Abstract
本发明公开了一种补血益肾的固体饮料及其制备方法,属于保健饮料加工技术领域,采用枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂三味药食同源物品,其中,枸杞子能养肝、滋肾、润肺,主治肝肾亏虚,头晕目眩,腰膝酸软等,桑椹子能滋阴养血,生津润肠,主治肝肾不足和血虚精亏的头晕目眩、须发早白等,三味药食同源物品组方配伍,能滋阴补血,生津润燥,具有补血益肾的功效。结合现代制备工艺,制得的颗粒外观呈淡黄棕色至棕红色,形态疏松、无结块,具有体积小、携带方便等特点,制备工艺保留了原料中的多种营养成分,生物效价高,溶解静置后无沉淀、分层现象,具有原料的香气,味甜、微酸,无添加剂、食用安全可靠,采用本法制备生产成本低,适于大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健用固体饮料,具体涉及一种补血益肾的固体饮料及其制备方法,属于保健饮料加工技术领域。
背景技术
现代人生活节奏加快,工作压力大,往往使人忽视自身健康,处于亚健康状态,如不及时治疗极易诱发疾病。肾、血虚是其中较为常见的病症。肾虚指的是肾脏精气阴阳不足,最常见的为肾阴虚和肾阳虚。肾阳虚的症状为“寒”,主要有腰酸、四肢发冷、畏寒,甚至水肿,性功能不好也会导致肾阳虚;肾阴虚的症状为“热”,主要有腰酸、燥热、盗汗、虚汗、头晕、耳鸣等。现代科学证明,当人发生肾虚时,无论肾阴虚还是肾阳虚,都会引起人的免疫力下降。肾虚是一种慢性病变,表现为记忆力下降、精力不足、情绪不佳、性功能障碍、泌尿系统疾病等,长期患病会严重影响人的正常生活和工作,且极易反复发作,由此带来的痛苦给人的心理蒙上了一层厚重的阴影。中医理论认为血液循行体内,营养周身,如有亏乏、凝滞、妄行均会引起病症,造成血病的原因有冷热刺激、思虑和疲劳过度、久病耗损、跌仆刀伤、流血过多等,表现为心悸,失眠,头晕,目眩,脱头发,面色苍白,爪甲不华,肌肤干清枯裂,形体消瘦,大便难解,妇女月经量少或经闭,舌质淡白,脉象细小或芤等症状,临床上主要采用养血、和血、活血、清血、止血、祛瘀等方法医治。
然而,目前市场上常见的补血益肾产品多为药品,长期服用会对人的健康产生影响,且产品价格偏高,不宜长期使用,因此,无法满足人们的正常需求。中国专利2011年5月4日(公告号:CN 102038259B)公开了一种益肾补血的固体饮料,以黑豆、黑米、黑芝麻、黄豆、核桃、山药、杏仁为原料,经熟制、混合、粉碎制成,营养丰富,使用方便,但糊状口感仅能满足少数群体,且市场推广应用不足。而市场上现有的具补血益肾功效的保健品也普遍存在口感单一的缺憾,不能满足生活水平提高后人们对不同营养成分、不同口味饮品的选择需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种补血益肾的固体饮料。
同时,本发明还提供一种补血益肾的固体饮料的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种补血益肾的固体饮料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:枸杞子24~36份,桑椹子18~35份,山楂15~45份,蔗糖180~480份。
一种补血益肾的固体饮料,优选的,由以下重量份数的原料组成:枸杞子25份,桑椹子25份,山楂30份,蔗糖180份。
本发明将枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂三味药食同源物品配伍组合,其中,枸杞子为茄科枸杞属植物宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)的果实,含有生物碱、阿托品、天仙子胺、丙烯胺类、多糖、脑苷脂、熊果酸、玉蜀黍黄质、酸浆果红素、隐黄质、对香豆酸、胡萝卜甾醇、胡萝卜素、维生素C等,性甘、平,归肝、肾、肺经,能养肝、滋肾、润肺,主治肝肾亏虚,头晕目眩,目视不清,腰膝酸软,虚劳咳嗽等;桑椹子为桑科桑属植物桑(Morusalba L.)的干燥果穗,性甘、酸,寒,归肝、肾经,桑椹子果穗含维生素B1、B2和胡萝卜素,其脂类的脂肪酸主要为亚油酸、油酸、软脂酸、壬酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚麻酸等,精油中含桉叶素、芳樟醇等,磷脂包括磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酸等,能够滋阴养血,生津润肠,主治肝肾不足和血虚精亏的头晕目眩、耳鸣、须发早白、失眠、腰酸、便秘等;山楂为蔷薇科山楂属植物山里红(Crataegus pinnati fida Bunge var.major N.E.Br.)、山楂(Crataeguspinnati fida Bunge),果实含左旋表儿茶素、绿原酸、枸橼酸、枸橼酸单酯、黄酮、熊果酸、游离糖等,脂肪酸包括亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚麻酸等,性酸、甘,微温,归脾、胃、肝经,能消食健胃、行气散瘀,主治脘腹胀痛,血瘀痛经、经闭,产后腹痛、恶露不尽等,有增强免疫力、保护心血管的作用。三味药食同源物品组方配伍,能滋阴补血,生津润燥,具有补血益肾的功效。
