Abstract
本发明涉及一种农用杀菌组合物,所述杀菌组合物中苯醚双唑与咯菌腈的重量比为1:100~100:1,优选地,所述苯醚双唑与咯菌腈的重量比为1:20~20:1。本发明还涉及含有所述农用杀菌组合物的农用杀菌剂,以及它们在防治黄瓜类作物灰霉病的用途。本发明的组合物对病害有显著的增效作用,提高了杀菌效果;减少用药次数,减少环境污染和农药残留;作用位点增加。本发明的组合物对试验作物均无明显不良影响,安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药组合物领域,具体地说是以苯醚双唑和咯菌腈为有效成分的杀菌组合物,以及所述组合物在防治黄瓜灰霉病中的用途。
背景技术
灰霉病(Cucurbit Gray Mould)是黄瓜作物生产中的重要病害,发生极其普遍。尤其是近年来,随着日光温室、塑料大棚、地膜覆盖等保护措施的改进,黄瓜种植面积不断扩大,加之茬次增多,为黄瓜灰霉病的滋生蔓延创造了条件,一般损失在30%以上。黄瓜灰霉病主要危害幼瓜,也侵染叶、茎。幼瓜发病,病菌多从开败的雌花侵入,致使花瓣腐烂,进而向幼瓜扩展,致脐部呈水渍状,幼花迅速变软、萎缩、腐烂,表面密生灰色霉层,并扩展至整个瓜条。病瓜停止生长继而腐烂或脱落。叶片一般由脱落的烂花或病卷须附着在叶面引起发病,形成直径20~50mm大型病斑,近圆形或不规则形,边缘明显,后干枯表面生灰霉。烂瓜或烂花附着在茎上时,能引起茎部腐烂,严重时下部的节腐烂致蔓折断,植株枯死。灰霉病菌的有性态为富克尔核盘菌Sclerotinia fuckeliana(de Bary)Fuckel,属子囊菌亚门核盘菌属。无性态为灰葡萄孢Botrytis cinerea Pers.ex Fr.,属半知菌亚门葡萄孢属。灰霉菌为弱寄生菌,植株生长弱,病势明显加重。一般过于密植、氮肥施用过多或缺乏、灌水过多、通风透光不好均易使病害流行。
苯醚双唑(英文通用名:Difenodiconazole),化学名称:2-[2-氯-4-(4-氯苯氧)苯基]-1,3-双(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-2-丙醇。申请号为200610140836.7的中国专利申请中公开了苯醚双唑的化学结构式、制备方法以及杀菌用途,在此将该专利申请全文引入作为参考。苯醚双唑具有如下结构式:
咯菌腈(Fludioxonil)属吡咯类触杀性杀菌剂,通过抑制葡萄糖磷酰化的有关转移,并抑制真菌菌丝体的生长,最终导致病原菌死亡。持效期长,且不易与其它杀菌剂发生交互抗性。咯菌腈是全球为数不多获得美国环保局EPA“低风险”认证的产品之一,是市场上能够购买获得的产品。咯菌腈广泛应用于多种作物,用于小麦、大麦、玉米、豌豆、油菜、水稻、蔬菜、葡萄、草坪、观赏作物叶面处理,防治雪腐镰孢菌、小麦网腥黑腐菌、立枯病菌等,对灰霉病有特效;对谷物和非谷物种子处理,防治种传和土传病菌,如链格孢属、壳二孢属、曲霉属、镰孢菌属、长蠕孢属、丝核菌属及青霉属菌。
以苯醚双唑和咯菌腈为有效成分的杀菌组合物,特别用于黄瓜类作物灰霉病的防治,可以延缓病菌抗药性的产生,提高实际防效,扩大杀菌谱及降低用药成本,是病害综合防治的重要手段。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理、杀菌效果好、用药成本低、不易产生抗药性的杀菌组合物,能够用于防治黄瓜作物灰霉病。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种农用杀菌组合物,所述杀菌组合物中苯醚双唑与咯菌腈的重量比为1:100~100:1。
优选地,所述苯醚双唑与咯菌腈的重量比为1:20~20:1。
本发明还提供一种农用杀菌剂,所述农用杀菌剂含有重量百分比0.1%~90%的上述农用杀菌组合物,其余为农药中可接受的载体和助剂。优选地含有重量百分比5%~80%,特别优选地20%~60%,其余为农药中可接受的载体和助剂。
按照本领域技术人员所公知的方法,本发明所述的杀菌组合物在实际应用时可配制成农业上允许的剂型,较好的剂型为悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
对于水分散粒剂来说,本领域技术人员很熟悉使用相应的助剂完成本发明。分散剂选用自聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐;润湿剂选自聚氧乙烯醇、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐;崩解剂选自硫酸铵、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸、丁二酸、碳酸氢钠;粘结剂选自硅藻土、玉米淀粉、PVA、羧甲基(乙基)纤维素类及微晶纤维素类;填料选自硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、海泡石、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土等。
