Abstract

本发明是搪瓷场致发光层的制作工艺,其特征是首先配制场致发光层中的发光体介质粉,由硅、硼、钡、锶、钛、钙、锌、钾、钠、镁等氧化物按重量百分比配制。然后均匀混和,用含醇脂类与易挥发油调配成适当粘度,采用丝网印花法将其以所需的图案或文字形状印刷在移花膜上,需制作时,将移花膜上的发光体转移到已制成的搪瓷屏素坯上干燥后烧制而成,可广泛应用制造各种需场致发光的广告与标牌的生产中,工艺简单成本低,发光亮度均匀。

Description

本发明涉及场致发光应用领域,特别是搪瓷场致发光层的制作工艺。
以往场致发光体的制造工艺,均为把纯发光粉与介质粉按比例配制后,用蒸馏水调配到适当粘度进行喷涂。这种方法浪费很大,成本高,同时使用时,发光亮度又难以均匀,而在搪瓷烧制的同时,烧制场致发光层的制作工艺,国内外尚属首创。
本发明的目的是提供一种搪瓷场致发光层的新型制作工艺。
本发明是以如下方式完成的:首先配制场致发光层,由发光体介质粉组成,其配方是由硅(Si)、硼(B)、钡(Ba)、锶(Sr)、钛(Ti)、钙(Ca)、锌(Zn)、钾(K)、钠(Na)、镁(Ma)等氧化物组成,其重量百分比按如下范围:SiO26~16、B2O315~35、BaO0.01~15、SrO0.01~7、TiO20.01~3.5、CaO0.01~2、K2O0.01~6、Na2O0.01~12、MgO0.01~2、ZnO8~25。进行均匀混和,然后用含醇脂类与易挥发油调配成适当粘度,如印刷油墨一样,利用丝网印花法将其以所需的图案或文字形状印刷在移花膜上,在制作搪瓷场致发光层时,将移花膜上的发光体转移到已事先制成的搪瓷屏素坯上,等其干燥后,经700℃~730℃加热烧制而成。
本发明比之原纯发光粉与介质粉按比例配制后,用蒸馏水调配到适当粘度进行喷涂的制作工艺,可降低成本达60%,而且大幅度减少浪费;场致发光层的发光亮度也比以前均匀得多。
以下结合附图进一步说明。
图1是本发明中的移花膜结构图。
参照图1,搪瓷场致发光层的制作工艺中应用到移花膜工艺,移花膜的结构由铜版纸(1)、油脂膜(2)、发光体膜(3)、含醇脂膜(4)组成。铜版纸(1)也可以是一般的商标纸。发光体膜(3)是采用丝网印刷法将发光体以图案或文字形状印刷在油脂膜(2)上,油脂膜(2)就是易挥发性油脂,贴附在铜版纸(1)上,然后再喷涂上一层含醇脂膜(4)。需要制作搪瓷场致发光层时,只要把移花膜浸泡在水中,过几分钟,即可撕下附有发光体的油脂膜(2),将其贴在搪瓷素坯上,经烧制而成,烧制温度与一般搪瓷制作时一样,此处发光体膜(3)也就是前面所述的发光体介质粉用含醇脂类与易挥发油调配成油墨一样粘度,用丝网印花法进行印制所需的图案与文字形状,干燥后即成一层薄膜状,移花膜工艺是搪瓷场致发光层整体工艺中的一部分,可制备件,需要时即可取出制作搪瓷场致发光层。

Claims (1)

1、搪瓷场致发光层的制作工艺,其特征在于:
a、首先配制场致发光层中的发光体介质粉,配方其重量百分比按如下范围:SiO26~16、B2O315~35、BaO0.01~15、SrO0.01~7、TiO20.01~3.5、CaO0.01~2、K2O0.01~6、Na2O0.01~12、MgO0.01~2、ZnO8~25;
b、将配制好的发光体介质粉均匀混和,然后用含醇脂类与易挥发油调配成适当粘度,如印刷油墨一样,利用丝网印刷法将其以所需的图案或文字形状印刷在移花膜上;
c、将移花膜上的发光体转移到已制成的搪瓷屏素坯上,干燥后经700℃~730℃加热烧制而成;
d、所说的移花膜由铜版纸(1)、油脂膜(2)、发光体膜(3)、含醇脂膜(4)组成,发光体膜(3)是图案或文字形状,采用丝网印刷法将发光体印刷在油脂膜(2)上,油脂膜(2)贴附在铜版纸(1)上,然后喷涂上一层含醇脂膜(4)。
