Abstract
使混合后饮料分配器的碳酸化器中的充碳酸气作用得到改进的系统,包括以预先设定的次数和在预先设定的时间内自动地使碳酸化器槽顶部空间排空至大气的方法。这一系统使在碳酸化器顶部空间中的大部分空气得以清除,显著地改进了在生产线中和在灌装线中充碳酸气过程的效率。
Description
本发明涉及用于混合后饮料的充碳酸气的方法,特别涉及到使在生产线中充碳酸气作用及在灌装线中充碳酸气作用的效率得到改进的设备。
用于混合后饮料分配器的标准碳酸化器是众所周知的。它包括充碳酸气的槽,其中装入一定量的水,槽中的水面上有顶部空间,其中含有一定压强(例如,50-100磅/英寸2)下的CO2气体。当槽中的液面下降至低于预先设定的较低位时,例如,当液位传感器器测得经与碳酸化器器连接的分配阀采出了一定量,例如16盎司的碳酸化后的水,启动水泵,在一定压强下把水注入槽内,使水位回到预先设定的较高的液位。用这种方式使水与CO2相互接触而使充碳酸气作用得到强化。碳酸化后的水经浸渍管从槽中采出。浸渍管的入口紧靠着槽的底部。碳酸化器槽还包括压力安全阀,例如采用100或120磅/英寸2的安全阀。
装瓶工厂使用的碳酸化器的类型完全不同。这类装瓶厂的碳酸化器更大更贵。这类碳酸化器系统使待碳酸化的冷却和提供更大水表面积的装置。另外,在水加入到碳酸化器之前,水首先通过脱气
器,使空气从水中脱除。
本系统使混合后饮料分配器的碳酸化器中充碳酸气作用得到改进,它包括以预先设定的次数使碳酸化器槽的顶部空间自动地排空至大气步骤,以及在预先设定的时间内至少使在顶部空间内累积的大部分空气清除的步骤。已经发现,清除槽顶部空间中的空气使生产线中的和灌装线中的充碳酸气作用的效率得到改进。
使排气阀打开的预先设定的次数,每天最好有一定的次数,例如每日两次,上午三点和下午三点各一次,或者,可以由每次多少次循环(泵运转)后排空一次来确定预先设定的排空次数。例如每X次循环后排空一次,这里X的选择范围约在50-500之间,而预先设定在排气阀打开的时间最好为1-5秒,其间CO2管线仍与CO2源相通。
本发明的目标是提供一种充碳酸气设备,用于改进在混合后饮料分配器的碳酸化器中的充碳酸气作用,包括改进生产线中的和灌装线中的充碳酸气作用的效率。该设备配备有:
(a)有顶部空间的碳酸化器槽,
(b)在上述压力安全阀的上游,自动排气管线与上述压力安全管线连接,
(c)电磁控制阀装在上述自动排空管线上,使上述顶部空间排放至大气,
(d)马达,泵,CO2气管线,排出管线,液位控制器,其特征在于
该设备还包括:
(e)接通上述槽的压力安全管线,
(f)在上述管线上的压力安全阀,
(g)定时器装置以预定的次数和在预定的时间打开上述电磁控制阀。
本发明的另一个目标是提供一种充碳酸气的方法,用于改进在混合后饮料分配器的碳化器中的充碳酸气作用,这是通过以预先设定的次数和在预先设定的时间内使碳酸化器顶部空间自动地排空至大气来实现的。其中包括:
(a)改进饮料分配器中的充碳酸气过程,此分配器配备有连续充碳酸系统,该系统采用碳酸化器,它包括用来装足够量的用于多种饮料的水的碳酸化槽和在水面上方连续加压的顶部气体空间;
(b)上述改进的步骤包括将CO2气导入所述的碳酸化槽以便在水面上保持有连续加压气顶部空间,以预定的次数和在预定的时间内自动地和周期性地把上述顶部空间排空入大气,随后将另外一些CO2气加压导入所述的碳酸化器。

图1是本发明的自动碳酸化器排空系统图,这里一部分是以图例的方式表示的,一部分是以图解的方式表示的。
图2表示在碳酸化器中的CO2相对于生产线中充碳酸气作用
的体积百分数。
图3表示在生产线中的CO2体积的减少对碳酸化器顶部空间的空气百分数。
图4表示生产线中充碳酸气作用的体积对灌装线中充碳酸气作用的体积。
参照图例,图1表示本发明最好的实施例之自动碳酸化器排空系统(10)。系统(10)包括碳酸化器(12),驱动水泵(14)运转的马达(16)。水泵(14)用来在一定压强下通过水管线(18)把水注入槽(12)中。碳酸化后的水排出管线(20)与浸渍管(22)相接,CO2加料管线(24)与CO2源(图中未示出)相接,装有压力安全阀(30)的压力安全管线(28),自动排空管线(32)与上述压力安全管线(28)相接,在上述管线(32)上的电磁阀(34),液位传感装置(36)。当槽中水位降至较低液位时,液位传感器(36)使马达(16)启动,当水位再次达到较高液位时,它又使马达(16)停止。定时装置(38)以预先设定的次数和在预先设定的时间内开启上述阀门(34)。例如,在最好的实施例中,每日上午三点和下午三点开启上述阀门(34)各一次,每次开启的时间是1-5秒,最好是3秒。
或者,定时装置(38)可以包括一个循环次数计数器,记录马达(16)启动的次数,并在马达(16)以预先设定的次数启动运转后打开阀门(34)。例如,可以在每X次循环后打开阀门(34),X最好在50-500范围内选择。最好的实施例为每100次循环打开阀门(34)2-3秒。
本系统可使用任意标准的和众所周知的泵、马达、阀门、液位传感装置和定时器(或者循环次数计数器)。在苏打水管线(20)上装有控制苏打水流量的阀门(图中未示出)。该阀门就是在饮料分配器(图中未示出)上的饮料分配器阀组件(图中未示出)。本系统可使用任意已知的饮料分配器和阀组件。
把水装入碳酸化器槽中至水位在较低液位与较高液位之间。槽中水面上方顶部空间含有CO2气体,压强例如为100磅/英寸2。
如果设备没有故障的话,业已发现,由于空气进入碳酸化器顶部空间,使CO2的有效压强下降,而使充碳酸气作用的体积下降。新鲜原料水,通常夹带不溶解的空气。因此,碳酸化器的顶部空间起着捕集这些夹带空气的作用。还进一步发现,在顶部空间中的空气可占30%。
在某一个城市,两个月实验期间,三次统计数据的结果为*

