Abstract
本发明的整体成形拉篮碗架采用不锈钢板材料，通过制成拉篮碗架的上下模具冲压，先把不锈钢板拉伸成凹盆形状，再经切边和凹盆内冲孔形成，使复杂的拉篮碗架加工工艺变为简单的整体成形，既简洁美观，又降低了工人工作强度，节省了原材料，也没有对环境造成污染。

本发明涉及厨房设备和消毒柜，特别涉及一种厨房设备和消毒柜上使用的重要配件整体成形拉篮碗架。
背景技术
拉篮碗架是厨房设备和消毒柜不可缺少的配套器件，目前厨房设备和消毒柜使用拉篮碗架大多采用不锈钢丝或低铬不锈铁丝焊接制作而成，其加工工艺是先把不锈钢丝或不锈铁丝1拉直、2切断、3人工造型、4焊接、5剪头、6抛光、7电镀等工艺来完成，这种传统拉篮碗架制造工艺既浪费原材料，对工人技能素质也有相当高的要求，抛光还会给工人的身体健康带来一定影响，再加上电镀严重污染环境，这种丝状结构形式拉篮碗架在清洗过程中也极不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有厨房设备和消毒柜使用的拉篮碗架制造工艺落后、制造过程环境污染严重、清洗不便的技术缺陷，提供一种制造简单、清洗方便的整体成形拉篮碗架。
为了实现拉篮碗架整体成形的目的，本发明采用不锈钢板材料，通过制成拉篮碗架形状的上下模具冲压，先把不锈钢板拉伸成凹盆形状，再经切边和凹盆内冲孔而成，使复杂的拉篮碗架加工工艺变为简单的整体成形，既简洁美观，又降低了工人工作强度，节省了原材料，也没有对环境造成污染。
本发明整体成形工作原理是这样的，先制作拉伸模具，使拉伸模的上下模形状与要求的碗架形状一致、再将拉伸模装在压力机上，在拉伸模的上下模之间放入不锈钢板，开动压力机使上下模具闭合运动，便在不锈钢板上形成所需的凹盆形状，接着取出工件，放入冲孔切边模中，在凹盆上冲出碗碟放置孔同时切出所需的外轮廓形状，完成了拉篮碗架整体成形的目的。