一种补血益肾的固体饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数准确称取枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂和蔗糖,先将枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂加水煎煮两次,第一次加8~10倍量水,煎煮2~3小时,第二次加6~8倍量水,煎煮1.5~2.5小时,合并提取液,过滤,静置,取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.16~1.22,得粘稠状提取物备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中的提取物与蔗糖混合,搅拌均匀制成软材,再制成颗粒,颗粒于40℃~60℃下干燥20~50分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中的颗粒过筛整粒,包装即得。
本发明将枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂三味药食同源物品结合现代制备工艺,经提取、浓缩、制粒、整粒、包装等步骤制得颗粒状固体饮料,颗粒外观呈淡黄棕色至棕红色,形态疏松、无结块,具有体积小、携带方便等特点,制备工艺保留了原料中的多种营养成分,蛋白质、多糖损失小,生物效价高,在70℃以上热水中可迅速溶解分散,液体呈淡黄棕色至棕红色,静置后无沉淀、分层现象,杂质含量少,具有原料的香气,味甜、微酸,无添加剂、食用安全可靠,采用本法制备生产成本低,适于大规模生产,产品经检验符合国家质量标准。其中,山楂有机酸(以枸橼酸计)≥0.35%,水份≤5%,总砷(以As计,mg/kg)≤0.5,铅(以Pb计,mg/kg)≤1.0;铜(以Cu计,mg/kg)≤5.0,菌落总数(CFU/g)≤1000,大肠菌群(MPN/g)≤0.4,霉菌(CFU/g)≤25,酵母菌(CFU/g)≤25,沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均末检出。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细说明,但不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例1
准确称取以下重量份数的原料:枸杞子24份,桑椹子18份,山楂15份,蔗糖180份。制备步骤包括:
(1)先将枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂置入多功能提取罐中,加水煎煮两次,第一次加8倍量水,煎煮2小时,第二次加6倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,合并提取液,过滤,静置24小时,取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.16,得棕红色粘稠状提取物备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中的提取物与蔗糖混合,搅拌均匀制成软材,将软材置于旋转制粒机中制成颗粒,颗粒于沸腾干燥床中烘干,温度为40℃,干燥50分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中的颗粒过上层为10目、下层为60目的筛网整粒,包装即得。
本实施例制得的产品外观呈棕黄色,形态疏松,无结块,在70℃以上热水中可迅速溶解分散,液体呈淡棕黄色,静置后无沉淀、分层现象,具有原料应有的气味,味甜、微酸,食用安全。其中,山楂有机酸(以枸橼酸计)≥0.35%,水份≤5%,总砷(以As计,mg/kg)≤0.5,铅(以Pb计,mg/kg)≤1.0,铜(以Cu计,mg/kg)≤5.0,菌落总数(CFU/g)≤1000,大肠菌群(MPN/g)≤0.4,霉菌(CFU/g)≤25,酵母菌(CFU/g)≤25,沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌末检出。
本实施例每袋装量为10克,食用方法:开袋倒入水杯中,加入200mL热水,搅拌待完全溶剂,即饮。
实施例2
准确称取以下重量份数的原料:枸杞子25份,桑椹子25份,山楂30份,蔗糖180份。制备步骤包括:
(1)先将枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂置入多功能提取罐中,加水煎煮两次,第一次加9倍量水,煎煮2小时,第二次加7倍量水,煎煮1.5小时,合并提取液,过滤,静置24小时,取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.20,得棕红色粘稠状提取物备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中的提取物与蔗糖混合,搅拌均匀制成软材,将软材置于旋转制粒机中制成颗粒,颗粒于沸腾干燥床中烘干,温度为50℃,干燥40分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中的颗粒过上层为12目、下层为60目的筛网整粒,包装即得。
