本实施例的选择影片片段方法与装置可参照图12,本实施例中包含网页存取伺服器1401、时间码供应伺服器1402、影片管理伺服器1403、片段资讯储存装置1407、串流伺服器1404、影片储存装置1408与多媒体机上盒1405。网页存取伺服器经1401由网际网路读取与记录远端网页中特定格式的影片资讯1406并依选定的分类类别记录影片片段资讯于片段资讯储存装置1407。时间码供应伺服器1402记录影片片段起始时间码与结束时间码并依据影片事件选择对应的影片片段,其中选择对应的影片片段的方式为至片段资讯储存装置中搜寻包含所述影片事件的所有影片片段,并取得所述所有影片片段起始时间码与结束时间 码。多媒体机上盒1405经由网际网路与影片管理伺服器1403建立连线,并向影片管理伺服器1403送出播放影片事件的要求,影片管理伺服器1403由时间码供应伺服器1402取得对应所述影片事件的所有影片片段起始时间码与结束时间码后,进行影片片段的传送。影片片段传送方式之一为影片管理伺服器1403通知串流伺服器1404依所有影片片段起始时间码与结束时间码向多媒体机上盒1405传送影片片段,并由多媒体机上盒1405于接收影片片段后播放,另一影片片段传送方式为影片管理伺服器1403向多媒体机上盒1405传送所有影片片段起始时间码与结束时间码,多媒体机上盒1405向串流伺服器1404要求传送影片片段,多媒体机上盒1405于接收影片片段后播放。
