Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌纸板的生产方法,特点是在传统纸板的加工过程中,在用于加工纸板的涂料中加入无机抗菌剂纳米TiO2分散体,并搅拌均匀;优点是由于在加工时,在涂料中添加有纳米TiO2分散体,使加工出的纸板中含有抗菌剂,而纳米TiO2在太阳光、紫外线照射时,在纸板的表面会产生活性OH-、O2等具有很强氧化作用的物质,使细菌分解,起到杀菌作用,而且纳米TiO2具有持续性、持久性、广谱性、耐热性好、安全性高、不易产生耐药性等特点,使加工出的纸板即具有杀菌作用,又无毒无害,可安全使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸业中纸板的加工,尤其是涉及一种抗菌纸板的生产方法。
背景技术
在科技越来越发达、生活质量越来越高的今天,不论是生活用纸还是工业用纸,在很多场合不仅要求纸张无菌更要求能抵御细菌,这是因为如果纸张能具备杀菌的功能,则可替代部分医护用品,在用于包装食品时,可延长食品的保质期。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有杀菌作用的抗菌纸板的生产方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种抗菌纸板的生产方法,是在传统纸板的加工过程中,在用于加工纸板的涂料中加入无机抗菌剂纳米TiO2分散体,并搅拌均匀,其纳米TiO2分散体的具体加工工艺为:
(a)、在搅拌机中加入水,并在水中加入碱,调节水的PH值为9~10,然后对水进行搅拌,同时往水中加入分散剂,控制分散剂的质量百分比含量为纳米TiO2颗粒含量的0.3~0.5%,并以500~800 r/min的转速搅拌均匀;
(b)、往含有分散剂的水中加入纳米TiO2固体颗粒,控制纳米TiO2的固含量为20~40%,并进行高速搅拌,控制搅拌机的转速为5000~7000 r/min,搅拌时间为30~60min,得到纳米TiO2分散体的半成品;
(c)、将纳米TiO2分散体的半成品进行超声波震荡,控制超声波的功率为500W、频率为20KHZ,震荡时间为3~5min,得到粒径小于200纳米的纳米TiO2分散体的成品;
结合所述的纳米TiO2分散体的加工工艺使抗菌纸板的整个生产工过程为:
(1)、通过碎解、筛选、净化、浮选、热分散、漂白以及磨浆处理制备出面层、衬层、芯层和底层所需的浆料;
(2)、制备出涂布层所需的涂料;
(3)、加工纳米TiO2分散体:
(a)、在搅拌机中加入水,并在水中加入碱,调节水的PH值为9~10,然后对水进行搅拌,同时往水中加入分散剂,控制分散剂的质量百分比含量为纳米TiO2颗粒含量的0.3~0.5%,并以500~800 r/min的转速搅拌均匀;
(b)、往含有分散剂的水中加入纳米TiO2固体颗粒,控制纳米TiO2的固含量为20~40%,并进行高速搅拌,控制搅拌机的转速为5000~7000 r/min,搅拌时间为30~60min,得到纳米TiO2分散体的半成品;
(c)、将纳米TiO2分散体的半成品进行超声波震荡,控制超声波的功率为500W、频率为20KHZ,震荡时间为3~5min,得到粒径小于200纳米的纳米TiO2分散体的成品;
(4)、将纳米TiO2分散体的成品与涂料均匀混合;
(5)、将用于制备各纸浆层的浆料用流送系统送至纸机进行抄造成型,制备出相互独立的面层、衬层、芯层和底层;
(6)、将各纸浆层之间进行压榨脱水复合形成纸板,并对纸板进行干燥处理,然后在面层上涂布混合有纳米TiO2分散体的涂料形成涂料层,最后对涂布后的纸板进行表面处理、切纸和选理生产出合格的抗菌纸板。
所述的碱为氢氧化钠、碳酸钠或其它常用的碱。
所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸纳。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是由于在加工时,在涂料中添加有纳米TiO2分散体,使加工出的纸板中含有抗菌剂,而纳米TiO2在太阳光、紫外线照射时,在纸板的表面会产生活性OH-、O2等具有很强氧化作用的物质,使细菌分解,起到杀菌作用,而且纳米TiO2具有持续性、持久性、广谱性、耐热性好、安全性高、不易产生耐药性等特点,使加工出的纸板即具有杀菌作用,又无毒无害,可安全使用。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例一:一种抗菌纸板的生产方法,其具体生产过程为:
(1)、通过碎解、筛选、净化、浮选、热分散、漂白以及磨浆处理制备出面层、衬层、芯层和底层所需的浆料;
(2)、制备出涂布层所需的涂料;
(3)、加工纳米TiO2分散体:
(a)、在搅拌机中加入水,并在水中加入氢氧化钠,调节水的PH值为9,然后对水进行搅拌,同时往水中加入分散剂,控制分散剂的质量百分比含量为纳米TiO2颗粒含量的0.4%,并以650 r/min的转速搅拌均匀;
(b)、往含有分散剂的水中加入纳米TiO2固体颗粒,控制纳米TiO2的固含量为20%,并进行高速搅拌,控制搅拌机的转速为5000r/min,搅拌时间为35min,得到纳米TiO2分散体的半成品;
