技术领域
本发明属于传统中药领域,特别涉及一种治疗郁证的中药组合物。
背景技术
郁证是由于情志不舒,气机郁滞而致病,以精神抑郁,情绪不宁,胸部满闷,胁肋胀痛,或以奴役哭,或咽中如有异物梗阻等为主要临床的一类病症。中医认为郁字有积、滞、蕴结等含义。其临床表现极为复杂,广而言之,泛指由外感六淫,内伤七情引起的脏腑机能不和,从而导致多种病理产物的滞塞和郁结之证。
中医治疗郁证,以宣通郁结为大法,但应辨别受病的脏腑及气、血、火、湿、食、痰郁的不同,并注意六郁相兼的情况,辨证用药。久病正虚,则当益其虚衰,以调阴阳。虚实夹杂,则虚实并调。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种疗效好,见效快,无副作用的治疗郁证的中药组合物。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明提供的技术方案为,一种治疗郁证的中药组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量配比的原料药物组成:当归10-20份,白芍10-20份,柴胡10-20份,云苓20-40份,白术9-15份,甘草5-15份,薄荷5-15份,郁金5-15份,元胡10-20份,降香10-20份,白芨10-20份,桔梗10-20份,乌药9-15份,吴茱萸5-15份,干姜3-9份。
其中所述的原料药物中:
当归,性温,味甘、辛。归肝、心、脾经。补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、月经不调、经闭痛经、虚寒腹痛、肠燥便秘、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、痈疽疮疡。
白芍,苦酸,凉。入肝、脾经。养血柔肝,缓中止痛,敛阴收汗。治胸腹胁肋疼痛,泻痢腹痛,自汗盗汗,阴虚发热,月经不调,崩漏,带下。
柴胡,性味苦,微寒,归肝、胆经。可和解表里,疏肝,升阳。
云苓,性平、味甘淡,入心、肝、肾经。具有利水渗湿、健脾和宁心安神等功能。
白术,白术,苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。
甘草,性平,味甘,归十二经。有解毒、祛痰、止痛、解痉以至抗癌等药理作用。在中医上,甘草补脾益气,滋咳润肺,缓急解毒,调和百药。
薄荷,辛,凉。入肺、肝经。疏风,散热,辟秽,解毒。 治外感风热,头痛,目赤,咽喉肿痛,食滞气胀,口疮,牙痛,疮疥,瘾疹。
郁金,辛、苦,寒。归肝、心、肺经。行气化瘀,清心解郁,利胆退黄。用于经闭痛经,胸腹胀痛、刺痛,热病神昏,癫痫发狂,黄疸尿赤。
元胡,味辛、苦,性温。有活血散瘀,利气止痛的功能。用于全身各部气滞血瘀之痛,痛经,经闭,症瘕,产后瘀阻,跌扑损伤,疝气作痛。
降香,辛,温。归肝、脾经。行气活血,止痛,止血。用于脘腹疼痛,肝郁胁痛,胸痹刺痛,跌扑损伤,外伤出血。
白芨,苦甘,凉。收敛止血,消肿生肌。用于咳血吐血,外伤出血,疮疡肿毒,皮肤皲裂;肺结核咳血,溃疡病出血。
桔梗,味苦、辛,性微温。入肺经。能祛痰止咳,并有宣肺、排脓作用。
乌药,辛,温。归肺、脾、肾、膀胱经。行气止痛,温肾散寒。
吴茱萸,性热味苦寒,有散热止痛、降逆止呕之功,用于治疗肝胃虚寒、阴浊上逆所致的头痛或胃腕疼痛等症。
干姜,味辛,性热。归脾、胃、心、肺经。温中散寒,回阳通脉,燥湿消痰,温肺化饮。
本发明精选药物组方,其药物组分经辩证配伍,在作用上相辅相成,具有协同作用,其药效优于单味药物的效果,能够以达到标本兼的目的。本发明组合物的组分均采用天然的中药原料,其配制简便、药源广、成本低。
本发明遵循中医的处方用药原则,各种组分药物采用水煎服用。经临床应用验证,其疗效显著可靠,药性平和,未出现毒副作用,有效率83%,治愈率67%。

一种治疗郁证的中药组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量配比的原料药物组成:当归12g,白芍18g,柴胡13g,云苓35g,白术10g,甘草13g,薄荷7g,郁金12g,元胡12g,降香18g,白芨12g,桔梗18g,乌药10g,吴茱萸14g,干姜4g。

一种治疗郁证的中药组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量配比的原料药物组成:当归18g,白芍12g,柴胡18g,云苓25g,白术14g,甘草6g,薄荷13g,郁金8g,元胡18g,降香12g,白芨17g,桔梗13g,乌药14g,吴茱萸6g,干姜8g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下:将组方的中药原料放入容器中,加冷水漫过药面,浸泡15~20分钟,再加水没过药面约8厘米,进行煎煮。未沸前采用武火煎煮,沸后用文火煎煮20~30分钟;第二煎煮,水沸后煎煮15~20分钟。两次煎煮取汁,合并。

一般性资料:本发明提供的一种治疗郁证的中药组合物,治疗患者12例,男4例,女8例,年龄18~56岁。
用法用量:临床应用时,组合物中的组分根据患者的体重和年龄酌情增减。一日一剂,水煎两遍取汁约200ml,分早、晚两次服用。服药期间忌食辛辣、荤腥、油腻之品。
治疗效果:该临床观察病例中,服药30-120天,痊愈8例,随访未见复发;显效1例,有效1例,无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
典型病例:
病例1
男,27岁,表现为情绪低落,对日常活动兴趣显著减退,精神沮丧、忧伤、自卑。
服用本发明中药组合物60天后,恢复正常。
病例2
女,29岁,经常强迫自己想某样东西或事情,无法控制自己。精神疲乏、反应迟钝、注意力不集中、记忆力下降、工作学习不能持久,头痛、食欲不振、懒散。
服用本发明中药组合物120天,上述症状消失。
病例3
男,19岁,高考失利,情绪低落,不善言语,入睡困难,有时可睡,但1~2小时后即醒,醒后再难入睡。
服用本发明中药组合物3个月后,情绪、言谈恢复正常,休息时能够安然入睡。
