背景技术
粥是中国人的主食之一,粥的品种多不胜数,无论走到哪里都有粥的身影。许多病人或身体较差的人,经常以粥为载体进行滋补,因此,粥有天下第一补品之王的美誉。但是,一般人对粥的认识还不够,以为在锅中倒入几杯水,随意加入几种食材,用火一熬就可以做好。对食物的相宜相克原理并不十分清楚,胡乱搭配食材,没能充分利用各种食材的价值,不是造成浪费,就是达不到食补的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有养血养颜作用的香菇鸽肉粥。
本发明的技术方案是:由下述重量份数的原料制成:
香菇1 鸽肉2 小米3 水20。
本发明的制备方法如下:
将鸽肉洗净,用干布将鸽肉上的水份吸干,将鸽肉切成肉丁,香菇洗净后切成小丁;先将鸽肉和小米入锅,加水后大火熬20分钟,再将香菇倒入锅内,小火熬20分钟即可。
鸽肉性平,味咸。人肝肾经。鸽肉含水分、蛋白质、少量脂肪和无机盐等。具有滋肾益气,祛风解毒的功效。主治虚赢,消渴,久疟,妇女血虚经闭,恶疮疥癣等;香菇性寒、味微苦,有利肝益胃的功效。每百克鲜香菇中含蛋白质12~14克,碳水化合物59.3克,钙124毫克,磷415毫克,铁25.3毫克,还含有多糖类、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C等;小米的营养价值很高,含蛋白质9.2—14.7% ,脂肪3.0—4.6%及多种维生素。同时还含有钙,磷,钾,钠,镁,铁,锌,硒,铜,锰,碘等。
具体实施方式
实施例,取鸽肉20克洗净,用干布将鸽肉上的水份吸干,将鸽肉切成肉丁,将10克香菇洗净后切成小丁;先将洗净的鸽肉和30克小米入锅,加水200克后大火熬20分钟,再将切好的香菇倒入锅内,小火熬20分钟即可。

1.香菇鸽肉粥,其特征是由下述重量份数的原料制成:
香菇1 鸽肉2 小米3 水20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的香菇鸽肉粥的制备方法:将鸽肉洗净,用干布将鸽肉上的水份吸干,将鸽肉切成肉丁,香菇洗净后切成小丁;先将鸽肉和小米入锅,加水后大火熬20分钟,再将香菇倒入锅内,小火熬20分钟即可。
