Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种针管结构的自动两腔注射器,针管有前端和后端,前端有一个在使用前是密封的用于支承注射针的支承部,而后端设有一个可滑动的推杆。
本发明也涉及用一种自动两腔注射器混合和注射液体的方法,以及自动两腔注射器的药筒。
自动注射器是特别为那些出于某些原因而必须在某一无法预测的时间将溶液注射到自身之内的人而研制出来的,例如:战争中受害于有害神经性气体的战士。这些注射器往往要贮藏很多年,而且在可能需要使用的人携带期间(可能是很长的期间),往往还要经受恶劣的环境。当最后终于需要使用自动注射器时,注射器在注射时一定要非常可靠。在这种关键时刻,重要的是能用简单和迅速的方法,处理和启动注射器。因此,对上述自动注射器在处理和操作方面的可靠性和简便性是有特殊要求的。
近来,对有害神经气体很有功效的抗毒药已经研制出来了。粉末状的抗毒药是稳定的,但是,事
实表明,液态抗毒药却不易保持稳定,特别是在长期贮藏期间更是如此,而在这一应用领域,贮存期往往都是很长的。因此,需要有简单、迅速和可靠的自动注射器,该注射器要能在一较长时间里单独贮藏两种物质,且要容易在使用前将上述两种物质加以混合。
现有技术上的一些不同类型的两腔注射器如下:
美国专利4529403号公开一种有细颈管的自动两腔注射器,该细颈管位于注射针和推杆之间。细颈管设置一个或几个柔性的活塞,如橡胶活塞,可使几种注射液彼此隔开。在细颈管的前部,侧面设置若干槽或截口,从而可使注射液通过一个或几个活塞。
美国专利4413991号公开另一种系统的自动两腔注射器,其推杆推动注射针,使其穿过盛有不同溶液的两个分离腔。注射针设置若干注射时使两腔相连通的侧孔。
美国专利4202314号公开一种带两腔的系统,先混合腔内的物质,然后自动进行注射。该发明设置两个驱动系统,一个用以混合,另一个用以注射。其注射针安置在药筒内。
公开在美国专利4214584号的实施例中的是不同的腔同轴排列,由一圆柱腔壁与第一个腔隔开。为了混合几个腔的物质,可向上拧圆柱腔壁,使几个分离的腔与第一腔相结合。在该实施例中,注射针在使用前也是放在药筒内的。
现有的自动两腔注射器有下列一些缺点:
为了把液体与粉末分开或者把一种液体与另一种液体分开,往往要用聚合材料,如果长时间贮藏,便不可避免地会出现一定的液体渗透。
对分开的药物的混合是不完全的,而且有时可能根本就没有这一过程。
在一种注射液中将注射针装在药筒内会有很大的危险,因为在漫长的贮存期间,注射针会受到浸蚀。
如果为了取得物质的充分混合而必须进行复杂的操作,由于缺乏操作的精密控制,往往会使注射器在使用上出错,致使药物无效甚至出现事故。
不可能更换药筒而维持无菌的状态。
本发明的目的在于:通过提供带一个药筒的自动两腔注射器解决上述问题,可在符合安全和长期贮存精神的前提下,把两种物质分开,并且能进行物质的充分混合。注射器的操作迅速简单,而且,由于注射器的结构,不致出现误用注射器的现象。
本发明尤其可用于在使用前立刻混合两种或几种药物,其中一种物质可是液体的,另一种或多种物质可是粉末或液体的,并可继之注射混合液。本发明的装置能实现药剂的分开贮存且使其处于无菌状态,能在注射之前立刻混合药剂,并能将新鲜的、充分混合的液体注射入人体组织。
根据本发明所简单介绍的自动两腔注射器,其特征在于:针管包含由一层防止转移的防透膜隔开的两腔,当使推杆移向针管的前端时,上述隔膜将可被击穿。
本发明的其他优点,从关于本发明实施例的下述说明及其他有关说明中可清楚看出。
本发明的优点在于:有膜片将两腔分开,可防止液体的流动,并因此增加药筒的内存物的耐久性。此外,位于针管外面的注射针不与注射液接触,这就避免了受侵蚀的危险,从而有助于增加耐久性。
通过前盖的设计和前盖与针管的相互作用,使该装置的操作受到完全连续的控制,这种操作包括充分混合,随后的启动和注射。该装置的结构只允许按预先确定的、顺序分明的步骤进行的操作,这就起到一种既简单又安全的作用。需要靠手的动作的有力推动,才能使前盖被旋动。因为这样一来,无意的启动就不可能了。比如说,由于推力或压力的影响,或者是由于一个零件撞着邻近物体而产生的影响等无意识的力,都不能导致启动,所以等于又多了一层保险。
