技术领域
本发明涉及用于热密封包装材料以生产能够灌装在包装材料管内的食品的密封包装的密封元件。
背景技术
许多食品,例如果汁、巴氏杀菌的或UHT(超高温处理)的牛奶、酒、番茄酱等都是在由杀菌包装材料制成的包装中销售的。
这种类型的包装的典型示例是称为Tetra Brik Aseptic(注册商标)的液体或能灌装食品用的平行六面体形包装,其通过折叠并密封叠层条包装材料制成。
所述包装材料具有多层结构,主要包括:用于提供硬度和强度的基层,其可由纤维材料(例如纸)层或者填充有矿物的聚丙烯材料层限定;以及覆盖基层两侧的多个热密封塑性材料层,例如聚乙烯膜。
在用于长期储存的产品(例如UHT奶)的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括阻气和阻光材料层,例如铝箔或乙烯/乙烯乙基醇(EVOH)膜,其叠置在热密封塑性材料层上,并继而被形成最终接触食品的包装内表面的另一热密封塑性材料层覆盖。
公知这种包装在全自动包装单元上生产,在该全自动包装单元上由幅带供应包装材料形成连续的管;例如通过应用化学杀菌剂(例如双氧水溶液)在包装单元中对包装材料幅带进行杀菌,随后例如通过加热和蒸发将杀菌剂从包装材料表面去除。

管被沿着与其轴线平行的第一竖直方向进给,连续地填充杀菌或消毒处理过的食品,并且由两对钳口在等距间隔的剖面处进行热密封,来形成枕状包装,每个包装均具有顶部和底部横向密封带,即沿着与第一方向正交的第二方向延伸的带。
夹持在每对钳口之间的管部分由其中一个钳口(称为密封钳口)所携带的加热部件热密封,并且加热部件局部地熔融夹持在钳口之间的两个热密封塑性材料层。
例如,阻挡材料层包括导电材料(例如铝)片的包装材料通常由所谓的感应热密封工艺来热密封,其中当管由两个钳口夹持时,产生损耗电流并且局部地加热铝片,从而局部地熔融热密封塑性材料。
具体地讲,在感应热密封中,加热部件主要包括由高频电流发生器供电的感应器,并且感应器继而主要包括由导电材料制成且平行于第二方向延伸的一个或更多个感应器棒,并且所述感应器棒与管材料相互作用,以感应其中的损耗电流并且将其加热到需要的密封温度。
加热部件被装配到由密封钳口携带的密封元件。
另一个钳口(称为相对钳口)包括装配有由弹性体材料制成的压垫的相对密封元件,并且压垫与感应器棒配合以沿着相对横向密封带热密封所述管。
并且,相对钳口以滑动方式容纳切削元件。具体地讲,切削元件可以沿着与第一和第二方向正交的第三方向朝向以及远离密封钳口的密封元件滑动。
更精确地讲,切削元件通常保持在相对密封元件内的缩回静止位置,并且移动到从相对钳口向前突出的向前切削位置,并接合密封元件的盲槽,且沿着所形成包装的顶部密封带的中心线切削。这样将所形成的包装从管分离。
在本行业中需要避免残留物在密封元件的凹槽内蓄积。事实上,切削元件当被容纳在凹槽内时会在这些残留物上施加力,从而导致密封钳口的密封元件变形。结果,密封钳口的密封元件的寿命可能会显著下降,并且会有损坏切削元件和/或密封元件的一些风险,特别是在密封元件是金属的情况下。
残留物通常可包括部分包装材料,尤其是混合有聚乙烯的纸。
特别是,当在包装的热密封之前将多个开启装置预应用到包装材料的管时,尤其感觉到前述的需要,并且在每个包装的热密封期间,相对开启装置容纳在设置于密封钳口的密封元件中的凹部内。
实际上,在包装单元的开始周期期间,当热密封管的剖面时,包装材料可能处于相对于钳口的不正确位置。
在这种情况下,开启装置不是容纳在密封元件的凹槽内,而是可以沿着切削元件的轨迹至少局部地保持在缩回静止位置和向前切削位置之间。
这样,开启装置的一些塑料残留物可能被切削元件切削掉并且蓄积到凹槽中。