(c)、将纳米TiO2分散体的半成品进行超声波震荡,控制超声波的功率为500W、频率为20KHZ,震荡时间为3min,得到粒径小于200纳米的纳米TiO2分散体的成品;
(4)、将纳米TiO2分散体的成品与涂料均匀混合;
(5)、将用于制备各纸浆层的浆料用流送系统送至纸机进行抄造成型,制备出相互独立的面层、衬层、芯层和底层;
(6)、将各纸浆层之间进行压榨脱水复合形成纸板,并对纸板进行干燥处理,然后在面层上涂布混合有纳米TiO2分散体的涂料形成涂料层,最后对涂布后的纸板进行表面处理、切纸和选理生产出合格的抗菌纸板。
实施例二:一种抗菌纸板的生产方法,其具体生产过程为:
(1)、通过碎解、筛选、净化、浮选、热分散、漂白以及磨浆处理制备出面层、衬层、芯层和底层所需的浆料;
(2)、制备出涂布层所需的涂料;
(3)、加工纳米TiO2分散体:
(a)、在搅拌机中加入水,并在水中加入碳酸钠,调节水的PH值为10,然后对水进行搅拌,同时往水中加入分散剂,控制分散剂的质量百分比含量为纳米TiO2颗粒含量的0.5%,并以800 r/min的转速搅拌均匀;
(b)、往含有分散剂的水中加入纳米TiO2固体颗粒,控制纳米TiO2的固含量为40%,并进行高速搅拌,控制搅拌机的转速为7000r/min,搅拌时间为55min,得到纳米TiO2分散体的半成品;
(c)、将纳米TiO2分散体的半成品进行超声波震荡,控制超声波的功率为500W、频率为20KHZ,震荡时间为5min,得到粒径小于200纳米的纳米TiO2分散体的成品;
(4)、将纳米TiO2分散体的成品与涂料均匀混合;
(5)、将用于制备各纸浆层的浆料用流送系统送至纸机进行抄造成型,制备出相互独立的面层、衬层、芯层和底层;
(6)、将各纸浆层之间进行压榨脱水复合形成纸板,并对纸板进行干燥处理,然后在面层上涂布混合有纳米TiO2分散体的涂料形成涂料层,最后对涂布后的纸板进行表面处理、切纸和选理生产出合格的抗菌纸板。
实施例三:一种抗菌纸板的生产方法,其具体生产过程为:
(1)、通过碎解、筛选、净化、浮选、热分散、漂白以及磨浆处理制备出面层、衬层、芯层和底层所需的浆料;
(2)、制备出涂布层所需的涂料;
(3)、加工纳米TiO2分散体:
(a)、在搅拌机中加入水,并在水中加入氢氧化钠,调节水的PH值为9.5,然后对水进行搅拌,同时往水中加入分散剂,控制分散剂的质量百分比含量为纳米TiO2颗粒含量的0.3%,并以550 r/min的转速搅拌均匀;
(b)、往含有分散剂的水中加入纳米TiO2固体颗粒,控制纳米TiO2的固含量为30%,并进行高速搅拌,控制搅拌机的转速为6000r/min,搅拌时间为45min,得到纳米TiO2分散体的半成品;
(c)、将纳米TiO2分散体的半成品进行超声波震荡,控制超声波的功率为500W、频率为20KHZ,震荡时间为4 min,得到粒径小于200纳米的纳米TiO2分散体的成品;
(4)、将纳米TiO2分散体的成品与涂料均匀混合;
(5)、将用于制备各纸浆层的浆料用流送系统送至纸机进行抄造成型,制备出相互独立的面层、衬层、芯层和底层;
(6)、将各纸浆层之间进行压榨脱水复合形成纸板,并对纸板进行干燥处理,然后在面层上涂布混合有纳米TiO2分散体的涂料形成涂料层,最后对涂布后的纸板进行表面处理、切纸和选理生产出合格的抗菌纸板。
上述实施例中,氢氧化钠和碳酸钠可以用其它常用的碱替代,聚丙烯酸钠也可以用其它分散剂替代。
Claims (3)
1.一种抗菌纸板的生产方法,其特征在于在传统纸板的加工过程中,在用于加工纸板的涂料中加入无机抗菌剂纳米TiO2分散体,并搅拌均匀,其纳米TiO2分散体的具体加工工艺为:
(a)、在搅拌机中加入水,并在水中加入碱,调节水的PH值为9~10,然后对水进行搅拌,同时往水中加入分散剂,控制分散剂的质量百分比含量为纳米TiO2颗粒含量的0.3~0.5%,并以500~800 r/min的转速搅拌均匀;
(b)、往含有分散剂的水中加入纳米TiO2固体颗粒,控制纳米TiO2的固含量为20~40%,并进行高速搅拌,控制搅拌机的转速为5000~7000 r/min,搅拌时间为30~60min,得到纳米TiO2分散体的半成品;
(c)、将纳米TiO2分散体的半成品进行超声波震荡,控制超声波的功率为500W、频率为20KHZ,震荡时间为3~5min,得到粒径小于200纳米的纳米TiO2分散体的成品;
结合所述的纳米TiO2分散体的加工工艺使抗菌纸板的整个生产工过程为:
(1)、通过碎解、筛选、净化、浮选、热分散、漂白以及磨浆处理制备出面层、衬层、芯层和底层所需的浆料;
(2)、制备出涂布层所需的涂料;

(6)、将各纸浆层之间进行压榨脱水复合形成纸板,并对纸板进行干燥处理,然后在面层上涂布混合有纳米TiO2分散体的涂料形成涂料层,最后对涂布后的纸板进行表面处理、切纸和选理生产出合格的抗菌纸板。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌纸板的生产方法,其特征在于所述的碱为氢氧化钠、碳酸钠。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种抗菌纸板的生产方法,其特征在于所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸纳。
