本发明涉及联轴器技术领域。
背景技术
现有的联轴器拆装复杂困难，有时候还要移动待连接轴，安装还要进行对心。
发明内容
本发明一种联轴器，能够使联轴器套在一起，形成一体，长度只有原来的一半，方便安装，而且安装时不必对心。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现：
一种联轴器，包括外套筒、内套筒和定位筒，
所述外套筒套在所述内套筒外部，与所述内套筒滑动配合，
所述定位筒套在所述外套筒外部，与所述外套筒配合。
进一步地，所述定位筒与所述外套筒螺纹配合。
进一步地，在所述外套筒的端部上安装有限位条，在所述限位条端部安装有定位卡块，
在所述内套筒外壁上设置有定位卡槽，
所述定位卡块与所述定位卡槽配合。
进一步地，所述限位条有四个均匀分布在所述外套筒端部，
所述定位卡槽有四个，均匀分布在所述内套筒外壁上。
本发明结构设计使得联轴器套在一起，形成一体，长度只有原来的一半，方便安装，而且安装时不必对心。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本发明实施例所述的一种联轴器，包括外套筒1、内套筒2和定位筒3，
外套筒1套在内套筒2外部，与内套筒2滑动配合，
定位筒3套在外套筒1外部，与外套筒1配合。
定位筒3与外套筒1螺纹配合。
在外套筒1的端部上安装有限位条11，在限位条11端部安装有定位卡块111，
在内套筒2外壁上设置有定位卡槽21，
定位卡块111与定位卡槽21配合。
限位条11有四个均匀分布在外套筒1端部，
定位卡槽21有四个，均匀分布在内套筒2外壁上。
在使用时，外套筒1先套在一个带连接轴的端部固定，然后将内套筒2从外套筒1内部拉出，固定在另一根带连接轴上，旋转定位筒3向内套筒2方向移动，将微微向上翘起的限位条11向下压，使定位卡块111与定位卡槽21配合，对内套筒2定位，完成连接。
本发明结构设计使得联轴器套在一起，形成一体，长度只有原来的一半，方便安装，而且安装时不必对心。

1.一种联轴器，其特征在于，包括外套筒、内套筒和定位筒，
所述外套筒套在所述内套筒外部，与所述内套筒滑动配合，
所述定位筒套在所述外套筒外部，与所述外套筒配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种联轴器，其特征在于，所述定位筒与所述外套筒螺纹配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种联轴器，其特征在于，在所述外套筒的端部上安装有限位条，在所述限位条端部安装有定位卡块，
在所述内套筒外壁上设置有定位卡槽，
所述定位卡块与所述定位卡槽配合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种联轴器，其特征在于，所述限位条有四个均匀分布在所述外套筒端部，
所述定位卡槽有四个，均匀分布在所述内套筒外壁上。
