技术领域
本发明涉及农药制剂领域,具体的说是涉及一种杀菌组合物及其制剂。
背景技术
大麦和小麦是我国主要的禾谷类作物,富含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、钙、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酸及维生素A等,种植面积仅次于水稻。我国大部分麦田历来都有不同程度的病害发生,极大的影响了作物产量。因此,国内麦田杀菌剂的使用比例几乎达到100%。
杀菌剂在农作物上使用广泛,而应用于麦田的杀菌剂种类也比较多,例如丙硫菌唑杀菌剂,它属于三唑硫酮类内吸杀菌剂,不仅具有很好的内吸活性,优异的保护、治疗和铲除活性,而且持效期长。丙硫菌唑主要用于防治禾谷类作物如小麦、大麦,还能够用于油菜、花生、水稻和豆类作物等众多病害。丙硫菌唑几乎对所有麦类病害都有很好的防治效果,如小麦和大麦的白粉病、纹枯病、枯萎病、叶斑病、锈病、菌核病、网斑病、云纹病等,因此,丙硫菌唑在麦田应用较多。同时,丙硫菌唑还能防治油莱和花生的土传病害,如菌核病,以及主要叶面病害,如灰霉病、黑斑病、褐斑病、黑胫病、菌核病和锈病等。但是,使用丙硫菌唑杀菌剂单剂对部分病害的防效不高,如白粉病、纹枯病、锈病、全蚀病等,且长时间使用一种杀菌剂容易产生抗性。随着麦田栽培方式、耕作制度不断变化,病害问题日趋严峻,选用安全、高效、广谱的化学杀菌剂是当前麦田杀菌的主要方法,也是确保小麦生产取得丰收的关键。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种杀菌组合物及其制剂,使得本发明组合物及其制剂能够提高对白粉病、纹枯病、锈病等麦田病害防效,无交叉抗性。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种杀菌组合物,由丙硫菌唑和烯唑醇组成,所述丙硫菌唑和烯唑醇的质量比为1.2-2.5∶1,优选为1.8-2.2∶1。
丙硫菌唑是拜耳公司研制的一种新型广谱三唑硫酮类杀菌剂,主要用于防治麦类、谷类、豆类作物等众多病害,丙硫菌唑毒性低,无致畸,致突变型,对胚胎无毒性,对人和环境安全。其作用机理是抑制真菌中甾醇的前体-羊毛甾醇或2,4-亚甲基二氢羊毛甾14位上的脱甲基化作用。
烯唑醇属于三唑类杀菌剂,在真菌的麦角甾醇生物合成中抑制14α-脱甲基化作用,引起麦角甾醇缺乏,导致真菌细胞膜不正常,最终真菌死亡,持效期长久。对人畜、有益昆虫、环境安全。是具有保护、治疗、铲除作用的广谱性杀菌剂;对于囊菌、担子菌引起的多种植物病害如白粉病、锈病、黑粉病、黑星病等有特效。另外,还对尾孢霉、球腔菌、核盘菌、菌核菌、丝核菌引起的病害有良效。
不同杀菌剂活性组分混合后各活性成分由于组成、结构、理化性质的差异,使得各活性成分之间的联合作用通常表示为增效作用、相加作用或拮抗作用。所谓增效作用就是不同物质间的相互协作作用,其产生的效果大于各个成分效果的总合;而相加作用就是其产生的效果等于各个成分效果的总合;拮抗作用是指两种物质作用于生物机体时,一种物质干扰另一种物质的效果,或彼此互相干扰对方的效果,使总体效果下降的现象。
本发明按照孙云沛(Sun Y-P)法,计算共毒系数评价丙硫菌唑和烯唑醇混用效果,结果显示共毒系数均大于120,表明二者的混合使用具有明显增效作用。
此外,本发明分别对所述杀菌组合物以及杀菌组合物中各单一活性成分进行了麦田病害防治试验,并且所述杀菌组合物中各活性成分用量小于单一使用此活性成分的用量,结果显示,本发明所述杀菌组合物的防效比单一使用活性成分的防效高,表明本发明所述杀菌组合物中各活性成分无交叉抗性,防治效果具有增效作用。
此外,本发明还提供了一种杀菌剂由本发明所述杀菌组合物和农药制剂上可以接受的辅料组成,所述杀菌组合物占所述杀菌剂的重量百分比为1-90%。
本发明所述杀菌组合物可制成多种剂型,如水分散粒剂、乳油、可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂等,本领域技术人员可采用常规辅料将本发明所述杀菌组合物制成相应剂型。
其中,剂型为乳油时,所述杀菌组合物占乳油的重量百分比为20-90%,优选为40-60%,乳化剂占1-30%、最后溶剂补足至100%。乳化剂和溶剂可采用本领域常规辅料,如乳化剂可选用农乳500、农乳600、农乳700、NP系列、0201B、0203B、2201、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚、乙氧基蓖麻油、聚丙烯酸甲酯、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、甘油三月桂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种;溶剂可选用芳烃溶剂油、磷酸三丁酯、四氢糖醇、四氢呋喃、环氧大豆油、植物油、石蜡油、润滑油或溶剂油100号、150号、180号、200号等。