结果,即使当包装材料已经相对于钳口自动地设置在正确位置时,凹槽内塑料残留物的存在也可能产生密封钳口的密封元件和/或切削元件的变形和/或损坏的风险。

本发明的目的在于提供一种用于热密封包装材料以生产能够灌装在包装材料管内的食品的密封包装的密封元件,其设计成以简单且低成本的方式满足上述需求。
根据本发明,提供了一种如权利要求1所述的用于热密封包装材料以生产能够灌装在包装材料管内的食品的密封包装的密封元件。

具体实施方式
图1中的数字1作为整体指示用于由片状包装材料管2生产食品的密封包装3(图1)的包装单元。
单元1优选地生产可灌装食品的密封包装3,例如巴氏杀菌的或UHT的牛奶、果汁、酒等。
单元1还可以生产这样的食品的密封包装3,该食品当生产包装3时能够灌装到管2中并且在将包装3密封后凝固。这种食品的一个示例是部分奶酪,当生产包装3时融化并且在将包装3密封后凝固。
包装材料具有多层结构(未示出)并且包括在两侧覆盖有各热密封塑性材料层(例如聚乙烯)的纤维材料层,通常为纸。在长期保存产品(例如UHT牛奶)的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括阻气和阻光材料层,例如铝箔或者乙烯/乙烯乙基醇(EVOH)膜,其叠置在热密封塑性材料层上,并且继而由形成最终接触食品的包装3内表面的另一个热密封塑性材料层覆盖。
包装材料还设置有多个等距间隔的开启装置11(图1),用于允许可灌装食品从所形成的包装3罐装。
管2以已知方式通过纵向折叠和密封热密封片材的幅带(未示出)来形成,由填充管(未示出)填充用于包装的杀菌或消毒处理过的食品,并且以未示出的已知方式沿着图1中的轴线A指示的竖直路径进给。
单元1包括两个成形组件4,其沿着各自的轨道(未示出)竖直移动,并且周期性且连续地与管2相互作用,以将其夹持在等距间隔的剖面处,并且在管2上执行感应热密封和切削操作。
每个成形组件4主要包括沿着各自轨道延伸的滑块(未示出)、以及两个钳口5、6(仅为了清楚理解本发明所需而示出),这两个钳口绕着各自的水平轴线铰接到所述滑块并且能够在闭合位置与完全打开位置之间移动。
在所示的示例中,每个成形组件4的钳口5、6具有各自的臂7、8。钳口5、6平行于与方向A(图1)垂直的方向B延伸,并且设置在管2的相对侧上。
每个成形组件4还包括铰接到各钳口5、6并且能够在开启位置(参照顶部成形组件4在图1中示出)和闭合位置(参照底部成形组件4在图1中示出)之间移动的两个面对成形壳体9、10,它们由弹性部件推入到开启位置,并且它们在闭合位置相匹配以在之间形成限定要形成的包装3的形状和体积的空间。
每个成形组件4的钳口5、6还分别包括感应密封元件15和相对密封元件16,以在夹持在相对的钳口5、6之间的包装材料管2的每个剖面上,沿着剖面的中心线分别执行感应热密封操作和切削操作。
参考图2至图5,每个密封元件15包括:
- 由常规紧固部件连接到相对的成形组件4的钳口5的臂7的支撑体19;
- 两对感应元件20、21(在图5中示出),容纳在支撑体19中的各个面底座中;以及
- 由磁通集中材料制成并且装配在支撑体19内部的两个插件31(在图5中示出)。
替代性地,支撑体19可与相对的成形组件4的钳口5的臂7一体地形成。
并且,插件31和感应元件20、21通过两对注射塑料元件90、91装配到支撑体19。
尤其参考图5,感应元件20、21由沿着方向B延伸并且平行于方向B成对地设置在中间平面R的相对侧上的各个导电棒限定。当各钳口5、6处于闭合位置时,每个平面R与方向A正交。
更具体地讲,感应元件20关于平面R对称并且插设在感应元件21之间,感应元件21也对称地设置在平面R的相对侧上。