对可湿性粉剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂选自聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐;润湿剂选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐;填料选自硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土等。
对悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂选自聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、TERSPERSE2425(美国亨斯迈公司出品,烷基萘磺酸盐类);润湿剂选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、TERSPERSE2500(美国亨斯迈公司出品);增稠剂选自黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、膨润土;防腐剂选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、BIT(1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮);消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂;防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠。
对水乳剂,可使用的助剂有:乳化剂选自壬基酚聚氧乙烯(EO=10)醚磷酸酯、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯(农乳600#磷酸酯)、农乳700#、农乳2201#、Span-60#、乳化剂T-60、TX-10、农乳1601#、农乳600#、农乳400#;溶剂选自二甲苯、甲苯、环己酮、溶剂油(牌号:S-150、S-180、S-200);稳定剂选自亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷;防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠;增稠剂选自黄原胶、膨润土、硅酸镁铝;防腐剂选自BIT(1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮)、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠。
对微乳剂,可使用的助剂有:乳化剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钙(农乳500#)、农乳700#、农乳2201#、斯盘-60#、吐温-80、TX-10、农乳1601、农乳600#、农乳400#;助溶剂选自甲醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、乙醇;溶剂选自环己酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲苯、甲苯、溶剂油(牌号:S-150、S-180、S-200);稳定剂选自亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷。
本发明还提供上述农用杀菌组合物或农用杀菌剂在防治黄瓜类作物灰霉病的用途。
本发明所述的杀菌组合物或杀菌剂可以以成品制剂形式提供,即组合物中各物质已经混合;也可以以单剂制剂提供,使用前在桶(罐)中直接混合。本发明的浓缩物通常与水混合得到所需要活性物质的浓度。
与现有技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果为:
(1)与单剂相比,本发明所述杀菌组合物对病害有显著的增效作用,提高了杀菌效果;
(2)减少用药次数,降低用药成本,减少环境污染和农药残留;
(3)组合物由不同作用机制的有效成分组成,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓病菌抗药性的产生。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例来对本发明进行进一步说明,但并不将本发明局限于这些具体实施方式。本领域技术人员应该认识到,本发明涵盖了权利要求书范围内所可能包括的所有备选方案、改进方案和等效方案。
