技术领域
本发明涉及一种奶粉,具体涉及一种燕麦牛奶。
背景技术
奶类含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、糖类矿物质、维生素,此外还有微量元素I、Cu、Zn、Mn等,这些元素绝大部分都对人体发育生长和代谢调节起着重要作用。钙是人体中含量最高的无机盐,是构成骨骼和牙齿的主要成分。但是在饥饿时喝奶,奶的蛋白质就会分解为氨基酸,氨基酸又转化为糖类释放能量供身体需要,造成蛋白质浪费,所以在饥饿时最好吃一些面包等面食供能,蛋白质就会很好的吸收。
燕麦具有丰富的营养价值,燕麦中水溶性膳食纤维分别是小麦和玉米的4.7倍和7.7倍。燕麦中的B族维生素、尼克酸、叶酸、泛酸都比较丰富,特别是维生素E,每100克燕麦粉中高达15毫克。此外燕麦粉中还含有谷类食粮中均缺少的皂甙(人参的主要成分)。蛋白质的氨基酸组成比较全面,人体必需的8种氨基酸含量的均居首位,尤其是含赖氨酸高达0.68克。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种燕麦奶粉,是人在饥饿的情况下也可以直接食用奶类食品,同时保证了奶类蛋白质的吸收。
一种燕麦奶粉,所述燕麦奶粉的组成和重量百分比含量是:燕麦膨化粉31-40%,奶粉44-59%,木糖醇5-8%,低聚果糖5-8%。
所述的燕麦膨化粉的制作方法是:将燕麦片经双螺杆挤压膨化机,130-150摄氏度膨化,干燥,粉碎。
所述的燕麦奶粉的加工方法是:将上述原料按比例混合后定量包装。

一种燕麦奶粉,所述燕麦奶粉的组成和重量百分比含量是:燕麦膨化粉35%,奶粉50%,木糖醇7%,低聚果糖8%。
所述的燕麦膨化粉的制作方法是:将燕麦片经双螺杆挤压膨化机,130-150摄氏度膨化,干燥,粉碎。
所述的燕麦奶粉的加工方法是:将上述原料按比例混合后定量包装。
实施例2
一种燕麦奶粉,所述燕麦奶粉的组成和重量百分比含量是:燕麦膨化粉38%,奶粉49%,木糖醇6%,低聚果糖7%。
所述的燕麦膨化粉的制作方法是:将燕麦片经双螺杆挤压膨化机,130-150摄氏度膨化,干燥,粉碎。
所述的燕麦奶粉的加工方法是:将上述原料按比例混合后定量包装。

3.根据权利要求1所述的燕麦奶粉的加工方法是:将上述原料按比例混合后定量包装。
