Description
技术领域：
本发明属于建筑工程金属屋面的工程技术领域，具体涉及一种双层防水保温防火金属屋面。
背景技术：
传统金属屋面系统采用钢结构上直接安装保温棉和金属板，这种屋面系统只有一道保温层和防水层，其屋面系统保温和防水性能差，适用屋面防水等级为Ⅲ级的一般工业和民用建筑，并且这种屋面系统经长时间的日晒雨淋，会产生密封胶老化，金属板表面腐蚀，一旦当金属屋面板损坏时，将产生屋面雨水渗漏，影响建筑的正常使用。在寒冷地区，积雪在初春之季，容易形成雪坝。由于雪坝阻止了融化的雪水排出，形成积水，从金属屋面板交接的缝隙中渗透至屋面内，造成漏水现象，影响使用。近年来，行业中也出现了一些双层防水保温隔音的屋面系统。但这些屋面系统大都没有设置降噪吸音层，也不具备内外装饰效果，且防水效果不佳。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种双层防水保温防火金属屋面，可以有效的隔绝室外噪音，吸收室内回音，结构美观大方，安装方便，防水性、保温性俱佳的特点，且能达到防火A级标准，防火效果极佳。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
双层防水保温防火金属屋面，其组成包括：安装在建筑物主檩条上的次檩条，所述的次檩条下面安装穿孔装饰板，所述的穿孔装饰板上铺设无纺布层，所述的无纺布层上面铺设吸音棉层，所述的次檩条上面铺设镀锌钢丝网，所述的镀锌钢丝网上铺设带铝箔玻璃丝棉，所述的次檩条上面连接几字形支架，所述的几字形支架上通过角钢连接压型钢板，所述的压型钢板上设置防水层，所述的防水层上铺设恩卡斯网，所述的恩卡斯网上通过带隔热垫的固定支座连接金属层面板，所述的金属层面板上通过固定夹连接外装饰板龙骨，所述的外装饰板龙骨连接外装饰板。
所述的双层防水保温防火金属屋面，所述的外装饰板龙骨通过连接角码和自攻钉紧固在所述的固定夹上。
所述的双层防水保温防火金属屋面，所述的防水层采用涂膜防水或卷材防水。
所述的双层防水保温防火金属屋面，所述的屋面上层装饰板采用铝塑板或铝单板或蜂窝铝板或钛锌板或铜板。
有益效果：
1. 本发明采用铝镁锰合金屋面板或者压型彩钢板或者压型钛锌板的金属层面板作为刚性防水层，并对下层结构起到保护作用，下层为在压型钢板上做的涂膜防水（如聚氨酯涂膜、JS防水涂膜等）或卷材防水（如PVC卷材防水、聚乙烯丙纶防水、改性沥青防水卷材等），避免了原有金属屋面板间搭接处的漏水隐患，由于采用此种防水形式，整个屋面可以形成一个整体的防水系统，不存在缝隙，可达到防水Ⅰ、Ⅱ级标准。降噪层设置在两层防水之间，用恩卡斯网布置在第二道防水层上。
2．本发明在屋面装饰板与屋面降噪层之间加设两个空气层，和一个铝镁锰合金屋面板或者压型彩钢板或者压型钛锌板的金属层面板不燃层，隔绝了火焰与热量的传递。
3．本发明层次布置合理，可以有效的隔绝室外噪音，吸收室内噪音，外观美观大方，安装方便，防水性、保温性俱佳，且能达到防火A级标准，防火效果极佳。

具体实施方式：
实施例1：
如图1所示，双层防水保温防火金属屋面，其组成包括：安装在建筑物主檩条上的次檩条1，所述的次檩条下面安装穿孔装饰板2，所述的穿孔装饰板上铺设无纺布层3，所述的无纺布层上面铺设吸音棉层4，所述的次檩条上面铺设镀锌钢丝网7，所述的镀锌钢丝网上铺设带铝箔玻璃丝棉8，所述的次檩条上面连接几字形支架5，所述的几字形支架上通过角钢6连接压型钢板9，所述的压型钢板上设置防水层10，所述的防水层上铺设恩卡斯网11，所述的恩卡斯网上通过带隔热垫的固定支座12连接金属层面板13，所述的金属层面板上通过固定夹14连接外装饰板龙骨17，所述的外装饰板龙骨连接外装饰板18。
实施例2：
所述的双层防水保温防火金属屋面，所述的外装饰板龙骨通过连接角码16和螺栓15紧固在所述的固定夹上。
实施例3：
所述的双层防水保温防火金属屋面，所述的防水层采用涂膜防水如聚氨酯涂膜防水、JS涂膜防水或卷材防水如PVC卷材防水或聚乙烯丙纶卷材防水或改性沥青防水卷材。
实施例4：
所述的双层防水保温防火金属屋面，所述的屋面上层装饰板采用铝塑板或铝单板或蜂窝铝板或钛锌板或铜板。
施工过程：
在下部主结构安装完毕后，复测安装误差，在主檩条上放出次檩条檩托位置，调节檩托高度，安装次檩条1，将穿孔压型板(如穿孔铝板、穿孔彩钢板、PVDF板等)2安装在次檩条檩条下表面。在次檩条上安装几字型支架5，在几字型支架5上安装角钢6，将无纺布3与吸音棉4铺设在穿孔压型板2上。将镀锌钢丝网7铺设在次檩条1上，铺设带铝箔玻璃丝棉(铝箔在下)8、将压型钢板9铺设在角钢6上，在压型钢板9上做第二道防水层（涂膜防水或卷材防水）10，安装金属屋面板固定支座12（带隔热垫），第二道防水层上铺设恩卡斯网11，安装金属屋面板13，在金属屋面板13上安装固定专用夹14，用紧固螺栓15和连接角码16将外装饰板龙骨17安装在固定专用夹上，在外装饰板龙骨上安装外装饰板，整个双层防水保温防火屋面安装完成。

1.一种双层防水保温防火金属屋面，其特征是：其组成包括：安装在建筑物主檩条上的次檩条，所述的次檩条下面安装穿孔装饰板，所述的穿孔装饰板上铺设无纺布防尘层，所述的无纺布层上面铺设吸音棉层，所述的次檩条上面铺设镀锌钢丝网，所述的镀锌钢丝网上铺设带铝箔玻璃丝棉，所述的次檩条上面连接几字形支架，所述的几字形支架上通过角钢连接压型钢板，所述的压型钢板上设置防水层，所述的防水层上铺设恩卡斯网降噪层，所述的恩卡斯网上通过带隔热垫的固定支座连接金属层面板，所述的金属层面板上通过固定夹连接外装饰板龙骨，所述的外装饰板龙骨连接外装饰板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层防水保温防火金属屋面，其特征是：所述的外装饰板龙骨通过连接角码和螺栓紧固在所述的固定夹上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双层防水保温防火金属屋面，其特征是：所述的防水层采用涂膜防水或卷材防水。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的双层防水保温防火金属屋面，其特征是：所述的屋面上层装饰板采用铝塑板或铝单板或蜂窝铝板或钛锌板或铜板。