本发明中所有制剂的配比中百分比均为重量百分比,“有效成分比”或“配比”均指苯醚双唑与咯菌腈的比值。
一、生物测定
实例:苯醚双唑与咯菌腈复配对黄瓜灰霉病的室内毒力测定
试验对象为黄瓜灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea),该菌种由实验室保存。
采用叶片接菌法。选择二张真叶期长势一致盆栽黄瓜苗,备用。将苯醚双唑和咯菌腈分别用DMF溶解,再用0.1%的吐温-80水溶液稀释配制成系列浓度的药液,再将苯醚双唑和咯菌腈按不同配比分别制成预设的系列浓度复配药液。将不同系列浓度药液对黄瓜苗进行喷雾处理,24小时后,用打孔器将培养3天左右的灰霉病菌沿边缘打成直径5mm菌饼,用镊子将菌饼有菌丝的一面接贴于各处理叶片中央。25℃暗光保湿24h后,恢复自然光照培养约3天左右,每处理重复3次。
待对照充分发病后用卡尺计量每个接种点病斑直径,计算防效。用卡尺计量每个接种点病斑直径,以其平均数代表病斑大小。按下式求出各处理防效:防治效果%=(对照病斑平均直径-处理病斑平均直径)×100/对照病斑平均直径
在药剂防治效率的基础上,用“DPS数据处理系统”进行数据分析统计,求出EC50。依孙云沛(Y-P Sun)法将测定的各处理的EC50换算成实际毒性指数(ATI);根据混剂的配比,获得理论毒性指数(TTI),按下列公式计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC)。
若共毒系数大于120,表明有增效作用;若明显低于100,表明为拮抗作用;100~120之间,表明为相加作用。

从上述室内毒力测定结果可以看出,苯醚双唑与咯菌腈混配,在质量比为100:1~1:100范围内对黄瓜灰霉病均表现为增效作用。其中质量比为20:1~1:20的范围内增效作用最为明显。结果表明,苯醚双唑与咯菌腈混配防治灰霉病具有合理性和可行性。
二、制剂配制
所有制剂配比中百分含量均为质量百分比。
1、水分散粒剂
按配方比例,将原药和分散剂、湿润剂、粘结剂、填料等混合均匀,经气流粉碎后得到粉剂,加入一定量的水混合,在造粒机中进行造粒,然后干燥、筛分即得颗粒状产品。
实施例1:55%苯醚双唑·咯菌腈水分散粒剂(有效成分比1:10)
称取5%苯醚双唑原药、50%咯菌腈原药、4%NNO(烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物)、2%拉开粉BX(二丁基萘磺酸钠)、4%K-12(十二烷基硫酸钠)、5%羧甲基(乙基)纤维素、3%硅藻土、5%葡萄糖、高岭土加至100%。混合均匀,经气流粉碎后制粒。
实施例2:42%苯醚双唑·咯菌腈水分散粒剂(有效成分比20:1)
称取40%苯醚双唑原药、2%咯菌腈原药、4%NNO(烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物)、2%拉开粉BX(二丁基萘磺酸钠)、4%K-12(十二烷基硫酸钠)、5%羧甲基(乙基)纤维素、3%硅藻土、5%葡萄糖、高岭土加至100%。混合均匀,经气流粉碎后制粒。
2、悬浮剂
按配方比例,以水为介质,将原药、分散剂、助悬剂和防冻剂等加入到高剪切乳化机中剪切30min,再用砂磨机砂磨后,得到悬浮剂。
实施例3:30%苯醚双唑·咯菌腈悬浮剂(有效成分比5:1)
称取25%苯醚双唑原药、5%咯菌腈原药、4%FS3000(磷酸酯型阴离子表面活性剂)、1%SXC(磺酸型阴离子表面活性剂)、0.1%黄原胶、1%硅酸镁铝、5%乙二醇、0.15%BIT(1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮)、0.3%有机改性硅氧烷消泡剂,去离子水加至100%。制成浆料,进行砂磨,得到产品。
实施例4:21%苯醚双唑·咯菌腈悬浮剂(有效成分比1:20)
称取1%苯醚双唑原药、20%咯菌腈原药、4%FS3000(磷酸酯型阴离子表面活性剂)、1%SXC(磺酸型阴离子表面活性剂)、0.1%黄原胶、1%硅酸镁铝、5%乙二醇、0.15%BIT(1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮)、0.3%有机改性硅氧烷消泡剂,去离子水加至100%。制成浆料,进行砂磨,得到产品。
3、可湿性粉剂
按配方要求,将各种助剂、填料、原药混合后经粗粉碎机粉碎后,进入气流粉碎机充分粉碎混合制得可湿性粉剂。
实施例5:60%苯醚双唑·咯菌腈可湿性粉剂(有效成分比1:5)
称取10%苯醚双唑原药、50%咯菌腈原药、4%NNO、2%拉开粉BX、5%白炭黑、轻钙加至100%。混合均匀,粉碎后得到产品。
实施例6:80%苯醚双唑·咯菌腈可湿性粉剂(有效成分比1:1)
称取40%苯醚双唑原药、40%咯菌腈原药、5%木质素磺酸钙、2%拉开粉BX、1%K-12、高龄土加至100%。混合均匀,粉碎后得到产品。