剂型为悬浮剂时,所述杀菌组合物占悬浮剂的重量百分比为10-70%,优选为20-50%,湿润剂占1-10%、分散剂占1-10%、增稠剂占0.1-2%、最后水补足至100%。湿润剂、分散剂、增稠剂可采用本领域常规辅料,如湿润剂可采用十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚乙二醇醚硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、烷基萘甲醛缩合物、烷基萘磺酸盐和阴离子湿润剂的混合物;分散剂可采用NNO、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、聚丙烯酸钠、亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、烷基胺基牛磺酸盐、亚甲基双萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、三聚磷酸钠、烷基萘磺酸盐缩聚物中的一种或多种;增稠剂可采用黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠、淀粉、有机膨润土中的一种或多种。
剂型为可湿性粉剂时,所述杀菌组合物占可湿性粉剂的重量百分比为10-90%,优选为20-50%,湿润剂占1-10%、分散剂占1-10%、最后载体补足至100%。湿润剂、分散剂、载体可采用本领域常规辅料,如湿润剂、分散剂可采用上述助剂,载体可采用高岭土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、凹凸棒、可溶性淀粉、尿素、胺肥、葡萄糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖、柠檬酸、无水碳酸钾、无水碳酸氢钾、无水硫酸钠、无水碳酸氢钠、无水碳酸钠和无水碳酸氢钠的混合物中的一种或多种。
剂型为水分散粒剂时,所述杀菌组合物占水分散粒剂的重量百分比为10-90%,优选为20-50%,湿润剂占1-10%、分散剂占1-10%、崩解剂占0.1-5%、粘结剂占0.1-5%、最后载体补足至100%。湿润剂、分散剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、载体可采用本领域常规辅料,如湿润剂、分散剂、载体可采用上述助剂,崩解剂可采用膨润土、尿素、羧甲基纤维素钠、硫酸铵、变性淀粉、无机盐、白炭黑、硅胶、PEG、SF-04中的一种或多种;粘结剂可采用蔗糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、可溶性淀粉、聚丙烯酸钠、糊精、黄原胶、CMC、SF-04中的一种或多种。
将本发明制备的杀菌剂与单一活性成分制成的单剂对比,以各活性成分用量为标准计算,在本发明所述杀菌剂中的各活性成分用量小于各单剂活性成分用量的前提下,本发明所述杀菌剂的对麦田病害的防效高于单剂的防效,且无交叉抗性,防治效果具有增效作用,能够应用于防治麦田病害中,特别是防治白粉病、纹枯病、锈病。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明所述杀菌组合物及其制剂以丙硫菌唑和烯唑醇复配作为有效成分,二者优势互补,协同作用,延缓真菌抗药性的产生,并减少对环境的污染,同时对防治麦田病害具有增效作用,能够广泛应用于麦田病害的防治中。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例公开了一种杀菌组合物及其制剂。本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明的产品已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文所述的产品进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
实施例1:本发明所述杀菌组合物对病害的防效试验
试验分别于河南3处小麦田内进行,3处小麦田为白粉病、纹枯病、锈病高发区,杀菌组合物是以丙硫菌唑和烯唑醇原药为有效成分,加入一定量的助剂复配而成。其中,每处理4次重复,小区面积均为20m2,随机区组排列,拔节初期均匀喷施,施药后5、7、15、20、30天观察记录病情发展状况,施药后2个月后统计防效。试验处理及施药量见表1,防治效果见表2。防效计算按照下面公式:

由表2结果可知,有效成分丙硫菌唑和烯唑醇混配,各成分用量与单一使用丙硫菌唑或烯唑醇的用量相比减少,但对白粉病、纹枯病、锈病的防效高于单一使用丙硫菌唑或烯唑醇的防效,表明本发明所述杀菌组合物两种活性成分无拮抗作用,提高了防效。
实施例2:21%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇水分散粒剂
丙硫菌唑14%、烯唑醇7%、十二烷基磺酸钠6%、木质素磺酸钠6%、尿素0.5%、黄原胶0.3%、硅藻土补足至100%,通过混合、加水捏合、挤压造粒,即得到21%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇水分散粒剂。
