Abstract
本发明技术公开了一种新型轴流式血泵。它是由轴向磁悬浮,径向磁悬浮加液浮支承的转子轴组件和定子组件构成。带螺旋叶片的转子轴组件两端无轴承结构件,转子轴组件轴向和径向由装在定子组件内的两组磁钢和装在转子轴组件内的两组磁钢构成的两对磁悬浮轴承支承;同时叶片外径在高速旋转时与定子组件内孔相对运动产生的动压液浮效应也对转子轴组件形成径向的强力液浮支承。定子组件内孔与转子组件外表面全部抛光并涂覆生物相容性好的材料,以防血栓的形成。
Description
技术领域
本发明技术涉及一种高精度、长寿命植入式心室辅助装置,也可称做“人工心脏”,该轴流血泵植入人体心脏后可取代部分心脏功能,可延长心衰病人的生命。
背景技术
目前世界上多数发达国家为了提高人类生存质量,延长生命周期,开展“人工心脏”研究已有二十年以上,近几年成功用于人体已有几千例。
各国研制的“人工心脏”从结构形式分主要有两种,一种是轴流泵,一种是离心泵。美国研制的“Jarvik2000”轴流式血泵,如图1,已经成功植入人体。
发明内容
本发明技术采用一种轴向磁悬浮和径向磁悬浮加径向液悬浮混合悬浮技术取代原方案中的轴向点摩擦支承(或磁悬浮支承)和径向滑动轴颈支承。
原方案中转子组件径向支承离不开两端的轴颈支承,必须有两端的结构零件。
新方案中转子组件由磁悬浮加径向螺旋叶片外径与定子组件内孔在高速相对转动时产生的动压液浮实现径向支承,取代了两端的轴径支承,因而不需要两端轴承结构件。
新方案中,轴向支承采用磁钢同性相斥异性相吸原理,在定子组件与转子组件中分别装两对磁钢实现排斥,把转子限制在中间。
新方案中,径向磁悬浮是由装在定子两端的两组磁钢与装在转子两端的两组磁钢径向相斥实现的。
新方案中,径向液浮是由带螺旋叶片的转子外径在(6000~15000转/分)高速旋转时与定子组件内孔相对运动产生的动压液浮效应形成径向的强力液浮支承。

具体实施方式
本发明技术的具体实施方式可参见图2的结构示意图。设计工程图纸完成三相无刷无传感器的定子、转子结构和电机参数设计,完成两组轴向径向磁悬浮结构和参数设计,再根据动压液浮的要求计算并确定定子组件内孔与转子螺旋叶片外径的工作间隙。转子叶片数量和螺旋升角根据“人工心脏”每分钟需要的供血量和电机的转速确定。最后设计并完成与电机相匹配的控制线路板,实现6000~15000转/分不同转速下的供血要求。血泵定子组件和转子组件工作表面的生物相容性改性涂覆是在真空离子镀膜设备上实现的。
Claims (4)
1.一种无轴端结构件的磁液悬浮轴流血泵,其特征是:转子的轴向支承由两组磁钢组成;径向支承由两组磁钢和转子叶片的高速旋转产生的动压液悬浮效应完成。由于磁钢零件装在定子组件和转子组件内部,转子组件两端不再需要结构零件,从而大大降低了血泵工作时血栓的形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种无轴端结构件的磁液悬浮轴流血泵,其特征是:利用磁钢的同性相斥异性相吸原理实现轴向和径向的支承和限位。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种无轴端结构件的磁液悬浮轴流血泵,其特征是:转子的螺旋叶片外径与定子组件内孔在高速相对转动时产生动压液浮效应加强了径向的支承。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种无轴端结构件的磁液悬浮轴流血泵,其特征是:磁钢零件装在定子组件和转子组件的腔体内,转子轴组件两端省去了支承结构件,简化了结构,从而大大降低了血泵工作时血栓形成几率。