实施例7:50.5%苯醚双唑·咯菌腈可湿性粉剂(有效成分比100:1)
称取50%苯醚双唑原药、0.5%咯菌腈原药、5%木质素磺酸钙、2%拉开粉BX、1%K-12、高龄土加至100%。混合均匀,粉碎后得到产品。
4、微乳剂
实施例8:15%苯醚双唑·咯菌腈微乳剂(有效成分比2:1)
称取10%苯醚双唑原药、5%咯菌腈原药、5%农乳700#、5%农乳500#、6%农乳1601#、15%环己酮、5%N-甲基吡咯烷酮、5%正丁醇,经溶解完全并混合均匀,去离子水加至100%。搅拌均匀后,得到产品。
实施例9:22%苯醚双唑·咯菌腈微乳剂(有效成分比1:10)
称取2%苯醚双唑原药、20%咯菌腈原药、5%农乳700#、5%农乳500#、6%农乳1601#、15%环己酮、5%N-甲基吡咯烷酮、5%正丁醇,经溶解完全并混合均匀,去离子水加至100%。搅拌均匀后,得到产品。
5、水乳剂
实施例10:5%咯菌腈·苯醚双唑水乳剂(有效成分比1:1)
称取2.5%咯菌腈原药、2.5%苯醚双唑原药、4%农乳2201#、2%壬基酚聚氧乙烯(EO=10)醚磷酸酯、2.5%农乳600#酸磷脂、20%环己酮、10%溶剂油S150,混合溶解得到油相。将5%乙二醇,0.3%黄原胶、0.5%苯甲酸,去离子水加至100%,配成水相。油相加入水相中充分混合,经高剪切乳化后,得到产品。
实施例10:20.2%咯菌腈·苯醚双唑水乳剂(有效成分比1:100)
称取0.2%咯菌腈原药、20%苯醚双唑原药、4%农乳2201#、2%壬基酚聚氧乙烯(EO=10)醚磷酸酯、2.5%农乳600#酸磷脂、20%环己酮、10%溶剂油S150,混合溶解得到油相。将5%乙二醇,0.3%黄原胶、0.5%苯甲酸,去离子水加至100%,配成水相。油相加入水相中充分混合,经高剪切乳化后,得到产品。
三、田间应用试验
应用例:防治黄瓜灰霉病田间药效试验
参照农业部药检所“GB/T 17980.28-2000农药田间药效试验准则(一)——杀菌剂防治蔬菜灰霉病”的规定,试验药剂、对照药剂和空白对照的小区处理采用随机区组排列,小区面积15m2,4次重复,本试验共计施药两次。第一次施药时处于发病初期,一周后施第二次药。本试验共计调查2次,每试验小区采用五点取样,每点调查2株,调查每株的全部叶片,记录病害等级。
病害分级标准如下:
0级:无病斑;
1级:单叶片有病斑3个;
3级:单叶片有病斑4~6个;
5级:单叶片有病斑7~10个;
7级:单叶片有病斑11~20个,部分密集成片;
9级:单叶片有病斑密集占叶面积四分之一以上。
药效计算方法:
根据调查结果,按照下面(1)、(2)公式计算病情指数和防效。
式中:CK0、CK1分别为空白对照区施药前、后的病情指数;PT0、PT1分别为药剂处理区药前、后的病情指数。

综合上述,室内生测和田间药效试验结果表明本发明所述杀菌组合物产生的有益效果为:
(1)与单剂相比,该杀菌组合物对病害有显著的增效作用,提高了杀菌效果;
(2)减少用药次数,减低用药成本,减少环境污染和农药残留;
(3)组合物由不同作用机制的有效成分组成,作用位点增加,有利于克服和延缓病菌抗药性的产生。本发明组合物对试验作物均无明显不良影响,叶色、长势等都正常,安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
本发明所述杀菌组合物对黄瓜等瓜类作物灰霉病具有良好的防效。
Claims (8)
1.一种农用杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述杀菌组合物中苯醚双唑与咯菌腈的重量比为1:100~100:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农用杀菌组合物,其特征在于所述苯醚双唑与咯菌腈的重量比为1:20~20:1。
3.一种农用杀菌剂,其特征在于其中含有重量百分比0.1%~90%的权利要求1或2所述的农用杀菌组合物,其余为农药中可接受的载体和助剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的农用杀菌剂,其特征在于含有重量百分比5%~80%的权利要求1或2所述的农用杀菌组合物,其余为农药中可接受的载体和助剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述的农用杀菌剂,其特征在于含有重量百分比20%~60%的权利要求1或2所述的农用杀菌组合物,其余为农药中可接受的载体和助剂。
6.根据权利要求3-5中任一项权利要求所述的农用杀菌剂,其特征在于其剂型为悬浮剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
7.权利要求1或2所述的农用杀菌组合物在防治瓜类作物灰霉病的用途。
8.权利要求3-6中任一项权利要求所述的农用杀菌剂在防治黄瓜类作物灰霉病的用途。
