荞麦,属蓼科双子叶植物,籽粒供食用,是自然界中少有的药食两用作物,有着卓越的营养保健价值和非凡的食疗功效,被誉为“五谷之王”。荞麦按其形状与特点分为甜荞麦与苦荞麦,甜荞麦淀粉含量高,口感好;但苦荞麦营养价值高于甜荞麦。

苦荞麦不仅拥有独特、全面、丰富的营养成分,还有独特的食疗保健作用,被称为“三降食品”,即降血压,降血糖,降血脂。祖国医学《本草纲目》、《中药大辞典》、《备急千金要方》等专著,对苦荞麦的食用和药用价值均有明确阐述,认为苦荞麦是“药食同源”的优良作物。《本草纲目》记载:苦荞麦性味苦、平、寒,“实肠胃,益气力,续精神,利耳目,能练五脏滓秽”,“降气宽肠,磨积滞,消热肿风痛”。现代临床医学研究证实,苦荞麦粉及其制品具有降血糖、降血脂,增强人体免疫力、疗胃疾、除湿解毒等功效,对糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、冠心病、中风、胃病患者都有辅助治疗作用。这些作用与苦荞麦中所含营养成分有关,苦荞麦富含生物类黄酮等生物活性成分,其主要成分是芦丁,具有软化血管,维持毛细血管通透性、清热解毒、活血化瘀等功效,并能促进胰岛素分泌,是改善心脑血管微循环和降血糖、尿糖、血脂的关键物质。苦荞麦所含的微量元素硒有很强的抗氧化作用,能清除体内自由基,排除体内毒素、防止血凝块,清除胆固醇,增强人体免疫功能。
目前可知的苦荞养生茶很多,但普遍存在营养成分和功效单一、口感较差的缺陷。发明专利CN1934976公开了一种苦荞茶及制备方法,是将苦荞麦经过精选、外壳抛光、膨化、烘烤、粉碎等方法制成,是一种非常适合预防和治疗高血压、高血脂、高血糖的食疗保健饮品,但其营养成分及功效较为单一。发明专利CN1977629A公开了一种苦荞茶及其制备工艺,是将苦荞麦经过筛选、漂洗、浸泡、蒸熟、烘干、脱壳等步骤焙制成浓缩、完整的苦荞米再与苦丁茶叶混合而成,是“三高”症候人群的食疗养生佳品,但也存在营养成分和功效单一的不足,而且口感较差。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中苦荞养生茶营养成分和功效单一、口感差的不足,本发明提供一种荞菊养生茶的配方及其制备方法。
本发明所述荞菊养生茶由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
苦荞麦390-400份,枸杞50-60份,菊花30-40份,山楂30-40份。
所述枸杞为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实,性甘、平,归肝肾经,具有滋补肝肾,益精明目的功效。现代医学临床研究表明,枸杞含有丰富的胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和钙、磷、铁等,具有增加白细胞活性、促进肝细胞新生的药理作用,同时还有延缓衰老、抗肝损伤、降血糖,抗肿瘤、促进造血功能等作用。
所述菊花为菊科草本植物菊的头状花序,味微辛、甘、苦,性微寒,具有疏散风热、清肝明目、平肝阳、解毒之功效。现代医学研究证实,菊花具有降血压、消除癌细胞、扩张冠状动脉和抑菌的作用,对冠心病,高血压,动脉硬化、血清胆固醇过高症都有很好的疗效。
所述山楂为蔷薇科植物山楂或野山楂的果实,味甘酸,微温,入脾、胃、肝经,有消食健胃,行气散瘀等功效。现代医学研究证实,山楂中含有山萜类及黄酮类等药物成分,具有显著的扩张血管及降压作用,有增强心肌、抗心律不齐、调节血脂及胆固醇含量等功能,并有防治动脉硬化,防衰老、抗癌的作用。
本发明所述荞菊养生茶原料重量份最佳配比为:
苦荞390份 枸杞50份 菊花30份 山楂30份。
本发明提供的荞菊养生茶的制备步骤如下:
1、将苦荞麦精选、清洗、浸泡、熟化、烘干,脱壳、粉碎成400-600目筛细粉,制得苦荞麦粉;
2、精选枸杞、菊花、山楂,清洗、干燥、混合后,粉碎成400-600目筛细粉;
3、将用所述步骤1、2制得的细粉混合均匀,制成颗粒,经干燥、灭菌后,装入专用滤纸袋,按每袋5克分袋包装,制成袋泡茶。
4、将用所述步骤1、2制得的细粉混合均匀,过600-1000目筛,得细粉,再制成颗粒,经干燥、灭菌后,装入专用滤纸袋,按每袋5克分袋包装,制成速溶茶。
有益效果
本发明提供的荞菊养生茶,含有高含量的苦荞麦生物活性成份-苦荞黄酮,具有调节血糖,降血脂、降血压,减肥败毒、清理人体垃圾、激活胰岛素分泌等功效。按合理配比添加枸杞、菊花、山楂后,口感更好,营养更丰富,保健效果更佳,有益气养精、平肝补肾,抗衰老、抗氧化、平衡人体机能等作用,对高血压、高血脂、高血糖等病症有预防和治疗作用,“三高”症候人群长期饮用,能有效控制血压、血脂、血糖。同时,对精神不振,全身疲乏以及多种慢性疾病皆有防治作用,普通人群长期饮用该茶,可调理滋补人体脏腑,能祛病强身,延年益寿。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
配制500克荞菊养生茶,精选苦荞麦390克,清洗、浸泡、熟化、烘干,脱壳、粉碎,过400-600目筛,制得苦荞麦细粉;再精选枸杞50克、菊花30克、山楂30克,清洗、干燥、混合,粉碎成400-600目筛细粉后与制得的苦荞麦细粉混合均匀,制成颗粒,经干燥、灭菌,按每袋5克分袋包装,制成袋泡茶。每天2袋,每次1袋,冲入沸水饮用。
实施例2:
配制540克荞菊养生茶,精选苦荞麦400克,清洗、浸泡、熟化、烘干,脱壳、粉碎,过400-600目筛,制得苦荞麦细粉;精选枸杞60克、菊花40克、山楂40克,清洗、干燥、混合,粉碎成400-600目筛细粉后与制得的苦荞麦细粉混合均匀,过600-1000目筛,制成细粉,然后制粒、干燥、灭菌,按每袋5克分袋包装,制成速溶茶。每天2袋,每次1袋,冲入沸水饮用。
Claims (3)
1.一种荞菊养生茶及其制备方法,其特征在于:它主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:苦荞麦390-400份,枸杞50-60份,菊花30-40份,山楂30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的荞菊养生茶,其特征在于:该茶为袋泡茶或速溶茶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的荞菊养生茶,其特征在于:采用如下工艺步骤制得袋泡茶或速溶茶:将精选的苦荞麦清洗、浸泡、熟化、烘干,脱壳,粉碎成400-600目筛细粉,制得苦荞麦粉;再将精选的枸杞、菊花、山楂清洗、干燥、混合,粉碎成400-600目筛细粉后,与制得的苦荞麦粉混合均匀,制成颗粒,经干燥、灭菌,装入专用滤纸袋,按每袋5克分袋包装,制成袋泡茶。或者,将精选的枸杞、菊花、山楂清洗、干燥、混合、粉碎成400-600目筛细粉后,与制得的苦荞麦粉均匀混合,再过600-1000目筛,得细粉,经制粒、干燥、灭菌,装入专用滤纸袋,按每袋5克分袋包装,制成速溶茶。
