本发明是一种轻型炮管,特指一种水冷轻型炮管 
背景技术
现有的轻型炮管,用耐温高强度钢做成,但全金属炮管的重量仍较大。 
发明内容
本发明是一种水冷轻型炮管 
其技术方案是:含轴向散热式增强肋的金属炮管外再缠绕复合材料外管,既增加炮管强度又构成水冷通道,其进一步的改进是,在水冷通道中加入细长的扭片或弹簧,以形成紊流而提高冷却效率,其优点是,重量比全金属炮管轻1/3左右,方便空运。

具体实施方案
附图所示的水冷轻型炮管,由真空重熔电极炉提供异形金属炮管,即横截面呈放射状的含轴向散热式增强肋的金属炮管(1)经喷(钢)丸强化后,在各增强肋之空隙中,放入细长的不锈钢扭片 或弹簧(2),然后再缠绕碳纤维增强环氧树脂构成复合材料外管(3)。 
如用钛合金做含轴向散执式增强肋的金属炮管,其管内壁应真空氮化处理,以生成耐磨耐蚀的金黄色TIN钛金膜,加上复合材料外管便可达到钢制炮管的强度。 
给水冷轻型炮管装上进出水管道,由大功率动力锂电池或钒电池使高压水泵工作,冷却炮管后的水经热交换器降温后再循环使用。 

Claims (2)

1.本发明是一种水冷轻型炮管,由复合材料外管和异形金属炮管组成,其特征是:异形金属炮管是含轴向散热式增强肋的金属炮管(1)。
2.如权利要求1所述的水冷轻型炮管,其特征是:在增强肋形成的水冷通道中加入细长的扭片或弹簧(2)。
