Abstract

一种机箱,其包括一壳体、一支架及安装于所述支架的数据存储器,所述壳体包括一支撑所述支架的底板,所述机箱还包括一转动安装于所述支架的卡扣件,所述底板设有若干卡固片,所述支架设有若干卡合于对应卡固片的卡钩,所述卡扣件设有一弹性钩,所述弹性钩可卡扣于所述壳体,即可将所述支架固定于所述壳体,或自所述底板抽出所述支架,操作简捷、方便。

本发明涉及一种机箱。
背景技术
现有的电子设备的机箱,如电脑机箱,通常固定设有一磁架,以收容一个或多个数据存储器,如光驱、硬盘及软驱等,以扩展或加强电脑的功能。一般来说,所述磁架通过螺丝固定于所述机箱。需要借助螺丝刀才能进行拆装,费时费力,操作不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种方便拆装支架的机箱。
一种机箱,其包括一壳体、一支架及安装于所述支架的数据存储器,所述壳体包括一支撑所述支架的底板,所述机箱还包括一转动安装于所述支架的卡扣件,所述底板设有若干卡固片,所述支架设有若干卡合于对应卡固片的卡钩,所述卡扣件设有一弹性钩,所述弹性钩可卡扣于所述壳体。
本发明机箱利用所述弹性钩卡扣于所述壳体,以将所述支架固定于所述机箱,且当旋转所述卡扣件,使所述弹性钩与所述壳体脱离卡扣时,即可自所述底板抽出所述支架,操作简捷、方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明机箱的较佳实施方式包括一壳体10、一固定于壳体10的支架20、一转动安装支架20的卡扣件30、固定于支架20的数据存储器40、若干螺丝50及两固定销60。
壳体10包括一支撑支架20的底板12及由底板12的两相对侧边垂直延伸的两侧板14。底板12邻近另外两相对侧处设有若干通孔122。底板12于每一通孔122处凸设一呈拱桥形的弹性卡固片124。每一弹性卡固片124的两端分别连接对应通孔122的相对边。其中一侧板14上设有一卡孔142。在其他实施方式中,底板12无需设置通孔122,而直接凸设若干卡固片124,且每一卡固片124的相对端分别连接所述底板12。
请结合参照图2,支架20的一端相对凸设两平行的安装片21,每一安装片21设有一枢转孔210。支架20顶面于的两侧分别向上凸设若干凸起22。每一凸起22设有一安装孔220。支架20于每一凸起22的一侧设有一通孔24。每一通孔24的内侧边延伸形成一位于支架20底面的弹性卡钩26。每一卡钩26大致呈L形,于对应通孔24的内侧边向支架20的下方垂直延伸,再向支架20的外侧延伸而成。每一卡钩26的末端凸设一止挡块262。在其他实施方式中,支架20无需设置所述通孔24,而直接使每一卡钩26自支架20的底面垂直延伸,再向支架20的外侧延伸而成。
请结合参照图3,卡扣件30包括一本体32及由本体32的一端延伸的一L形的弹性钩34。本体32设有一枢转孔320。弹性钩34背离本体32处凸设一卡块342。
数据存储器40的底部设有若干固定孔44。
请结合参照图4和图5,组装时,螺丝50分别穿过支架20的安装孔220,并锁入数据存储器40的固定孔44,以将数据存储器40固定于支架20。支架20的卡钩26分别插入壳体10的底板12的对应的卡固片124。且,卡钩26的止挡块262抵挡卡固片124,以防止支架20自底板12脱落。固定销60分别穿过支架20的安装片21的枢转孔210,并卡合于卡扣件30的枢转孔320,以将卡扣件30枢转地安装于支架20。旋转卡扣件30,使卡扣件30的卡块342卡扣于壳体10的卡孔142,且卡扣件30的弹性钩34卡扣于壳体10的侧板14。此时,支架20固定于壳体10。
拆卸时,只需要旋转卡扣件30,使卡扣件30的弹性钩34卡钩远离壳体10的侧板14,带动卡扣件30的卡块342与壳体10的卡孔142脱离。此时,下压支架20的卡钩26,使卡钩26的止挡块262脱离与卡固片124的端缘地抵挡,将支架20自壳体10的底板12抽离即可,操作简捷、方便。

Claims (10)

1.一种机箱,其包括一壳体、一支架及安装于所述支架的数据存储器,所述壳体包括一支撑所述支架的底板,其特征在于:所述机箱还包括一转动安装于所述支架的卡扣件,所述底板设有若干卡固片,所述支架设有若干卡合于对应卡固片的卡钩,所述卡扣件设有一弹性钩,所述弹性钩可卡扣于所述壳体。
2.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述壳体包括一垂直该底板的侧板,所述侧板设有一卡孔,所述卡扣件的弹性钩凸设一可卡合于该卡孔的卡块。
3.如权利要求2所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述支架的一端凸设两两安装片,所述卡扣件包括一枢转安装于所述安装片的本体。
4.如权利要求3所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述弹性钩呈L形,自所述本体的一端延伸而成,所述卡块背离所述本体突设于该弹性钩,且所述弹性钩可卡扣于所述侧板。
5.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:每一卡固片呈拱桥形,其两端分别连接所述底板,每一卡钩呈L形,突设于所述支架的底面。
6.如权利要求5所述的机箱,其特征在于:每一卡钩的末端设有止挡块,所述止挡块止挡于所述卡固片。
7.如权利要求5所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述支架的顶面凸设若干凸起,每一凸起设有一安装孔,所述数据存储器的底部设有若干固定孔,若干螺丝穿过所述安装孔并固定于所述固定孔。
8.如权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述底板设有若干通孔,每一卡固片的两端分别连接对应的通孔的相对边,每一卡钩呈L形,自所述支架的底面垂直延伸,再向所述支架外延伸而成,每一卡钩的末端设有止挡块,所述止挡块止挡于所述卡固片。
9.如权利要求8所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述支架的一端凸设两两安装片,所述卡扣件包括一枢转安装于所述安装片的本体,所述弹性钩自所述本体的一端延伸而成。
10.如权利要求9所述的机箱,其特征在于:所述卡块背离所述本体突设于该弹性钩,所述壳体的底板垂直延伸一侧板,所述侧板设有一卡孔,所述卡块可卡合于所述卡孔,且所述弹性钩可卡扣于所述侧板。
