Description
本发明涉及一种快速干燥涂在人的指甲上的指甲油的装置,尤其是这样一种装置,即首先在刚涂完指甲油的指甲上再涂上一层光敏化学剂,然后用紫外线照射所述指甲,当紫外线辐射在上述光敏化学剂涂层上时,上述光敏化学剂涂层起反应,并在3分钟内完全干燥刚涂的指甲油。
过去,指甲油涂于指甲上后靠空气自然干燥,这个过程需要很长时间,而在等待指甲油干燥期间,涂油者不得不避免指甲表面与其它物体接触,否则会抹去或沾污指甲油,从而前功尽弃。实际上,涂油者在等待指甲油干燥过程中不能用手从事任何日常的活动,这对那些需要在涂完指甲油后立即要接触钱包、汽车钥匙和其它物品的沙龙主顾来说实在是一种负担。
考虑到这种空气干燥指甲油的方法给涂油者造成的负担,已有人研制了一些装置来加速指甲油的干燥过程,如美国专利2,374,472和2,262,274,这些装置一般由一个盒式干燥器组成,该干燥器循环冷热空气或将热的或冷的空气吹到指甲表面一定时间。然而,这些装置仅能干燥顶层的指甲油,而不能干燥顶层以下的指甲油,因此,还需要将其暴露在空气中以干燥下层的指甲油,所以,当碰到硬的物品时,所涂的指甲油层仍很容易被破坏,涂油者仍必须在几小时内很小心谨慎地动用她(他)们的手以避免毁坏指甲表面的指甲油涂层。
美国专利3,928,113提出了一种涂盖指甲的技术,包括下列步骤:首先将一层水溶性的基层涂到指甲上,并先让基层干燥,然后涂上一层光敏硝基漆(lacquer),并施加足量的辐射进行处理。被认为是支持该发明的具有创造性的目的是试图研制一种指甲涂料,使其能用水就可将其去除,而不必使用已经商品化的指甲油去除剂-丙酮,因此,为这种水溶性基层专门设计了一种指甲用硝基漆(lacquer),在这种技术中不能使用商品化的指甲油。美国专利4,529,260提出了一种在人造指甲表面涂光敏涂料的技术,采用这种技术,给涂层以适当的辐射,可使涂层硬化以接近自然指甲的外观。但如果将其施加到常用指甲油上,这种光敏涂料使用任何溶剂也很难将其去除。因此,上述两个专利表明了它们的工艺都与本发明的快速干燥任何商品化的指甲油的发明目的是不同的。
因此,仍然有必要开发这样一种指甲干燥装置,即使用安全剂量的紫外线辐射和一种光敏涂料,快速干燥涂在人的指甲上的商品化的指甲油。
本发明的目的之一是提出一种使用安全剂量的紫外线辐射和光敏指甲涂料的指甲干燥装置。
本发明的目的之二是提出一种能快速干燥指甲油的指甲干燥装置。
本发明的目的之三是提出一种能快速干燥可用商品化的指甲油去除剂去除的指甲油的指甲干燥装置。
本发明的目的之四是提出一种能用来干燥具有任何颜色的任何种类的商品化的指甲油的指甲干燥装置。
目前,在世界范围内的指甲沙龙和家庭,涂指甲油
的过程一般有三个步骤:
首先,在指甲背上涂一层基层以防止第二步(下一步)涂的彩色指甲油沾污自然指甲。
第二步,在指甲上涂两层彩色指甲油。通常涂两层指甲油是为了得到既不透明又鲜艳的涂层。
第三步,再涂上一层光亮的顶层以保护第二步时所涂的指甲油,并使其具有极好的光泽和不易被磨掉。
本发明提出了一种上述第三步所述的指甲顶层涂料,与目前已经使用的顶层涂料相同的是它也是光亮的,有极好的光泽,并也不易被磨掉,不同的是它是一种光敏涂料。因此,当这种涂料被作为顶层涂料涂到指甲上后,本发明还提供了安全剂量的紫外线辐射源,以对该顶层进行辐射,从而使其发生化学反应,结果使得在几分钟内即可干燥指甲上顶层以下的指甲油涂层。
本发明提出一种指甲干燥装置,其特征是该装置具有紫外线发射装置以及一种光敏涂料的涂层装置该涂层装置是能用来使光敏涂料覆盖指甲油,并与指甲油起化学反应胶合在一起,通过将其暴露在紫外线下辐射以达到干燥指甲油的。所述光敏涂料被覆盖在所述指甲油涂层的上面,是透明的。所述光敏涂料暴露在紫外线辐射下后能起化学反应并快速干燥任何颜色的各种商品化的指甲油。所述光敏涂料且可用任何商品化的指甲油去除剂去除,是抗水的,能抵抗弱有机酸,并且是均质的。所述光敏涂料是由足量的溶剂,基膜形成剂,光敏单基体,聚合剂,光引发剂和抑制剂组成的,包括大约30%-70%重量的溶剂和大约20%-35%重量的基膜形成剂。所述溶剂是醋酸乙酯和醋酸丁酯,而所述基膜形成剂是硝化纤维素。所述光敏涂料

外部电源相连,需要时将护目罩转向正常的方向,然后使用者按上面所述的一般步骤的第一、二步操作,将任何商品化的指甲油涂到她(他)的指甲上,再按一般步骤的第三步涂上光敏涂料,然后握住手握部位20,一旦握住手握部位20,使用者的手指甲就自动地以被灯泡38所辐射的方向定位,而使用者的手指正好落在开关22的上面,使用者压下然后再松开开关22,即接通了灯泡38,灯泡38一被接通,指甲就被长波紫外线所辐射,光敏涂料与刚涂的指甲油起化学反应并胶合在一起,在3分钟内干燥指甲油;然后通过压下后再松开开关22即可关闭该装置10。使用者可通过交换手或转动护目罩的方法以干燥另外一只手的指甲或脚指甲,如图5所示。
本发明在此仅对一个最佳实施例进行了特别的描述,技术专家不难理解在不超出本发明的思路和范围的情况下,结构形状及具体细节可以作多种变化。
Claims (25)
1、一种指甲油干燥装置,其特征是,该装置包含:
横截面为卵圆形的外壳,该外壳具有底部和顶部,所述底部的宽度大于顶部宽部,该装置具有足够的长度尺寸以使之能允许使用者以一只手抓住所述外壳的底部;
位于所述装置顶部的水平延伸的开口,该开口具有足够宽度和长度尺寸以使之能允许至少为使用者的一只手的四个手指能插入所述开口中而以一只手握住外壳的底部;
位于所述开口内的装置,该装置用以发射紫外线使之同时地照射到使用者手的至少四个指甲上,因此施覆在指甲上的光敏材料涂层由于充分暴露在所述紫外线中而被固化。
用以发射的装置还包含:紫外线发生器,以及用来封闭和支持紫外线发生器的在所述顶部内的装置。
其中外壳元件包含引导紫外指向一个方向的护目罩,所述开口具有能让使用者用左手和右手抓握所述外壳元件的手握装置。
所述护目罩可与所述外壳元件在360度范围内成可转动配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层被覆盖在所述指甲油涂层的上面。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层是透明的涂层。
4、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层暴露在紫外线辐射下后能与之化学粘固并快速干燥任何颜色的各种商品化的指甲油。
5、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层可用任何商品化的指甲油去除剂去除。
6、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层是抗水的。
7、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层能抵抗弱有机酸。
8、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层是均质的。
9、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层是由足量的溶剂,基膜形成剂,光敏单基体,聚合剂,光引发剂和抑制剂组成的。
10、根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层包含大约30%-70%重量的溶剂和大约20%-35%重量的基膜形成剂。
11、根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征是,所述溶剂是醋酸乙酯和醋酸丁酯,而所述基膜形成剂是硝化纤维素。
12、根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征是,所述涂层的重量配方为:
醋酸乙酯 20%-30%
醋酸丁酯 1%-15%
硝化纤维素 25%-45%
乙基异丁烯酯 10%-30%
聚合剂 1%-15%
光引发剂 1%-15%
抑制剂 >1%
13、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述紫外线的波长为320-390毫微米。
14、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述紫外线发生器使用时与一能源相连接。
15、根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征是,所述能源是常规家庭用交流电。
16、根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征是,所述能源是常规蓄电池提供的直流电。
17、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述外壳元件重量很轻,是便携式的。
18、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述外壳元件的形状正好与使用者的手相配合。
19、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,进一步包括用来打开和关闭紫外线发生器的开关。
20、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,发射紫外线采用的是荧光灯泡。
21、根据权利要求20所述装置,其中,所述灯泡为长波长的紫外线黑光灯泡。
22、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是,所述护目罩正常位置下引导所述紫外线指向所述手握装置。
23、根据权利要求1所述装置,其中,当外壳元件被使用者握持时,所述手握装置可使使用者的手指以排成直线的穿过手握装置。
24、根据权利要求23所述的装置,其特征是,所述手握装置与所述紫外线发生器之间保持足够的距离以使得当所述涂层涂到指甲上后能使指甲油快速干燥。
25、根据权利要求24所述的装置,其特征是,所述开关位于所述手握装置的下面,以使得通过压与不压所述手握装置即可打开或关闭所述紫外线发生器。
