Abstract

一种电梯专用碳纤维双层裹塑钢绳，属于电梯技术领域。设有碳纤维绳芯，碳纤维绳芯外包裹合成塑料内护层，在内护层外包裹一层密布着一排排微细埂、槽的吸盘，在吸盘外编织钢丝绳，钢丝绳外挤包合成塑料外壳。本发明结构科学合理，中间定型绳芯采用碳纤维裹塑绳，裹塑表面模仿壁虎的吸盘模式，设置一层密布着一排排微细埂槽的吸盘，以增加和其它材料的结合性。外壳用合成塑料包裹。由于碳纤维树脂复合材料的抗拉强度在3500MPa以上，是钢丝的7-9倍，而重量只有同等钢丝的四分之一，在电梯上的应用非常有前景，是电梯曳引绳的更新换代产品。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种电梯专用碳纤维双层裹塑钢绳，属于电梯技术领域。
背景技术
现在电梯的曳引传动钢绳都是采用钢丝编织而成，根据使用环境和功能的不同，有的钢丝绳中间采用麻芯，有的钢丝绳中间采用钢芯。这两种型式都分别起到润滑定型（麻芯）和增加强度（钢芯）的作用，其中钢芯虽然可以增加强度，但是特有的物理特性－刚性太强，容易断。而麻芯虽然润滑定型好，但抗拉强度差。所以，电梯的生产、安装和用户都希望有一种强度高，润滑定型好，使用寿命长的电梯用钢丝绳。
发明内容
本发明目的就是满足市场的需要，提供一种强度高，润滑定型好，使用寿命长的电梯专用碳纤维双层裹塑钢绳。把钢绳中间的绳芯或钢芯全部采用碳纤维裹塑钢绳，然后在外面编织钢丝后再在绳的外部包裹合成塑料，形成一种碳纤维双层裹塑钢绳。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，一种电梯专用碳纤维双层裹塑钢绳，设有碳纤维绳芯，碳纤维绳芯外包裹合成塑料内护层，在合成塑料内护层外包裹一层密布着一排排微细埂、槽的吸盘，在吸盘外编织钢丝绳，钢丝绳外挤包合成塑料外壳。
吸盘的材料可以为金属或塑料。
本发明结构科学合理，中间定型绳芯采用碳纤维裹塑绳，裹塑表面模仿壁虎的吸盘模式，设置一层密布着一排排微细埂槽的吸盘，以增加和其它材料的结合性。外壳采用合成塑料包裹的优点有：（1）可以避免碳纤维容飘散、易导电这方面的缺陷（防止对电气线路造成短路）；（2）可以解决碳纤维不宜与金属复合的缺陷。绳芯采用裹塑碳纤维，外部再用钢丝绞织成钢丝绳，然后在绳的外部再次包裹合成塑料形成复合裹塑钢绳。由于碳纤维树脂复合材料的抗拉强度在3500MPa以上，是钢丝的7-9倍，而重量只有同等钢丝的四分之一，在电梯上的应用非常有前景，是电梯曳引绳的更新换代产品。
本发明具体优点还有：
1.由于碳纤维绳芯表面采用裹塑处理，而彻底解决了碳纤维与钢丝复合时会发生金属碳化、渗碳及电化学腐蚀现象；
2.和普通电梯钢绳相比寿命提高3-5倍；
3.电梯曳引轮、导向轮等曳引系统无磨损；
4.由于钢丝绳表面裹塑处理，所以钢丝绳无需加油，绿色环保；
5.减少25%的用绳量，同时提高40%的抗破断拉力；
6.绳的直径减小带来曳引轮直径的变小，使主机驱动功率大大降低，节能效果显著；
7.钢丝总体重量的减小使得电梯配重系统补偿变小带来更加舒适的乘坐感受和降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
在碳纤维绳芯1外挤裹合成塑料内护层2，在合成塑料内护层外包裹一层密布着一排排微细埂槽的吸盘3，吸盘的材料为金属或塑料。在吸盘外编织钢丝绳4，钢丝绳外挤包合成塑料外壳，构成电梯专用碳纤维双层裹塑钢绳。

1.一种电梯专用碳纤维双层裹塑钢绳，包括碳纤维绳芯和外壳，碳纤维绳芯外包裹合成塑料内护层，其特征是，在合成塑料内护层外包裹一层密布着一排排微细埂、槽的吸盘，在吸盘外编织钢丝绳，钢丝绳外挤包合成塑料外壳。