由于可旋转式前盖的特殊设计,所以前盖只能向一个方向旋转,也就是说,如果已经过早启动注射器,或使用注射器很久以前便已开始混合阶段,也仍有进行控制的可能。
本发明的两腔注射器是由简单的材料制造的,而且其结构简单,这就说明,它适于用作一次性处理的注射器。针管和注射针一起构成一种可分离的、可拆卸的部件,从而使注射器的应用领域有所扩大,并多了一些优点。在注射后,可以拆开前盖并将用过的药筒换成新的药筒。重新装上驱动部件并装上前盖,注射器即可供再次使用。由于带有内存物的药筒的耐久性常常比机械部件的耐久性差,
所以,可以单独地将药筒贮存于长期性贮藏库,例如军用仓库,是一个很大的优点。如果在注射器的使用寿命期间未曾使用此贮存的注射器,便可以将原药筒换成一个新药筒,这就等于是说,在原来需要将整个的两腔注射器换掉的情况下,现在只需换一个药筒就可以了。这种系统还可使人们随意选用盛放于不同药筒中的不同的药剂。这就是说,本注射器有可能适用于各种可能发生的情况。
本发明的两腔自动注射器,主要拟作军用目的,但也可用于普通医疗领域,包括兽医学领域。
按本发明的自动两腔注射器的实施例和变态,将参照附图详细地叙述如下:

本发明的优选实施例详细叙述如下:
如图1-6所示的两腔注射器的实施例的重要部分由一个锁套1和一个导向套2所组成,导向套2靠螺纹连接于锁套1上。锁套1包含一个环形槽3,并进一步分成若干(以四个为宜)弹性纵向臂4,弹性纵向臂4的自由端形成散射型舌键5。纵向臂4自由端的里面,有径向法兰部6,以形成装在锁套1内的弹簧7的支座。导向套2上有径向相对的两条滑动槽8(如图2a-b所示),滑动槽伸展至螺纹部分之外,终端处有一限动突块9。导向套2的另一端有一些外接销钉10。针管11利用两个滑动块12可以在该导向套2中滑动,如图3a-b所示,两个滑动块12位于针管11外表面径向相对的位置上,在导向套2的滑动槽8内移动。每个滑动块12上有一个装有滚珠13的通孔和一个弹性舌片14。针管11的前端是密封的并且构成一个支承部15,装有一根空心注射针17的针夹持器16,可以在支承部15内滑动。支承部15的中心处有一孔,注射针17的后部可插入该孔,该孔底部有一可穿通的膜片18。为了保持注射器清洁无菌,注射针17的前部包有一起防护作用的皱纹套19。
带有注射针17的针管11和导向套2用一个前盖20罩住,前盖20可以在导向套2上旋转,如图6a-b所示。为了确保握前盖时的安全起见,前盖20上安有向外突起的棱条。一些内锁紧凸块21适用于和导向套的销钉10相互作用。前盖20的前端是封闭的,其中心部位22的壁厚比起其他部位的壁厚要薄得多。在前盖的后端有一延长部23,约为前盖圆周的一半。在包围导向套2的前盖的部位上,有两条内滑道45,它们彼此相对错开180°,可与针管的滑动块12相互作用。此外,前盖的这一部位有一些另外的槽,下面将详细加以叙述。
在针管11内与支承部15相反的一端上,有一粉末腔24,如图4所示。粉末腔24的外壳表面有一环状外槽25,以便容纳针管的滑动块中的滚珠13,另外一条环形槽用于密封。内突缘26为推杆27构成一个阀座,使推杆27在粉末腔24内可移动一定的距离。在推杆27的一端对着粉末腔24的内表面处有密封填充物。一种涂有塑料涂层的铝膜28焊接于粉末腔24的内侧端,铝膜28和推杆27一起构成可装容某种物质的一个腔29。在针管11内,还有一供装容另一种物质的腔30在铝膜28的另一边构成。
推杆27以其不密封的开口端,支承在一个装在弹簧托架31上面的接触环33之上,如图5所示。弹簧托架31的前端有一锥形中心部32,中心
部32装在接触环33上,并且塞进推杆27的开口端。弹簧托架31的后端设置一个锁紧头34,在弹簧托架31的前后端之间有一根凸缘中间部分。为了弹簧7的压缩,锁紧头34和安装在法兰部6内的锁紧突块相互作用,法兰部6连接在锁紧套的臂上,弹簧7安置在弹簧托架31外围,并且在法兰部6和接触环33之间。
用可移动的后盖35罩住锁紧套1,上述后盖伸展到锁紧套的环状槽3的侧面。后盖35的另一端,通过启动手柄36封闭,手柄36上设置有圆柱形的导向法兰37,导向法兰37伸进后盖。在圆柱形导向法兰37处后盖向内加宽,以便在后盖的末端形成一个环状的内导向槽38。
