背景技术
太子参是一种味甘、微苦、性平归脾肺经,具有近似人参作用但力量较弱的食药同源的一味清补补品。
1.太子参的成分
太子参中含有氨基酸、微量元素、糖类、油脂类、皂甙、淀粉、脂肪酸类、磷酸类、环肤类、挥发油类等营养成分:
太子参中含有大量氨基酸,包括赖氨酸、苏氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异氨酸、蛋氨酸、苯丙氨酸等七种人体必需氨基酸和精氨酸、组氨酸2种人体半必需氨基酸;
太子参中含有丰富的微量元素,包括Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn″、Ca、Mg、Se、Co、Na等,其中人体必需微量元素Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca等含量较高;
太子参经水提纯,得到太子参多糖PHP-A和PHP-B外,还分得蔗糖、麦芽糖等;
太子参中挥发油含量约6.2%,用GC-MS鉴定出吡咯、糠醛、糠醇、1-甲基-3-丙基苯、2-甲氧基-6(1-丙烯基>-酚、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯等12种化合物,其中以糠醇含量最高;
从太子参正丁醇部分经柱层析分得太子参皂甙A、尖叶丝石竹皂甙及胡萝卜甙、△’-豆甾-3β-烯醇3-O-β-D葡萄糖甙;
太子参中还含有甾醇类、脂肪酸类、油脂类、磷脂类、环肽类及甲莺尾素A、肌醇-3-甲醚等物质。
2.太子参功效特点
太子参味甘、微苦、性平、归脾肺经,有近似人参的作用,但力量较弱,是补气药中的一味清补之品,《中国药典》收载,太子参具有益气健脾,生津润肺之功效。近年来,有研究发现太子参具有提高机体免疫力功能。抗衰老和促进病愈等功效。《本草从新》说太子参能″治气虚、润肺燥、补脾土、消水肿、化痰止咳″,其特点是药力平和,以清补见长,临床应用往往能收到益气不升提,生津不助湿,扶正不恋邪,补虚不峻猛的效果。
3.太子参的应用
太子参为常用中药,(中国药典》收载,具有益气补脾,生津润肺之功效,临床常用于脾虚体倦、食欲不振、小儿体弱、消化不良、病后虚弱、气阴不足、自汗口渴、肺燥干咳等症。近年来,在研究太子参的成分、药理过程中发现太子参具有抗疲劳、抗应激作用、免疫促进作用、抗衰老和延长寿命等作用。临床上可用于治疗肝炎、糖尿病、冠心病、心绞痛、继发性再生障碍性贫血、白细胞减少症、甲亢、淋巴结核等难治病症。
太子参除了直接药用外,在保健饮料和食品上还具有广泛的用途。太子参富含氨基酸、多糖、多种矿物质、维生素、皂甙等营养成分,参与机体代谢,具滋补、强壮、补气健脾、生津润肺等功效,有助于病后体虚和消化功能的恢复。另外,具有抗疲劳、抗应激、耐缺氧、耐低温、抗病毒、增强机体免疫能力、延缓衰老、延长寿命等作用。另外,可以补益气阴,生津止渴,功效与人参相近,但药力薄弱,与党参相比,补气作用较弱,但生津养阴之力比党参强,有时可代西洋参使用。因此,太子参堪称老少皆宜的清补食品。
太子参作为药用和食用的原料目前仅采用太子参干品,其加工是将鲜太子参经晾晒或烘制加工成干品,太子参干品仍含有9%~12%的水分。自然状态下的太子参干品原料在运输和贮存过程会受到许多不利因素的影响,进而影响到太子参原料的质量。
太子参的深加工,无论是用作药品或是食品的产业化生产,因生产必须在有GMP合格证的厂房车间中进行,因而对进入生产环境的原料有相应的要求。

本发明的目的是为太子参的药用和食用深加工提供一种经真空包装和辐照灭菌处理并符合GMP要求的又保持良好品质的干太子参粉状原材料。

以太子参为原料经过清洗、浸泡、沥干、磨粉、真空包装和灭菌步骤制成,加工步骤如下:
(1)筛选:选取无尘土、干净、体表完整的干太子参作为原料,按太子参外观表象进行分级;
(2)喷洒:用质量百分比为0.5%~2.0%的玉米抗氧化肽溶液对太子参进行喷洒,不断翻动太子参,使太子参表面均被抗氧化剂溶液覆盖,但没有液体流下,再经晾干去除太子参表面的水份;
(3)采用传统粉碎加工方法将太子参打成约100目的太子参粉剂,也可根据要求采用气流超细粉碎设备加工成80%达到100μm左右的粉剂。
(4)真空包装:采用粉体真空包装机,将太子参装袋每袋50g~10kg,然后真空封口;
(5)灭菌:真空封孔后的太子参产品送入辐照房进行灭菌处理,其灭菌条件应符合《中华人民共和国药典》的相关要求,辐照选用电子加速器,剂量根据包装太子参的量确定,2~8KGY,但最大剂量不超过8KGY。
本发明的积极意义
本发明涉及一种太子参原料粉的制备方法。本发明以干太子参作为原料,经清洗、浸泡、沥干、磨粉、真空包装和灭菌步骤制成太子参原料制品。本发明在加工过程中加入抗氧化剂,并采用辐照进行灭菌消毒,有效的保证干太子参的作为食用和药用深加工符合质量要求的优质原料粉,满足工业化生产的需要。

实施例1

1.一种太子参原料粉的制备方法,其特征是加工步骤如下:
(1)筛选:选取无尘土、干净、体表完整的干太子参作为原料,按太子参外观表象进行分级;
(2)喷洒:用质量百分比为0.5%~2.0%的玉米抗氧化肽溶液对太子参进行喷洒,不断翻动太子参,使太子参表面均被抗氧化剂溶液覆盖,但没有液体流下,再经晾干去除太子参表面的水份;
(3)采用传统粉碎加工方法将太子参打成100目的太子参粉剂,再采用气流超细粉碎设备加工成80%达到100μm的粉剂;
(4)真空包装:采用粉体真空包装机,将太子参装袋每袋10kg,然后真空封口;
(5)灭菌:真空封口后的太子参产品送入辐照房进行灭菌处理,辐照选用电子加速器,剂量根据包装太子参的量确定,2kGy~8kGy,最大剂量不超过8kGy。
