一种多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件，包括用于板体连接的偏心轮、连接杆及固定螺母，连接杆由连接头、杆体和螺纹段组成，固定螺母设置在螺纹段上，连接头与偏心轮连接，偏心轮上设有滑槽，滑槽的一端设有缺口，滑槽另一端内侧设有球状凹槽，球状凹槽两侧设有内牙，连接头为半球状，并与球状凹槽相配，连接头设有与内牙相配的凸钉，偏心轮外沿上设有外牙。本发明的多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件结构简单、牢固稳定、拆装容易，且可确保产品质量又有效延长其使用寿命。

Description

一种多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种家具用板体连接部件，具体说是一种结构简单、拆装方便的多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件。
背景技术
目前，现有的家具板体连接中普遍使用板体连接件来对板体进行连接。其结构主要由偏心轮、连接杆及固定螺母组成，使用方便，容易拆装，特别受欢迎。但是，现有的板体连接件结构中，偏心轮与连接杆的连接处是光滑的，连接杆的顶端只扣于偏心轮的表面上，连接杆与偏心轮之间留有空隙，使该结构的产品在搬运的过程中，由于晃动容易使连接杆脱离偏心轮，使板体偏离安装位置，严重影响产品的使用寿命。此外，目前的板体连接件结构中，偏心轮外侧是光滑圆弧面，长时间使用后容易出现偏心轮与板体之间出现松动现象，导致偏心轮脱出板体或偏离其安装位置，同样会使连接杆脱离偏心轮，严重影响产品的使用质量。综上所述，由于偏心轮与连接杆、板体之间没有牢固的安装及固定结构，板体连接件在安装使用后容易出现松动现象，使连接杆、偏心轮及板体之间的连接送脱，除了其安装的稳固性极差外，还影响了连接件的使用寿命。因此，现有家具用板体连接件结构仍然有待于进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、牢固稳定、拆装容易，且可确保产品使质量又有效延长其使用寿命的多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件。
本发明的发明目的是这样实现的：一种多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件，包括用于板体连接的偏心轮、连接杆及固定螺母，连接杆由连接头、杆体和螺纹段组成，固定螺母设置在螺纹段上，连接头与偏心轮连接，其特征在于：所述偏心轮上设有滑槽，滑槽的一端设有缺口，滑槽另一端内侧设有球状凹槽，球状凹槽两侧设有内牙，连接头为半球状，并与球状凹槽相配，连接头设有与内牙相配的凸钉，偏心轮外沿上设有外牙。
所述凸钉等弧度分布于连接头的外沿上。
所述凸钉与连接头为一体加工成型。
所述外牙为旋转齿状凸牙。
所述外牙与偏心轮为一体加工成型。
本发明对现有家具用板体连接件进行改进，在偏心轮上设置球状凹槽，并在球状凹槽上设置内牙，连接头上设置与内牙相配的凸钉，且连接头为半球状，同时在偏心轮外沿上设置外牙。通过半球状连接头与球状凹槽的配合，球状凹槽能紧密的包合在连接头上，使连接头在安装后不会出现在安装位置上晃动的现象，大大提高了连接杆和偏心轮安装后的稳固性。此外，球状凹槽两侧设有内牙，连接头设有与内牙相配的凸钉，通过内牙和凸钉的紧密配合，大大增强了连接杆和偏心轮之间的摩擦力，使连接杆和偏心轮在安装后始终处于咬合状态，使其连接更稳定、更牢固。另外，偏心轮的外沿设有旋转齿状的外牙，外牙可在偏心轮安装后紧紧嵌入板体中，使偏心轮可与板体牢固的连接在一起。通过半球状连接头和球状凹槽、内牙和凸钉及旋转齿状外牙的固定及连接作用，使连接件在安装后可牢固地连接在板体上，提高了板体连接的稳固性，也延长了板体连接的使用寿命。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
根据图1、图2、图3、图4、图5及图6所示，本发明的多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件主要包括偏心轮1、连接杆及固定螺母2，偏心轮1、连接杆及固定螺母2通过连接使两块板体固定在一起。连接杆由连接头31、杆体32和螺纹段33组成，固定螺母2设置在螺纹段33上，连接头31与偏心轮1连接。偏心轮1上设有滑槽11，滑槽11的一端设有缺口12，滑槽11另一端内侧设有球状凹槽13，该球状凹槽13用于容纳连接头31。球状凹槽13两侧设有内牙14，该内牙14用于固定连接头31。连接头31为半球状，并与球状凹槽13相配。连接头31设有凸钉34，凸钉34与内牙14相匹配，凸钉34等弧度分布于连接头31的外沿上，且与连接头31为一体加工成型。偏心轮1外沿上设有外牙4，该外牙4为旋转齿状凸牙，且与偏心轮1为一体加工成型。使用时，把连接头31卡入缺口12，然后旋转偏心轮1。通过偏心轮1的偏心连接作用，使连接杆沿偏心轮1方向拉紧，从而使板体固定连接在一起。在连接头31和偏心轮1的连接中，球状凹槽13可紧密的包合连接头31，使其安装后不会出现在安装位置上晃动的现象；而内牙14和凸钉34的紧密配合，大大增强了连接杆和偏心轮1之间的摩擦力，使连接杆和偏心轮1在安装后始终处于咬合状态，使其连接更稳定、更牢固。偏心轮1的外沿上设置有旋转齿状的外牙4，外牙4，外牙4可在偏心轮1安装后紧紧嵌入板体中，使偏心轮1可与板体牢固的连接在一起，不会出现松动的现象。
上述具体实施例仅为本发明效果较好的具体实施方式，凡与本发明的结构相同或等同的多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件结构，均在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件，包括用于板体连接的偏心轮（1）、连接杆及固定螺母（2），连接杆由连接头（31）、杆体（32）和螺纹段（33）组成，固定螺母（2）设置在螺纹段（33）上，连接头（31）与偏心轮（1）连接，其特征在于：所述偏心轮（1）上设有滑槽（11），滑槽（11）的一端设有缺口（12），滑槽（11）另一端内侧设有球状凹槽（13），球状凹槽（13）两侧设有内牙（14），连接头（31）为半球状，并与球状凹槽（13）相配，连接头（31）设有与内牙（14）相配的凸钉（34），偏心轮（1）外沿上设有外牙（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件，其特征在于：所述凸钉（34）等弧度分布于连接头（31）的外沿上。
3.根据权利要求1所述多重锁紧式家具用板体连接件，其特征在于：所述凸钉（34）与连接头（31）为一体加工成型。
