滑轮组上的5个定滑轮的轴承长度依次递增2mm。
所述的定滑轮组下部设置的滚轮在缠丝装置的两侧成对同轴相连，一侧滚轮伸出的时候，另一侧对应的滚轮收回，保证两侧缠绕的均匀性。
本发明的镁焊丝多头缠绕装置所具有的有益效果是：开始挤压后，定滑轮组可按预定的速度前后摆动，保证螺旋状缠丝。由于各个定滑轮组和滚轮的位置的差异，缠丝过程互不干扰。挤压时可以通过调节档位来调节定滑轮组的摆动速度，以适应各种不同规格的焊丝。该多头缠绕设备，可在挤压机最多同时生产40根焊丝时边生产边缠绕，杜绝了焊丝相互缠绕的状况，为进一步的焊丝校直做好了准备，大大提高了工作效率，降低了焊丝的生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步描述：
如图1-图3所示，分丝装置1和缠丝装置对应设置，分丝装置1的两侧分别设置若干分丝定滑轮2，缠丝装置的两侧分别设置可以水平移动的若干定滑轮组3，定滑轮组3下部设置若干滚轮5，滚轮5安装在缠丝装置的转轴上，分丝定滑轮2与定滑轮组3上的定滑轮4对应设置。缠丝装置包括底座7、机身6，机身6内置电机和传动装置。
分丝定滑轮2通过轴承8固定在分丝装置1上，分丝定滑轮2设置5个分丝凹槽9，定滑轮组3上设置5个定滑轮4，滚轮5的数量与定滑轮4相同，也是5个。每个分丝定滑轮2可以设置5根焊丝。
分丝定滑轮2在分丝装置1两侧各设置4个（即a、b、c、d），缠丝装置的两侧各对应设置4个定滑轮组3（即A、B、C、D），每个定滑轮组下方各设置5个滚轮5。实现40根焊丝的同时缠绕。
分丝定滑轮包括分别为分丝定滑轮a、分丝定滑轮b、分丝定滑轮c和分丝定滑轮d，分丝定滑轮a和分丝定滑轮b为一组设置在分丝装置上部，分丝定滑轮b的轴承比分丝定滑轮a的轴承长10cm，分丝定滑轮c和分丝定滑轮d为一组设置在分丝装置下部，分丝定滑轮d的轴承比分丝定滑轮c的轴承长10cm。
定滑轮组3上的5个定滑轮4的轴承长度依次递增2mm。相邻的两个定滑轮组，如b1>a5、d1>c5,滚轮的轴承与其相同，滚轮5有螺栓与机身连接，可取下。
工作原理和使用过程：
开始挤压后，定滑轮组3可按预定的速度前后摆动，保证螺旋状缠丝。由于各个定滑轮组3和滚轮的位置的差异，缠丝过程互不干扰。挤压时可以通过调节档位来调节定滑轮组3的摆动速度，以适应各种不同规格的焊丝。
定滑轮组下部设置的滚轮在缠丝装置的两侧成对同轴相连，一侧滚轮伸出的时候，另一侧对应的滚轮收回。
焊丝生产结束后，可以将滚轮取下，放在校直机上校直或者直接将其缠绕包装。

1.一种镁焊丝多头缠绕装置，包括对应设置的分丝装置和缠丝装置，其特征在于：分丝装置的两侧分别设置分丝定滑轮，缠丝装置的两侧分别设置可以水平移动的定滑轮组，定滑轮组下部设置滚轮，滚轮安装在缠丝装置的转轴上，分丝定滑轮与定滑轮组上的定滑轮对应设置，所述的分丝定滑轮设置5个分丝凹槽，定滑轮组上设置5个定滑轮，滚轮的数量与定滑轮相同；所述的分丝定滑轮在分丝装置两侧各设置4个，缠丝装置的两侧各对应设置4个定滑轮组，每个定滑轮组下方各设置5个滚轮；所述的分丝定滑轮包括分别为分丝定滑轮a、分丝定滑轮b、分丝定滑轮c和分丝定滑轮d，分丝定滑轮a和分丝定滑轮b为一组设置在分丝装置上部，分丝定滑轮b的轴承比分丝定滑轮a的轴承长10cm，分丝定滑轮c和分丝定滑轮d为一组设置在分丝装置下部，分丝定滑轮d的轴承比分丝定滑轮c的轴承长10cm；所述的定滑轮组下部设置的滚轮在缠丝装置的两侧成对同轴相连，一侧滚轮伸出的时候，另一侧对应的滚轮收回。
