本发明涉及一种管道吊架。
背景技术
管道支吊架的布置和类型应满足管道荷重、补偿及位移的要求，并注意减少管道的振动；另外，还必须考虑管道的稳定性、强度和刚度以及输送介质的温度和工作压力，并尽量简便易于制作和节省钢材。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管道吊架。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种管道吊架，包括槽钢、管卡和吊杆，所述的槽钢固定安装在楼板上，所述的吊杆安装在槽钢上，所述的管卡与吊杆连接。
所述的槽钢通过膨胀螺栓固定安装在楼板上。
所述的管卡与吊杆通过螺栓连接。
本发明结构设计合理，满足管道荷重、补偿及位移的要求，减少管道的振动，简便易于制作和节省钢材。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种管道吊架，包括槽钢2、管卡3和吊杆5，所述的槽钢2通过膨胀螺栓6固定安装在楼板1上，所述的吊杆5安装在槽钢2上，所述的管卡3与吊杆5通过螺栓连接，管道4安装在管卡3内。

1. 一种管道吊架，其特征在于：包括槽钢（2）、管卡（3）和吊杆（5），所述的槽钢（2）固定安装在楼板（1）上，所述的吊杆（5）安装在槽钢（2）上，所述的管卡（3）与吊杆（5）连接。
2. 如权利要求1所述的管道吊架，其特征在于：所述的槽钢（2）通过膨胀螺栓（6）固定安装在楼板（1）上。
3. 如权利要求1所述的管道吊架，其特征在于：所述的管卡（3）与吊杆（5）通过螺栓连接。