弹性保险环39设置在后盖35和前盖20之间的锁套的圆柱槽3内,保险环39具有大约220°的环状段。一个薄环40设置在圆柱槽3内并靠在保险环39旁边,环40和保险环39是借助一个松开的圈(loose loop,未示出)而相连接,其目的是,即使在保险环39脱离槽3之后还能使保险环39和注射器保持连接。
图7-10表示一个两腔注射器的第二实施例,本实施例不同于图1-6所示的,实施例之处仅在于导向套2、针管11和推杆27在实施例中有其不同之处。图8中的导向套2不同于图2所示的实施例之处,仅在于滑槽8有所不同,如图8所示。为了防止针管11和粉末腔24朝向推杆27无意的移动,从而引起过早的混合过程,滑动槽8安有另一限动突块48,限动突块48和滑动突块12相互作用,以免滑动突块12的位置更进一步移动,这个位置相当于斜滑道的起点。弹性的舌片49沿滑动槽8中同限动突块48相对的纵向边上安装。当混合阶段要开始时,斜滑道45压向滑动突块12的圆弧边,其力量可将弹性舌片49向外压出,从而可使滑动突块12通过限动突块48并进行混合。针管11的两个滑动突块12的每一边有窄缝41(见图9a-b),以使各自的滑动突块12有弹性的移动。把球形突块42设置在滑动突块12的内表面,以便与粉末腔24的环状槽25相互作用。此外,针管11的前部设置围绕支承部15的环状圆柱槽43。推杆27上装有一个或几个穿孔器44,如图10a-b所示,当推杆27处于其伸展位置时,穿孔器即插入围绕支承部的针管11的圆柱槽43内。穿孔器44设置在推杆27上,是为了当针管11和粉末腔24移向推杆27时,它可以自动击穿膜片28。
两腔注射器的操作分两步,一是混合,一是释放和注射。这些步骤将参照图11a-b所示的处于不同阶段的两腔注射器的部件详述如下:
图11a表示注射器处于其开始位置,此时注射器的液体装在腔30内,粉末装在另一个腔29内,两腔靠铝膜28隔开。在开始位置时,前盖的伸长部23盖着保险环39,从而使保险环不致过早松开,为了混合两种物质,可旋转前盖20,旋转时滑动突块12在斜滑道45上滑动,从而使前盖在滑动槽8中被压向后部。前盖的内表面把滚珠13或滑动突块12压向粉末腔的环状槽25,结果,针管11和粉末腔24都随滑动突块12一起向后移动。粉末腔24因此便被移向推杆27,于是,腔29内的压力增加,并击穿铝膜28,也就是说,穿孔器击穿了铝膜28。
图11b表示击穿铝膜,把粉末压出腔29与液体混合的位置。当滑动突块12到达斜滑道45的末端时,整个药筒11、16、17和粉末腔24返回到使推杆27和粉末腔24的端表面处于共同平面,而且弹簧托架的接触环33支承在粉末腔的内突缘上的位置。至此,混合阶段即告完成,但是,如有必要,还可以通过注射器的搅拌加以补充。
在混合阶段之后,前盖所处的是这样一种相对的旋转位置:其外端的伸长部23盖住保险环39的开口之同时,滑动突块12位于前盖内的纵向槽D、D′内(见图13),上述纵向槽可使滚珠13或球形突块42从粉末腔内环状槽25中脱开。此时,两腔注射器即可随时进入启动和注射阶段。这一阶段是通过使保险环39从锁套的圆柱槽3中脱开而启动的,随后,注射器即可放置成对准要接受注射的身体部位的位置。
启动手柄36和后盖35受到压力并朝前盖方向移动,而这是由于保险环39已脱开才有了可能的。后盖相对锁套的移动,将使弹簧7松开,如图12所示。锁套的散射型舌键5被引进导向槽38内,使弹性臂的法兰部6散射,并使弹簧托架锁紧头34和弹簧7都放松。
图11c表示两腔注射器已经处在开始注射的位置。弹簧7压使粉末腔24和滑阀27一起向前。
因为现在滚珠13或滑动突块12可被压入前盖的槽内,所以粉末腔24脱离针管11。推杆压迫液体,由液体将压力传递给针管11并驱动其向前。于是,注射针17穿破前盖中心部22的薄材料。当起保护作用的皱纹套19受压时,针夹持器16即被推进支承部15,注射针17的后端也将刺穿膜18。在此位置,混合液体和注射针相接触,于是开始注射,而且在粉末腔24和推杆27共同向前移动期间一直继续进行。
图11d表示完成注射时的位置,此时在弹簧的作用下,针管11、粉末腔24和推杆27都已经移动到各自的终点位置,且全部混合液体也已注入患者体内。
