Abstract

本发明公开了一种醋酸钙的制备方法,包括取石灰石矿石用破碎机破碎成小碎石,然后浸入醋酸和盐配成的溶液中,并间歇通电,静置反应数天,三级沉淀,取上清液蒸发烘干即成粉末醋酸钙等步骤。本发明的方法所制备出的醋酸钙是一种钙离子含量较高的有机离子型钙盐,且水溶性好,吸收利用率高,不须加V0,极易被人体所吸收,并且本品经毒理试验证明无毒副作用,不仅可作食品添加剂使用,而且可作医药配制品用。

Description

本发明是关于一种从矿石中提取矿物元素的方法,更特别地,是关于从石灰石中提取醋酸钙的方法及其用途。
钙是人体生命之本,它组成人体骨骼,参与体内新陈代谢,每天有数百毫克的钙随人体汗液、尿液和粪便排出体外,故需不断补充,才能保证新陈代谢的需要。
钙保健在我国早已有之,本草经就把含碳酸钙成份为主的石钟乳列为中草药之中品,但是石钟乳是最原始的碳酸钙矿石,难溶于水,不易被人体吸收和利用,很难有预想的效果。
本发明的目的在于提供一种有机离子型、钙离子含量高、不加V0、水溶性大、吸收利用率高的醋酸钙。
本发明的目的之二是提供一种醋酸钙的制备方法。
本发明的这些和其它目的将通过下列的详细描述来进一步地体现和说明。
在本发明中,原料一般选取石灰石与白云石矿石,优选石灰石矿石,加入醋酸溶液即形成醋酸钙,反应式如下:
CaCO2+2CH3COOH=Ca(CH3CCO)2+H2CO3
本发明的方法,包括以下步骤:
A、取石灰石矿石用破碎机破碎至小碎石,再磨碎至80-120目;
B、将食盐加水配成饱和溶液,然后再加醋酸,搅匀;
C、将矿石浸于盐、醋酸混合溶液中,溶液量高于矿石量,并间歇通电,静置反应数天;
D、三级沉淀,最后一次沉淀的上清液即为醋酸钙溶液;
E、取上清液蒸发即成醋酸钙产品。
在本发明中,醋酸的加入量可以从上述反应式中推出。可以按如下所述来制备溶液。
以食盐加水配成饱和溶液,再逐渐加醋酸搅拌,尝其味,直到酸咸可口、适当为止,以初步定出盐醋用量比例,然后于杯中用此混合浸取液浸取矿粉,浸液只稍高出矿物即可,浸一天后尝其味,如太酸,则已放醋过多,下次再试时可减量,如太咸,则放醋不够,下次再试时可增加,此溶液含盐和有机酸,可灭菌消毒。
在本发明中,在含浸取液和矿石的容器中间歇性通220V交流电,以产生电场并加速活化,静置数天使钙质充分活化转移,并灭菌消毒。然后加水稀释并搅成悬浮液,浸取后加水制成稀悬浮液,然后将上述悬浮液导入外置强磁铁的管内流过,使之磁化。将悬浮液逐渐导入三个沉淀池,进行三次沉淀,以得到纯的醋酸钙上清液,将醋酸钙在低温蒸发即成粉状醋酸钙产品。
将产品按国家规定项目检验合格后,包装成成品。
本发明的醋酸钙产品由于是从大自然中的岩石里直接提取出的,因此是一种钙离子含量较高的有机离子型钙盐,并且水溶性好,吸收利用率高,不须加V0,极易为肠道吸收,补钙效果好,并且本品经毒理试验证明无毒副作用,长期食用安全可靠。不仅可以作食品添加剂使用,而且可以作医药配制品用。

Claims (3)

1、一种醋酸钙的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a,取石灰石矿石用破碎机破碎至小碎石,再磨碎至80-120目;
b,将食盐加水配成饱和溶液,然后再加醋酸,搅匀;
c,将矿石浸于盐、醋酸混合溶液中,溶液量高于矿石量,并间歇通电,静置反应数天;
d,三级沉淀,最后一次沉淀的上清液即为醋酸钙溶液;
e,将醋酸钙蒸发即成粉末醋酸钙。
2、如权利要求1所述的醋酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于所制备的醋酸钙可以作为食品添加剂供入食用。
3、如权利要求1所述的醋酸钙的制备方法,其特征在于所制备的醋酸钙可以作医药配制品用。