感应元件20、21借助各个优选为矩形的作用表面25、26与包装材料管2相互作用,作用表面沿着方向B是细长的,在与平面R垂直的同一平面中延伸,并且具有沿着方向D的宽度和沿着方向B的长度。相同的作用表面25显然沿着方向D插设在作用表面26之间,作用表面26也是相同的并且具有与作用表面25相同的长度。
更精确地讲,当钳口5、6处于闭合位置时,方向D与方向B正交并且与方向A重合。
如图5所示,沿着方向B细长的各个突出部28从作用表面25朝向包装材料管2突出。突出部28可以是连续的或者分段的,基本上沿着各个作用表面25的整个长度延伸,并且当热密封时用于增大管2上的夹持压力。
支撑体19关于平面R对称地延伸并且主要包括:
- 位于与平面R平行的各个平面中的两个外部侧向平行壁53、54;
- 连接到钳口6并且垂直于壁53在壁53之间延伸的外壁55;
- 与壁55相对并且为容纳感应元件20、21和插件31的腔52划界的外壁56。
尤其是,感应元件20、21在作用表面25、26的相对侧上与壁56配合。进一步地讲,壁56与插件31配合。
每个壁53、54具有相对的凹部57(图2、图3和图5),其适于由预应用在包装材料上的各个开启装置11接合。在示出的实施例中,凹部57是半圆形的。
尤其是,在密封元件15相对于方向A的一侧的基础上以及在单元1的正常操作中,其中一个凹部57由相应的开启装置11来接合。
更具体地讲,凹部57相对于彼此偏置。
每个密封元件15包括凹槽60(图1、图4和图5)并且每个相对密封元件16包括切削元件62(图1)。
更精确地讲,凹槽60平行于方向B并且关于平面R对称地延伸。
进一步地讲,凹槽60由壁56限定并且在方向A的一侧上由开口61划界。
切削构件62是扁平的,以滑动方式容纳在相对的成形组件4的相对密封元件16上的前座内部,能够沿着平面R移动,并且由装入钳口5中的液压缸以未示出的已知方式致动。
切削构件62通常由已知的弹性部件(未示出)保持在缩回静止位置,完全容纳在相对密封元件16内部,并且通过相对的液压缸移动到从钳口5向前突出的向前切削位置,接合相对的钳口6的密封元件15中的凹槽60,并且沿着管2的相对剖面的中心线切削。
优选地,切削构件62包括与致动液压缸的输出构件一体的板状基部;以及沿着方向A厚度比基部小的刀具,以确保高的切削压力并避免损坏包装材料。
密封元件15还包括两个压垫65(图1),该压垫由耐热弹性体材料制成(优选地为丁腈橡胶),并容纳在形成于相对的成形组件4的钳口5中的相同形状的各个前腔中,且对称地设置在平面R的相对侧上。每个相对密封元件16的压垫65与相对的密封元件15的感应元件20、21的作用表面25、26配合,以夹持和热密封在平面R的相对侧上的管2。
有利地,每个密封元件15包括在凹槽60与相对的壁53、54之间延伸的一对狭槽70(图5)。
更详细地讲,每个狭槽70在相对的凹槽60的与开口61相对的端部80与相对的凹部57之间延伸。并且狭槽70朝向开口61逐渐变细。
每个狭槽70包括与凹槽60直接连通的部分71和设置在部分71与相对的凹部57之间的部分72。
在图5所示的示例中,每个狭槽70的部分71具有沿着方向B的长度和沿着方向D的宽度,当钳口5、6处于闭合位置时,方向D与方向B正交并且与方向A重合。
每个狭槽70的部分72具有沿着方向B的长度和沿着相对于方向D倾斜的方向E的宽度。
沿着各个方向D、E测量的部分71、72的厚度是恒定的。
并且,沿着方向E测量的每个部分72的厚度比沿着方向D测量的相对的部分71的厚度大,并且比沿着方向D测量的相对的凹槽60的最大宽度小。
部分72在与部分71相对的一侧上还包括端部开口75,该端部开口75由凹部57限定并且位于与平面R平行的平面中。
