本发明涉及塑料机械技术领域，尤其涉及一种塑料配混机的自动出料口。
背景技术：
塑料机械是塑料加工工业中所用的各类机械和装置的总称。按塑料制品生产过程，塑料机械可分为塑料配混机械、塑料成型机械、塑料二次加工机械和塑料加工辅助机械或装置等四大类。其中，塑料配混机械用于各种形式的塑料配混料的制造。按一定的配比将合成树脂与所需的塑料添加剂混合，配制成适宜于加工的配混料(或称模塑料)的工艺，是塑料工程的主要内容之一。
在塑料配混中，除应考虑配方和不同组分的相容性外，配混过程和设备的选择对配混料的质量也起重要作用。为设计具有精确加工特性的专用配混料，以适应多样化的塑料加工和应用的要求，塑料配混已从单纯的混合操作发展成为复杂而精细的过程。近年，塑料配混技术的发展致力于提高生产效率，改进配混料质量，减少劳动消耗，方便操作以及保障生产安全和环境卫生等目标。塑料配混过程日趋连续化、密闭化、大型化、高速化和自动化。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种结构设计合理，可实现自动化控制的塑料配混机的自动出料口。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种塑料配混机的自动出料口，包括圆形的混料箱体和箱盖，箱盖盖于混料箱体上方，所述混料箱体与箱盖外沿对称设置有开合机构和锁紧机构，其特征在于：所述混料箱体圆周面下侧设置有出料控制阀，出料控制阀右侧连接气缸，出料控制阀下方为出料口。
所述出料控制阀和出料口均倾斜设置，以方便出料。
本发明结构简单，出料口通过出料控制阀控制出料，而出料控制阀又通过气缸控制，气缸控制便于实现自动化，使出料口可实现自动化出料，不需要人工控制。

如图1所示，一种塑料配混机的自动出料口，包括圆形的混料箱体1和箱盖2，箱盖2盖于混料箱体1上方，所述混料箱体1与箱盖2外沿对称设置有开合机构3和锁紧机构4，混料箱体1圆周面下侧设置有出料控制阀5，出料控制阀5右侧连接气缸6，出料控制阀5下方为出料口7，出料控制阀5和出料口7均倾斜设置，以方便出料。