图2表示空气所占的百分数与碳酸化器中充碳酸气作用的体积之间的相互关系。不同的碳酸化器及其系统,它们的性能也不会完全一致。现场试样分析说明、一般而言,当存在于槽顶部空间的空气量增加时,生产线中充碳酸气作用的体积成正比例下降。由17%以下的试样,测得它们的碳酸化器顶部空间中的空气为10%或更多,结果充碳酸气作用的体积在4.0以上。
图3表示随着在碳酸化器中空气量的增加,充碳酸气作用的体积的减少程度。如图所示,20-25%的空气可以使生产线中充碳酸气作用减少1.0-1.5体积。**
图4表示以上这些是怎样影响灌装线中充碳酸气作用的体积。CO2析出的量与分配系统的机械结构及水力学性能有关。对于快速流动阀(3盎司/秒),生产线中充碳酸气作用减少1.2体积会使
灌装线中充碳酸气作用减少0.5体积,也就是如果生产线充碳酸气作用的体积为4.5的话,那末灌装线中充碳酸气作用的体积为3.7,如果前者是3.3的话,那末后者为3.2。
一次统计数据,现场测试结果如下:

实验室实验表明,经排空的碳酸化器能使空气量减少到什么样的程度。经排空的碳酸化器能使空气量保持在5%以下,因而使碳酸化器效率保持在95%或更高。
在本发明最好的实施例中,每天上午3点和下午3点使碳酸化器槽排空至大气各一次。在另外一个实施例中,碳酸化器槽每100次循环排空一次,排空时间为1-5秒。或者,进行排空的循环次数可以在50-500范围内选择。
虽然以上详细的叙述了本发明最好的实施方案,但必须知道对该实施方案可以进行改进和修正,而不会偏离本发明的精神和范围。例如,可以使用排气阀打开的其它预先设定的次数,例如包括每循环一次排空一次,每次1-2秒。也可以调整定时器或循环次数计数器,使同一个设备能用于不同的地区,因为水中的空气含量随不同地区而异。因为同样的原因,也可以调整排气阀打开的时间长短。在另一个实施方案中,在至碳酸化器槽的CO2物料管线上装有电磁控制阀。
在排空期间,关闭该阀,以便节省CO2。在该实施方案中,碳酸化器槽每循环一次排空一次,也就是泵每运行一次排空一次,而通过排气阀采出的气体流率由针形阀进行很好的控制,以便保持碳酸化器槽中的压强。目前许多碳酸化器装有电子液位控制装置,因此,只要把逻辑程序装入这样的系统中去,就可以为本发明提供自动的周期排气操作。这是一件很容易办到的事。
Claims (6)
1、一种充碳酸气的方法,其中包括:
(a)改进饮料分配器中的充碳酸气过程,此分配备有连续充碳酸系统,该系统采用碳酸化器,它包括用来装足够量的用于多种饮料的水的碳酸化槽和在水面上方连续加压的顶部气体空间;
(b)上述改进的步骤包括将CO2气导入所述的碳酸化槽以便在水面上保持有连续加压气顶部空间,以预定的次数和在预定的时间内自动地和周期性地把上述顶部空间排空入大气,随后将另外一些CO2气加压导入所述的碳酸化器。
2、按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述预定的次数是指预定的充碳酸气循环次数或预定的分钟数。
3、使混合后饮料分配器的碳酸化器中的充酸气作用得到改进的设备,该设备配备有:
(a)有顶部空间的碳酸化器槽,
(b)在上述压力安全阀的上游,自动排气管线与上述压力安全管线连接,
(c)电磁控制阀装在上述自动排空管线上,使上述顶部空间排放至大气,
(d)马达,泵,CO2气管线,排出管线,液位控制器,其特征在于该设备还包括:
(e)接通上述槽的压力安全管线,
(f)在上述管线上的压力安全阀,
(g)定时器装置以预定的次数和在预定的时间打开上述电磁控制阀。
4、按照权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于上述定时器装置包括每X小时打开上述电磁控制阀,其中X约在3-24之间。
5、按照权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于上述定时器装置包括碳酸化器循环次数计数装置在每X次循环后,打开上述电磁控制阀的装置,其中X约在50-500之间。
6、按照权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于上述定时器装置包括上述预先设定次数和预先设定时间长短的调整装置。