更精确地讲,开口75是矩形的,两个长边76与方向B平行并且两个短边77与方向B正交。
在实际使用中,填充有可灌装食品并设置有开启装置11的管2被沿着方向A进给,并且相位相差半周期工作的成形组件4在相应的轨道上下移动。
更具体地讲,当成形组件4上下移动时,钳口5、6在热密封管2的剖面的闭合位置(图1)与从管2脱离的开启位置之间移动。
当成形组件4工作时,壳体9、10执行它们的工作周期。更精确地讲,壳体9、10在开启位置(参考顶部成形组件4在图1中示出)与闭合位置(参考底部成形组件4在图1中示出)之间移动。
一旦钳口5、6处于闭合位置并且半壳体9、10围绕管2闭合,那么设置在密封元件15的感应元件20、21与相对密封元件16的垫65之间的包装材料被热密封,来形成相对的包装3的横向密封带。
在单元1的正常操作中,包装材料沿着方向A的运动优选地是与钳口5、6在相应的闭合位置和开启位置之间的运动完全同步的。
因此,一旦每个成形组件4的钳口5、6处于闭合位置并且半壳体9、10围绕管2闭合,那么相对的开启装置11就设置成其轴线与方向A平行并且容纳在钳口5的密封元件15的相应凹部57内。
在管2的剖面的热密封期间,切削元件62保持在相对的相对密封元件16的底座内的缩回静止位置。
一旦每个密封元件15已经密封了管2的剖面,并且形成了相对的包装3的横向密封带,那么切削元件62就向向前切削位置移动。
结果,切削元件62沿着管2的相对的剖面的中心线切削,从而使所形成的包装3从管2分离。
切削元件62当到达向前切削位置时,接合相对的凹槽60。
在单元1的开始周期中,当热密封管的剖面时,包装材料可能相对于钳口5、6处于不正确的位置。
换句话说,当每个密封元件15热密封管2的相对的剖面时,对应的开启装置11可以容纳在凹部57外部。
相反,开启装置11可以保持沿着切削元件62的轨迹。
在这种情况下,切削元件62切掉开启装置11的塑性材料的一些残留物。
当切削元件62接合凹槽60接合时,这些塑性残留物通过狭槽70被推到支撑体19外部。尤其是,前述的塑性残留物蓄积在能够容易去除的凹部57的外表面上。
因此,在管2的剖面的热密封期间,当包装材料第二次与钳口5、6的运动完全同步并且开启装置11相继地容纳在相对的凹部57内时,凹槽60基本上没有塑性残留物。
可能残留在凹槽60内的包装材料的任何其他可能的残留物(例如混合有聚乙烯的纸)通过一个或两个狭槽70被推到支撑体19外部,并且蓄积在能够容易去除的一个或两个凹部57的外表面上。
从前述的描述中将清楚根据本发明的密封元件15的优点。
尤其是,由于狭槽70的存在,使得可能会残留在凹槽60内的例如混合有聚乙烯的纸的残留物容易由切削元件62推向密封元件15的外壁53,在那里能够容易地去除这些残留物。
因而,切削元件62可以自由地在凹槽60内滑动,而不会使密封元件15变形。
结果,大大地降低了损坏密封元件15和/或切削元件62的风险,并且相对于在本说明书的前言部分中描述的方案提高了密封元件15的使用寿命。
在管2装配有预应用开启装置11的情况下,狭槽70的存在是尤其有利的。
实际上在这种情况下,当热密封管2的剖面时,包装材料可能相对于钳口5、6处于不正确的位置。
因而,开启装置11不是被容纳在相对的密封元件15的凹部57内,而是可以沿着切削元件62的轨迹保持在缩回静止和向前切削位置之间,并且一些塑性材料残留物可以由切削元件62切掉。
由于狭槽70的存在,使得这些塑性残留物不是残留在凹槽60内,而是容易地由切削元件62推向密封元件15的外壁53,在那里能够容易地去除这些残留物。
结果,即使当包装材料已经相对于钳口5、6第二次自动地设置在正确位置并且开启装置11容纳在相对的凹部57内时,凹槽60也基本上没有塑性残留物。