将本实施例制备的杀菌剂与单一活性成分制成的单剂对比,以各活性成分用量为标准计算,在本发明所述杀菌剂中的各活性成分用量小于各单剂活性成分用量的前提下,本发明所述杀菌剂的防效高于单剂的防效,且无交叉抗性。
实施例3:90%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇水分散粒剂
丙硫菌唑54%、烯唑醇36%、十二烷基磺酸钠3%、木质素磺酸钠3%、尿素0.5%、黄原胶0.3%、硅藻土补足至100%,通过混合、加水捏合、挤压造粒,即得到90%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇水分散粒剂。
将本实施例制备的杀菌剂与单一活性成分制成的单剂对比,以各活性成分用量为标准计算,在本发明所述杀菌剂中的各活性成分用量小于各单剂活性成分用量的前提下,本发明所述杀菌剂的防效高于单剂的防效,且无交叉抗性。
实施例4:32%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇可湿性粉剂
丙硫菌唑22%、烯唑醇10%、烷基萘磺酸钠7%、NNO 6%、高岭土补足至100%,充分混合,经粉碎后,即得到32%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇可湿性粉剂。
将本实施例制备的杀菌剂与单一活性成分制成的单剂对比,以各活性成分用量为标准计算,在本发明所述杀菌剂中的各活性成分用量小于各单剂活性成分用量的前提下,本发明所述杀菌剂的防效高于单剂的防效,且无交叉抗性。
实施例5:70%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇可湿性粉剂
丙硫菌唑50%、烯唑醇20%、烷基萘磺酸钠5%、NNO 4%、高岭土补足至100%,充分混合,经粉碎后,即得到70%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇可湿性粉剂。

实施例6:44%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇悬浮剂
丙硫菌唑24%、烯唑醇20%、十二烷基磺酸钠5%、木质素磺酸钠6%、黄原胶0.3%、水补足至100%,经充分混合溶解,即得到44%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇悬浮剂。
将本实施例制备的杀菌剂与单一活性成分制成的单剂对比,以各活性成分用量为标准计算,在本发明所述杀菌剂中的各活性成分用量小于各单剂活性成分用量的前提下,本发明所述杀菌剂的防效高于单剂的防效,且无交叉抗性。
实施例7:56%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇乳油
丙硫菌唑36%、烯唑醇20%、农乳60015%、溶剂油100号补足100%,经充分混合溶解,即得到56%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇乳油。
将本实施例制备的杀菌剂与单一活性成分制成的单剂对比,以各活性成分用量为标准计算,在本发明所述杀菌剂中的各活性成分用量小于各单剂活性成分用量的前提下,本发明所述杀菌剂的防效高于单剂的防效,且无交叉抗性。
实施例8:60%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇乳油
丙硫菌唑40%、烯唑醇20%、0201B 20%、大豆油补足100%,经充分混合溶解,即得到60%丙硫菌唑·烯唑醇乳油。
将本实施例制备的杀菌剂与单一活性成分制成的单剂对比,以各活性成分用量为标准计算,在本发明所述杀菌剂中的各活性成分用量小于各单剂活性成分用量的前提下,本发明所述杀菌剂的防效高于单剂的防效,且无交叉抗性。

Claims (8)
1.一种杀菌组合物,其特征在于,由丙硫菌唑和烯唑醇组成,所述丙硫菌唑和烯唑醇的质量比为1.2-2.5∶1。
2.根据权利要求1所述杀菌组合物,其特征在于,所述丙硫菌唑和烯唑醇的质量比为1.8-2.2∶1。
3.一种杀菌剂,其特征在于,由权利要求1所述杀菌组合物和农药制剂上可以接受的辅料组成,所述杀菌组合物占所述杀菌剂的重量百分比为1-90%。
4.根据权利要求3所述杀菌剂,其特征在于,其为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述杀菌剂,其特征在于,其为乳油,其中所述杀菌组合物占乳油的重量百分比为20-90%。
6.根据权利要求4所述杀菌剂,其特征在于,其为悬浮剂,其中所述杀菌组合物占悬浮剂的重量百分比为10-70%。
7.权利要求3-6任意一项所述杀菌剂在防治麦田病害中的应用。
8.根据权利要求8所述应用,其特征在于,所述麦田病害为白粉病、纹枯或锈病。