图13是表示前盖20内表面的示意图,同时也表示出旋转前盖时,滑动突块12、12′沿上述内表面运动的状态。安装前盖时,要使它以这样的方式被引向导引套之上,从而使滑动突块12(与作180°错位的另一滑动突块12′相对应)沿槽A移动,而且锁紧突块21在销钉10之间通过。所有槽按“不转动方向”(the direction of non-rotation)设置一条陡边,以便与滑动突块12的弹性舌片14相互作用,舌片落在陡边之后,从而阻止了前盖20沿错误方向的转动。随后,前盖一步步转动,直到滑动突块12抵达槽B时为止。槽B是作为两腔注射器操作的开始位置。如果转动前盖,滑动突块12即沿斜滑道45移动,并且在滑动突块12碰到内边46时停止转动。滑动突块现在位于槽D内,槽D即是滑动突块12在脱离和注射阶段所处的位置,上述槽具有一定的深度,可使滚珠13或球形突块42从粉末腔的环状槽25中脱开。在注射阶段,如果两腔注射器不作重复使用,滑动突块12沿槽D移动,一直到达其最终位置。为要拆卸前盖,可进一步转动前盖,使而使滑动突块通过内边46下面并且进入槽A′(槽A′相对槽A错开180°),在这种位置,由于锁紧突块将脱开销钉10,前盖便能从导向套中拆卸下来了。
本发明决不仅限于上述各实施例,本发明的好几种可能变态在权利要求范围内都是可行的。例如,把两腔彼此分开的膜也可用其他防止移动的材料制成。自动击穿膜的穿孔器的数目和设计,也可以是各种各样的。
Claims (11)
1、一种自动两腔注射器,包含一个针管(11),该针管(11)有第一端和第二端,第一端设置一个支承部(15),第二端设置一个可滑动的推杆(27),上述支承部(15)用于安置一根注射针(17),在使用之前支承部(15)是密封的,针管(11)包括被一层防移动的防透膜(28)隔开的两腔(29、30),当推杆(27)移向针管(11)的第一端时,上述膜(28)将被击穿,其特征在于:
前盖(20)与针管(11)可旋转地相配合,推杆(27)可在粉末腔(24)内移动一段有限的距离,粉末腔(24)装在针管的第二端,上述两腔中的腔(29)设在粉末腔(24)内,当所述前盖(20)旋转时所述针管(11)可沿推杆(27)的方向带动粉末腔(24)。
2、按权利要求1所述的自动两腔注射器,其特征在于:通过机械的起动或在两腔(29、30)之间的压力差,使膜(28)被击穿。
3、按权利要求2所述的自动两腔注射器,其特征在于:在前盖(20)的其中一个旋转位置上,粉末腔(24)可在针管(11)内移动,而在前盖(20)的所有其它旋转位置上则可把粉末腔(24)锁紧在针管(11)内。
4、按权利要求2所述的自动两腔注射器,其特征在于:在前盖(20)的内表面设置斜滑道,当旋转前盖(20)时,前盖(20)与针管(11)上的滑动突块(12)相互作用,使针管移动。
5、按权利要求4所述的自动两腔注射器,其特征在于:每一个滑动突块(12)都包括一个球形突块(13;42),该球形突块与粉末腔(24)内的槽(25)相互作用,以便把上述粉末腔(24)锁紧在针管(11)内。
6、按权利要求5所述的自动两腔注射器,其特征在于:至少有一个槽(D)设置在前盖(20)的内表面,从而将相应的滑动突块(12)的组成部分容纳在前盖(20)的各旋转位置中的一个位置,以便粉末腔(24)可从针管(11)中脱离。

8、按权利要求7所述的自动两腔注射器,其特征在于:带有粉末腔(24)和推杆(27)的针管(11)与起保护作用的皱纹套(19)所罩住的注射针(17)一起形成一个可移动的部件。
9、按权利要求8所述的自动两腔注射器,其特征在于:推杆(27)上装有一个或几个穿孔器(44),以便刺穿膜(28),当推杆(27)位于其最突出的位置时,穿孔器(44)进入上述针管第一端的内圆柱槽(43)内。
10、一种使用根据权利要求1所述的自动两腔注射器混合和注射液体的方法包括下列步骤:
旋转前盖(20),使针管(11)内的两腔(29、30)之间的膜(28)被击穿,两腔内的物质得以混合;
使保险环脱开,以便在前盖和后盖之间能相对移动,从而使弹簧(7)放松,该弹簧(7)通过推杆(27)压迫混合的液体穿过注射针(17)。
11、按权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于:通过前盖(20)的旋转使得针管(11)朝推杆(27)移动,以便击穿膜(28)。