本实施例制得的产品外观呈棕黄色,形态疏松,无结块,在70℃以上热水中可迅速溶解分散,液体呈淡棕黄色,静置后无沉淀、分层现象,具有原料应有的气味,味甜、微酸,食用安全。其中,山楂有机酸(以枸橼酸计)≥0.40%,水份≤5%,总砷(以As计,mg/kg)≤0.5,铅(以Pb计,mg/kg)≤1.0,铜(以Cu计,mg/kg)≤5.0,菌落总数(CFU/g)≤1000,大肠菌群(MPN/g)≤0.4,霉菌(CFU/g)≤25,酵母菌(CFU/g)≤25,沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌末检出。
实施例3
准确称取以下重量份数的原料:枸杞子36份,桑椹子35份,山楂22份,蔗糖320份。制备步骤包括:
(1)先将枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂置入多功能提取罐中,加水煎煮两次,第一次加10倍量水,煎煮2.5小时,第二次加7倍量水,煎煮2小时,合并提取液,过滤,静置24小时,取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.18,得棕红色粘稠状提取物备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中的提取物与蔗糖混合,搅拌均匀制成软材,将软材置于旋转制粒机中制成颗粒,颗粒于沸腾干燥床中烘干,温度为55℃,干燥30分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中的颗粒过上层为16目、下层为80目的筛网整粒,包装即得。
本实施例制得的产品外观呈棕黄色,形态疏松,无结块,在70℃以上热水中可迅速溶解分散,液体呈淡棕黄色,静置后无沉淀、分层现象,具有原料应有的气味,味甜、微酸,食用安全。其中,山楂有机酸(以枸橼酸计)≥0.38%,水份≤5%,总砷(以As计,mg/kg)≤0.5,铅(以Pb计,mg/kg)≤1.0,铜(以Cu计,mg/kg)≤5.0,菌落总数(CFU/g)≤1000,大肠菌群(MPN/g)≤0.4,霉菌(CFU/g)≤25,酵母菌(CFU/g)≤25,沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌末检出。
实施例4
准确称取以下重量份数的原料:枸杞子30份,桑椹子26份,山楂45份,蔗糖480份。制备步骤包括:
(1)先将枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂置入多功能提取罐中,加水煎煮两次,第一次加12倍量水,煎煮3小时,第二次加8倍量水,煎煮2.5小时,合并提取液,过滤,静置24小时,取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.22,得棕红色粘稠状提取物备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中的提取物与蔗糖混合,搅拌均匀制成软材,将软材置于旋转制粒机中制成颗粒,颗粒于沸腾干燥床中烘干,温度为60℃,干燥20分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中的颗粒过上层为14目、下层为80目的筛网整粒,包装即得。
本实施例制得的产品外观呈棕黄色,形态疏松,无结块,在70℃以上热水中可迅速溶解分散,液体呈淡棕黄色,静置后无沉淀、分层现象,具有原料应有的气味,味甜、微酸,食用安全。其中,山楂有机酸(以枸橼酸计)≥0.42%,水份≤5%,总砷(以As计,mg/kg)≤0.5,铅(以Pb计,mg/kg)≤1.0,铜(以Cu计,mg/kg)≤5.0,菌落总数(CFU/g)≤1000,大肠菌群(MPN/g)≤0.4,霉菌(CFU/g)≤25,酵母菌(CFU/g)≤25,沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌末检出。
Claims (3)
1.一种补血益肾的固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:枸杞子24~36份,桑椹子18~35份,山楂15~45份,蔗糖180~480份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补血益肾的固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:枸杞子25份,桑椹子25份,山楂30份,蔗糖180份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的补血益肾的固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数准确称取枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂和蔗糖,先将枸杞子、桑椹子、山楂加水煎煮两次,第一次加8~10倍量水,煎煮2~3小时,第二次加6~8倍量水,煎煮1.5~2.5小时,合并提取液,过滤,静置,取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为1.16~1.22,得粘稠状提取物备用;
(2)将步骤(1)中的提取物与蔗糖混合,搅拌均匀制成软材,再制成颗粒,颗粒于40℃~60℃下干燥20~50分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中的颗粒过筛整粒,包装即得。