因此,在这种情况下,还大大地降低了损坏密封元件15和/或切削元件62的风险,并且相对于在本说明书的前言部分中描述的方案提高了密封元件15的使用寿命。
显然,然而在不脱离如所附权利要求所限定的本发明的范围的情况下,可以对如本文描述和例示的密封元件15作出改变。
尤其是,密封元件15可以装配有不同的加热部件,例如超声焊极或加热棒。
并且,包装单元可以不具有轨道和滑块,但包括设置有相应的多个钳口5和6的两个链条输送器,从而限定管2进给到其中的腔,并且沿着具有互相面对的各线性部分的各闭合路径移动。
狭槽70的部分71可具有沿着方向D测量的不同厚度值。尤其是,部分71沿着方向D测量的厚度可等于凹槽60沿着方向D测量的厚度。
最后,密封元件15的支撑体19可仅包括一个中心狭槽70。
Claims (8)
1.一种密封元件(15),用于热密封包装材料,以生产能够灌装在所述包装材料管(2)内的食品的密封包装(3);
所述密封元件(15)包括:
- 加热部件(20、21),适于在所述管(2)的间隔剖面处热密封所述包装材料,以便于形成多个所述密封包装(3);以及
- 凹槽(60),其在将密封包装(3)从所述管(2)分离的切削操作期间可由相对密封元件(16)所携带的切削元件(62)接合;
-其特征在于包括至少一个狭槽(70),所述狭槽在所述凹槽(60)和所述密封元件(15)的第一外壁(53、54)之间延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封元件,其特征在于,所述第一外壁(53、54)限定凹部(57),在所述切削操作期间,所述凹部可以由位于所述包装材料上的开启装置(11)接合;所述狭槽(70)设置在所述凹部(57)和所述凹槽(60)之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的密封元件,其特征在于,所述狭槽(70)包括:
- 邻近所述凹槽(60)并且与所述凹槽(60)直接连通的第一部分(71);以及
-第二部分(72),设置在所述第一部分(71)和所述凹部(57)之间,邻近所述第一部分(71)和所述凹部(57)并且与所述第一部分(71)和所述凹部(57)直接连通。
4.如权利要求3所述的密封元件,其特征在于,所述第二部分(72)的厚度小于所述凹槽(60)的厚度并且大于所述第一部分(71)的厚度。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的密封元件,其特征在于,所述凹槽(60)和所述狭槽(70)都具有沿着横向于第一方向(A)的第二方向(B)的长度,所述管(2)沿着所述第一方向(A)延伸。
6.如权利要求5所述的密封元件,其特征在于,所述第二部分(72)相对于所述第一部分(71)倾斜。
7.如前述权利要求任意一项所述的密封元件,其特征在于包括第二外壁(56),该第二外壁限定所述凹槽(60)的外开口(61),并且邻近和横向于所述第一壁(53)。
8.一种用于由沿着第一方向(A)进给并且被连续地填充食品的包装材料管(2)生产所述食品的密封包装(3)的包装单元(1);
所述单元(1)包括:
- 至少两对钳口(5、6),其周期性且连续地作用在所述管(2)上以在间隔剖面处夹持所述管(2);
- 密封元件(15)和相对密封元件(16),分别装配到每个所述对的第一和第二钳口(5、6),并且适于在所述间隔剖面处热密封所述包装材料,以便于形成多个密封包装(3);
- 所述相对密封元件(16)包括适于与所述包装材料相互作用的切削元件(62),以从所述管(2)分离所形成的包装(3);
其特征在于,所述密封元件(15)是如前述权利要求的任意一项所述的密封元件。
